This is my go-to local shop. I love coming here knowing there is a cupcake shop next door (ATM inside) and that every strain is guaranteed by the shop or they will buy it back. They always have more than enough choices, I don't think I'll ever get bored! I have been very happy with their recommendations for treating my anxiety. I highly recommend NW Compassionate Care

I like there exhale cartridges but today I had got a exhale cartridge for 30$ full gram I opened it and it is was only half way full I wish I could post a picture feel ripped off by the dispensary I would shop here again aslong as they don't have anymore of those carts not satisfied today

While the store is quite small it holds a lot of variety!! Went in with only $20 and walked out with 8th of 9lbs. Hammer, with 5 bucks leftover!!! Lots of quality smoke and people!

Great selection of top shelf at reasonable prices, and affordable lows. Come in asking for oz’s at 60$ or under expect the bud to be 15% thc or lower. You get what you pay for. Also read the signs on the door at this place, something not enough people do here. And if you’re a medical patient coming in with a rec customer, do not conversate about your purchases or they won’t sell to you, that’s a new law by the way, not them.

The place is tight, and that's the list of cons. There is no medical market in Portland. If there was a truly medicinal dispensary they wouldn't cost so much. In Gresham is where the medical market is. NW has RSO and other meds that a real patient needs. It was a friendly experience with a knowledgable people. The value was had in the discounts. I don't know many people in the OMMP program that aren't on a fixed budget. This place understands that. Also discount doesn't mean inferior quality it's on special. Last, if you have questions about prices and such call them. I did and I'm glad. Shop size aside. This is what an OMMP dispensary should be.

I dig this place, the service has always been great, great location and a pastry shop next door. I dont like the whole having to stand on the side of a busy street waiting to be let in but understand Hard to hear the door unlock while 100 cars are going by.

The staff were extremely friendly the atmosphere is great but the quality on weed around 12 dollars a gram is ridiculously terrible. You will end up paying 40 for 2 grams if you would like meds that don't smell like hay.

Love this place! It's close, quick, and the staff are funny. Wish it was a bit bigger, and their security was less troubling because of the door buzzer, but the idea with the ID check being before they come inside is smart.

Word to the wise…prices on their website are all wrong because apparently 2 months ago, their system was hacked. No apologies or understanding about it! I was received instead with major attitude and some BS about extra taxes and fees we don’t see. Bring extra cash…but there are better dispensaries close by to help serve your needs, by far!

This is one if my favorite shops to go to. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always super helpful. And they have some amazing deals! Definitely give it a try.

Wanted to try something new, so I get a blunt first to see how it works. Decided on some GG4 so I went to NWC. The budtender said,"We don't have GG4 but we do have Original Glue". "Aren't they the same"? I asked. "No, they are not the same". He replied. So of course I showed him their own add, but still sadly they were not the same. If you don't know your cannabis, why are you a budtender? Thank you.

This group of ppl live up to their mission statement. Theirs never a dull moment when visiting, they are willing to answer any questions you may have, offer different techniques like blending flowers, to using agave sticks in tea before bed. hands down my go to place! they offer a punch card which has great benefits. And there next to a cupcake shop!! its a small building like 10 ppl small if you have to wait its not long and just go buy a cup cake or two before hand!!

way to expensive they're $10 grams are crap bought a $5 joint full of stems didn't even get me high if you want good expect to spend 14 or 15 for gram smh

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.. answered all my questions and helped me pick the right strain for me as I'm picky. definitely recommend.

I went here recently for the first time simply because it's relatively close to my house (thanks, Leafly), and this place is pretty great. The guys were quick to help, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'll most definitely be visiting again.

Very friendly staff! Great deals and variety of prices as well as strains! This is the only shop for me!!!! The more you spend the better quality which is typically the way it goes. Duh! Overall 9 out of 10!!!

I don't often leave reviews matter fact I can't remember the last one I wrote, but these guys deserve it the atmosphere is awesome the service is top-notch there's a nice selection of glass as well grass ;-) Finally I don't have to drive over to Rockwood. Considering Rockwood areas reputation I rather not drive over and leave my vehicle unattended. Till next time 😎

Dispensary is trash prices are way up for bad quality. Wouldn't even bother
