I saw a decent amount of negative reviews and I don't really understand why. It's a decent setup and I've never had any real trouble when it comes to ordering on leafly (there was a slight mix up w it just once and it was very quickly resolved). The options for flower kind of suck in that you are limited to "sativa, hybrid,or indica" so it would be nice to have more information on what specifically i'm getting, but I mostly chalked this up to the fact that the NY medical program is very limited in many ways to begin with (curaleaf dominating much of it etc). Now that it's been legalized hopefully much of what sucked about the NYMMP will change, and all 3 of the dispensaries in the area weill benefit from it. I did also only once have an issue with the points system but again, the employees there were quick to resolve it.
Everyone is extremely friendly and great explaining products. So fast when I ordered it, it was ready in literally 5mins!!! I always come here and have never gone anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience!
Staff is sheer excellence. Best in Buffalo. Prices not so much but that’s out of their control. Also, at this point in time the product is worth the price given the deals they try to have.
I pre-ordered my refill on Leafly and the employees got me in and out. Their products and employees are both top-notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Buffalo. I can’t wait for their $40 matter hybrid Vapes to be back in stock...
If I owed it, the flow of customers is incorrect. Help is left not right and then onto the lounge area. Maybe try some sort of tea or coffee product to have a small coffee shop area. People who use marijuana like tea or coffee. Make it a bit more of an experience. It looks a bit over staffed as is. Drive threw like Walgreens or rite aid would be nice instead of order pickup inside still. Maybe it’s a security issue. I wish it could be a little more mom n pop. I’d say it doesn’t just have to be a pickup your medication and leave type of place. Maybe get away from the park and get a single building to add more of the features or atmosphere I described. People like to experiment. Like the coffee maybe you could have edibles or cookies while waiting. Maybe this isn’t a New York State thing.... all in all, it’s the best oil I’ve had so far.
I take medical marijuana for spasms and pain associated with osteoarthritis, degenerative disk disease, and an anxiety disorder. What I like about this dispensary is the people are friendly and try to inform you about the products to the best of their knowledge. I do not like the new vapes. Previously a vape would last for my daytime 1:1 for a week, maybe two if I stretched it. Now with the new formula, the vapes are smaller and the quantity in them keep decreasing. The last cartridges I received were only half full. That's right, HALF FULL. Horrible. I spend all my money on this medicine because it is so effective, but I found this month I could only afford a few vapes. So here I sit in pain and depression wondering why these medical marijuana companies and the state of New York continue to oppress disabled people with their new money grab. 1:1 vape $80, 20:1 Indica Vape $80, 1:1 reg strength cap 20 count $60. For three weeks of medicine- (6)1:1 $380, (3)20:1 $195, 20 caps at $55, (I am approximating the discount)=$630. Just three weeks! I will be returning to Pharma Cannis because even at these prices they are less oppressive then the other dispensary I have tried. Something has got to change though. I should not be sitting here in pain and depression because I can't afford my medicine. I know I am not the only one, to those who are suffering also, my condolences and know you are not alone.
