Can’t place an order over the phone, can’t speak to a live person....why would I spend my money here?

may wanna change up the percentages on the prerolls...according to leafly the mtk is around 25% got my order week before last it was 18% while still being listed as 25%...

I've been coming here for probably six to seven months. everything in this store is amazing except they're rosin carts. they had rosin carts previously that had not even work well and then when they finally figured out how to fix them they put them on discount at half off to get rid of the back stock. I'm a user of the live rosin because I have news and a lung condition that makes my lungs very very very sensitive so if I take anything with solvents it messes me up. I've probably spent I don't know $200 to $300 every week for the last four to five months. The only product I have ever tried to return was their rosin cart that that they used to have that they no longer continued. yesterday I purchased seven of their new rosin carts because I was told that they worked better and had fixed the issue with the previous issue. The carts I purchased seemed to smoke but there is no flavor and they have a harsh bitter tingy taste to them. they make me sneeze and cough repeatedly and this don't work for my body. now that might be different for you you can give it a shot. why I'm leaving a one-star review is because I went in and told them this problem I had and asked them if I could switch it out for my live rosin that I normally buy every week and they told me no because it's not a mechanical defect. I love this place and told everybody about them. I raved about their quality and their customer service. up until today very very bummed. thank you so disappointed and dissatisfied

The only problem I have is waiting for my 2.5oz limit to renew to order from One Plant again. Bulk pricing, free delivery (over $125), quality products with a good variety of choices and to top it off a 20% discount for active or retired military and first responders have turned me into a loyal customer.

First and foremost Sunnyside, by far has the best product around in my personal opinion! They have the best fresh pressed Rosin, they have the best live rosin batter, and they carry some of the best live resin batter as well, all at very reasonable prices especially if you catch it on a sale! Not only do they have some of the best product at the best prices, but they will also deliver it almost an hour away….FOR FREE($100+ Orders). That in its own is frikin amazing. The staff that brings it is super friendly the people that I dealt with on the phone or super friendly, and the whole experience was amazing! I will definitely be using Sunnyside’s delivery service again!

A quality Florida product, you can tell this company is trying to have a more premium quality product and separate themselves from all the generic garbage out there

Ordered on Monday morning had it Tuesday before noon I got ebony and ivory, Darth Revan and Mandarin Traingle Kush .all three where Great.my new place to get my flower from.

I don’t usually do reviews but I’d like to give a shout out to JJ at the Jacksonville Beach Sunnyside . JJ goes out of her way to help you understand the products . What It can do for you. And always is in a great mood and makes it very comfortable to come into a dispensary and shop. As long as JJ is there I’ll continue to go to the dispensary.

Prices keep getting higher while percentages get lower. When purchasing the mac1 it ended up being lower thc than shown at the actual locations menu. Other dispensaries seem to get new flower more often with higher thc and terpene content strains. the Caribbean breeze here was literally some of, if not the worst flower I’ve had in the medical cannabis program.

Best consistent flower of any of the stores. Staff is fantastic. Save your pennies, bulk buy, it’s worth it

Very quick delivery. Great customer service through email, phone, and in person. So far I have tried Lemon Sugar Kush and it tastes amazing and has me feeling pretty good. Home delivery, so atmosphere was perfect. I have two more strains to try, but will update under strains.

First time ordering. I found everyone I dealt with to be extremely courteous and helpful. I opted to use curbside pick up and the transaction was smooth and quick. I took advantage of a couple of sales they were offering on carts and pre rolls and I'm very pleased with my purchase and look forward to my next order. I really do highly recommend One Plant.

ordered oz of sativa and oz of indica ground/shake both showing 17-18 %. On delivery, sativa as advertised but indica well below 15% - not what I would spend my money on. So stuck now with something I did not order. Tyberius(?) on the phone mentioned a store credit next time i came - not how much. Since i primarily get delivery dont see any use in an ambiguous credit in a store ive been in once. I was afraid the service and quality was too good to be true - and it was.

I had got the dolato snaps at about 24% and palm dog snaps at about 21%, bud was slightly dry, and barely had a scent, both smelled the same, both had a moldy to mildew taste to them, the dolato tasted worse though, made me nauseous tbh, I tried to return or exchange the palm dog before tampering with the container or product but was told the won't exchange it out even though my dolato was obviously bad, so I left two-way humidity balancer packs in the containers and properly burped it, an it gotten a lil softer and burned a lil better but taste and true quality was already completely ruined, needs to be properly dried and/or cured before packaging, worst flower I've ever had in all of Jacksonville so far an I've been to most of them, the place was relaxing and friendly, just not good flower for those who seek true quality and flavor with their potency promised, was told I should've bought Grammer's instead when I called up though, even though I couldn't use my first time discount on them and had to drive out of my way to go their, most likely will never go back, maybe one more time to see if they've changed eventually, my nephew had two bad experiences their as well

There are many dispensaries and I have been getting products from other places and I have concluded that Trulieve has the best service and products. Today Austen Cathey assisted me. I had an online order, but when I arrived I decided I wanted to add items and he took care of me answering all my questions and added the items to my order. I made a comment about their breast cancer awareness t-shirt and he decided to give me a free shirt. For those two reasons (taking time to explain to me different products and add them to my online order and the t-shirt) I want to praise Austen Cathey and I will be going to Trulieve for all my future marijuana purchases!

They know im a regular, and brendan specifically is always a huge help and very friendly, recommended me my new favorite rosin cart from them, they know what theyre talking about. Great vibe in the store. High quality live rosins and great prices on great buds especially with their list of daily sales. Definitely recommend you check it out especially since the switch to sunnyside with even better prices

I wish they had one in St. Augustine! Their Chem D, MTK, and MAC have been beautiful during all this quarantine business. They rule!

All the flower has a weird similar flavor. I purchased a sativa strain and a 50/50 hybrid strain both had a similar flavor which was weird almost of a chemical. I won't be back. 2 different flowers are not supposed to taste the same. Period
