Really enjoy the flower at this location. Kush Mints is my go to. Close to the house and the staff is super friendly.

My second visit was not as good as my first it has been awhile since I came in as I live very far away my selection on this recent visit was top shelve and was weaker then before hope your quality hasn’t gone down I’d hate to see that. First visit meds weren’t even top shelve so I’m puzzled and really won’t go out of my way to come back sorry guys I know my meds been in program for 9 years!

Ponderosa is the best! They always have the best flower and weekly deals not to mention the staff who is very informative and nice. i definitely recommend this location to all card holders.

The quality is always tops but I really would wish they figure out there taxes cuz the price is never the same especially when it come to how the tax you on there so-called bogo if it’s free why do I get tax on the total cost then you deduct the price of the product so I am paying taxes on 2 products not 1 so if it’s free or buy one get one shouldn’t I only pay and be taxed on what i am buying I am not buying 2 items but the item I bought is bogo so why do I pay tax on the bogo item I thought if you buy one you get but they tax you like your buying 2 so got to sad that the only thing I don’t like about ponderosa I am about my money and I pay attention to all my money transactions and when I ask for Clarification i get a friendly nonsense answer cause no one what’s to admitted they ripping off there customers that keep them in business nothing I can do but spread what I have experienced Still, their quality of products is tops, but how the operate is where I have an issue.

If you have a window order and the order isn't correct, you shouldn't make the customer wait 27 minutes and let 20+ rec people go ahead of a medical patient. What's the point in making express order and being a medical patient if you don't make them a priority? Do you care more about the ordinary rec user over a loyal medical user? I should have been next in line for the door, but as I was told you changed your order, now you have to wait. That wait was 27 minutes.. I waited 27 more minutes on my express order you messed up, and that's somehow my fault? After I get my free Oz from my points next time I come in I'll never be coming here again to spend my money and from my math you'll lose about $12,000 a year from you doing this to me today. I know your manager won't care, but 12 grand is 12 grand, you won't be getting from me anymore. Anyway, in the past few months, your flower hasn't been very good like it used to be, and the people you have working need an attitude adjustment.

Made an online order earlier in the day came in the evening of and all online windows are closed and I have to wait anyways what’s the freaking point of online orders! Not only that nobody has the decency to call you and say hey we’re short staffed so online window is closed! 🤡🤡

Disappointed.❗️ Leafly price listed 2 for $20 for "Thunder clowdz" vape, Receipt says, $15 each. I mentioned to the budtender, "she responded snarky and rude and said they were 2 for $30. Either I have funny eyes or not everyone is not on the same page, and false advertisement is listed. Turns out thunder clowdz was just a rainy cloud. It hardly works! 🗑

I have been coming here for several years and the Sonoran roots flower is always lit. Canamo concentrates are top tier as well! I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve gotten until I bought a bunch of AIO vapes and one’s battery was defective and didn’t have a charge and couldn’t be recharged. I brought it back to exchange a couple weeks after purchase and I was told I can’t because it’s been more than 3 days. This is the first time I’ve heard this and am stuck with an AIO that I cannot use. I asked how salvage the resin and they said they don’t know. Clearly unused and completely full. So I’m stuck with it because I should have tried it to make sure it works. All 8 of them apparently. It was never on a receipt for a return policy. They said they always tell their customers, but no one in the lobby heard of that either. I’m a medical patient too. Since I am a loyal customer, I was told then I should not be surprised with the return policy. Again never printed anywhere and never told. Great products (minus defective ones), terrible accountability for poor quality control for AIO batteries. I guess I need to buy another one to exchange the defective one as a work around…

I have had my card for years now and never have I had so much disrespect for a mistake made by the employees of your company specifically frank bell and Daniel C for not only false advertising but then confirming my order, giving me confirmation that I’m good to go only to call me hour later when I’m right there to try to say you can’t honor a mistake on you guys like it’s my fault. Then when I’m asking to speak to the guy in charge all they can do is misdirect me to someone under so they can not honor what they have already confirmed and try and cover their own behind when it was there mistake on their end I’m getting harassed for like they can’t honor it.

I always do a pick up order from ponderosa. And sometimes they let me add things or use my points . Today I had Dena-139 and she said she would put me in the back of the line to add anything. She is the worst person at ponderosa. Rude.
