NW Compassion Medical Center

This is one if my favorite shops to go to. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always super helpful. And they have some amazing deals! Definitely give it a try.

The place is tight, and that's the list of cons. There is no medical market in Portland. If there was a truly medicinal dispensary they wouldn't cost so much. In Gresham is where the medical market is. NW has RSO and other meds that a real patient needs. It was a friendly experience with a knowledgable people. The value was had in the discounts. I don't know many people in the OMMP program that aren't on a fixed budget. This place understands that. Also discount doesn't mean inferior quality it's on special. Last, if you have questions about prices and such call them. I did and I'm glad. Shop size aside. This is what an OMMP dispensary should be.

Love this place! It's close, quick, and the staff are funny. Wish it was a bit bigger, and their security was less troubling because of the door buzzer, but the idea with the ID check being before they come inside is smart.

I like there exhale cartridges but today I had got a exhale cartridge for 30$ full gram I opened it and it is was only half way full I wish I could post a picture feel ripped off by the dispensary I would shop here again aslong as they don't have anymore of those carts not satisfied today

some young girl on a power trip checked my ID and that pretty much turned me off. I'd give it one star but it wouldn't let me

While the store is quite small it holds a lot of variety!! Went in with only $20 and walked out with 8th of 9lbs. Hammer, with 5 bucks leftover!!! Lots of quality smoke and people!

This is my go-to local shop. I love coming here knowing there is a cupcake shop next door (ATM inside) and that every strain is guaranteed by the shop or they will buy it back. They always have more than enough choices, I don't think I'll ever get bored! I have been very happy with their recommendations for treating my anxiety. I highly recommend NW Compassionate Care

This was my first visit to this facility. Not bad. I went for a specific strain and they had it! I saw a strain that I did not see on their web site, which I got, and was very happy with! I am OMMP so not my first place, my only comment is a little pricey, I travel a ways so I am looking for both Quality and Price! I just think that your Break price should be better at a 1/2!

The staff were extremely friendly the atmosphere is great but the quality on weed around 12 dollars a gram is ridiculously terrible. You will end up paying 40 for 2 grams if you would like meds that don't smell like hay.
