Just drove fifteen miles to get here because you're the last place in town with medical Squibs in stock and your leafly lied. Your building is NOT wheelchair accessible. Fix your Leafly. Thanks for letting me down. I couldn't get any further than the parking lot.

This place NEVER has the product thy list on their menu OR the prices. They never update anything and when you ask about it they blame leafly. It's leafly fault it hasn't updated. But that's been the story here for years. Kind of funny. But still unprofessional and lazy. Service is always weird and abrasive too.

Went out of my way to visit because of their prices and selection on concentrates, according to their menu. Neither was as advertised, and the owner? made excuses and tried to get me to buy different, more expensive products. Bait and switch, anyone? He suggested I use Weedmaps because their product pictures are real. But are the prices real?. See ya.

worst dispensary ive been to in Oregon. unfortunately its the closest. wish they could step up for there area and provide with good meds for good prices but both are unreasonable

OK I gave y'all another chance because you're so very easy to get to from my home, and you do have some decent deals, as well as a couple of budtenders who know how to be kind. But, I WILL NOT BE DISSED yet another time when I call on the phone. Why do you folks always assume when I call that I have laundry list of items I am going to be asking about? I simply ask that you tell me yes or no on a couple of items in stock and it is ALWAYS too much to ask. Always the same old song and dance response, refusing to give me info. Telling me the menu is "not the way to go" and that I "MUST" come in and see what you have. Well, of course you want me to come in so you can try and talk me into buying a substitute if you don't have what I am looking for. I guess the last time I called and was given the spiel came in later that day and didn't find what I wanted then left without buying a thing must have really chapped your hide, eh? Well, sorry, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is a thing on the phone too you know. You've lost me for good this time.

Went in and got "top shelf" and spent 300 dollars on some good looking bud. Got it home and it was sub par at best... Not happy and will not be back. Selling bud that is not up to par at top shelf prices is insane. After all the good things I have seen about this place, I was not impressed.

this store never or rarely updates the menu. It's a waste of time to go there if you're looking for something inpaticular.

First impression is the store is the smallest I've ever seen. You have to wait out in the cold until they clear out the 3 customers inside. Yes 3. Flower is twice the price it should be for the quality. Pre rolls are also obviously made from very dry shake....huge waste, literally couldn't smoke it. And last but not least; the customer service was horrible!

Rude bud tenders. They talk trash about other customer in front of customers. Ask them how much for a quarter and get the price of a gram. I just can't get past how really rude, and cocky they are.

After spending thousands of $$$$ here. Showed up to find out they were not honoring my veterans discount because they had a special going on which ended up costing me around $100. more . When mentioning that fact, they responded with I only work here. There weed was dry and very stemmed. What a crappy way of not honoring Veterans. Fellow Veterans find a different store. Bait and switch tactic. I told them what I was going to do (bad review) they asked if I had ever done that before. (as if I was to old and dumb to figure it out) Well you the only 1 I've bothered to write a review about. Not very compassionate. After shopping around your store is very over priced !

Way over priced. I've been a few times only because it's the closest. I drive 20+minutes just to go elsewhere, where I can find eighths for the price of their grams that aren't even worthy of the "top shelf" label. Disappointing since they're so close.

Im only writing a second review hoping even one more customer doesn't go to this location. The word compassion should not be in their name, because they couldn't care less about their customers. Every time I've been, I have been disrespected and treated poorly. Those who serve medical patients should be held to a higher standard, and therefore im not ok with this dispencery representing the gresham cannabis community. We as a community deserve better, and im looking forward to seeing this location close down.

Love this place. But the last couple of times I've been there I've gotten more stem than flower. Asked for 2 grams of the Hindu. Came home to weight it out without the stems and I got a 1.3. This the type of things that should be avoided and makes me wanna shop at cannabis nation for now on.

10/17/2018 around 5:15pm. Not sure if I will come back to this place after the experience I had today. The system has my boyfriend in as medical but for me recreational. After the (around 5'6"-5'8" 35-40yo) dyed blonde stalky store clerk got after once Again that he can not purchase anything for me on his account we then made it extremely clear multiple times that we were making separate purchases for ourselves seperately yet she would not let us talk to eachother. Everytime we tried to talk to eachother to get advice/opinion she nearly barked at us & was borderline accusing him of trying to make purchases for me. He was not!!! I can't hear very well so alot of time I have him repeat what they say to me because I can understand his voice more clearly. Alot of times he has me look & smell the different oils & flowers they have because I have a powerful sense of smell plus he trusts my opinion/judgement ALOT since I know him so well. The other store clerks (slender short lady & a man) were nice & courteous & trying to help us but had trouble being able to because she was needlessly reprimanding all of us nearly constantly. It was a terrible experience! I left not buying anything because I couldn't make up my mind due to the anxiety I felt being in there. My boyfriend was also very upset after we left & felt that I was being discriminated because niether of us could even get it out that he is my ears for hearing. He wanted my opinion on some oils he was wanting but wasn't able to because he wasn't being allowed to by the same woman who kept at us & wasn't helping at all. It did not feel compassionate despite the name of the place.

We’ve been to quite a few dispensaries all over the state and this has by far the strangest and most confusing procedure to enter. Push a button and hold your ID to the camera. There is no indication that anyone is looking, except the door pops open slightly after a few seconds but the door gets stuck so it leaves you yanking on it until it releases fully. Meanwhile the guy is talking to you through a speaker from the other side of the door but you can’t hear anything he’s saying because you’re standing next to a busy road. When you get into the first door, it shuts behind you and you still have to go through the next door. For me the second door wasn’t open yet so there was a good 20-30 seconds I was in a coat closet-sized space (and starting to feel claustrophobic)before it popped open. When I got in I was waiting for my husband, since you can only go in one at a time. The man just kept saying very rudely “open the door dude!” The overall vibe was that he was annoyed by the fact that we were there and he had to do his job. You can get the same products at nicer dispensaries for just as good of prices. Out of at least 50 Oregon dispensaries this is my least favorite thus far. At least our budtender was sweet and she was very helpful. Compassion shouldn’t be in the name as long as that guy is there.

Low quality bud, low quality workers, and a low quality dispensary overall. The workers don't know what they're doing half the time and their bud is schwap. But hey, if you got $30 to waste, then go right ahead. I have almost never been satisfied with this particular dispensary, and if i didn't live so close then there would be no way in hell youd catch me there.

conveniently located right down the hill from my house. the place is small but that's a little irrelevant. parking is ample and discounts for the cupcake store next door. they usually always have what we're looking for and the bud is fairly priced. staff is usually very helpful and make great recommendationsl, this was actually the first dispensary i ever went to and the budtender introduced me to one of my favorite strains. when they're slammed the staff can get a little rude and overwhelmed. my only other complaint is once one of the tenders seemed visibly stoned and bagged me up double of what i asked for. i didnt realize til after she rung me up and she struggled so much through the process that i didnt want to say anything so i just payed double what i was intending to-- it ended up being smoked anyway

Small store with sometimes heavy traffic. Has some good deals, but can't compete with top quality flower from what I've seen.

Very nice dispensary. I felt very welcomed, great service felt like the bud tender knew what he was talking about. Very clean and we'll lit. interesting door system.

I went here several times because it's close to home, but the convenience is not worth it. The bud is over priced. According to them, they have 200 strains, and when you ask them about one they can't seem to find it or be helpful or knowledgeable. now, let's talk about the quality of the bud.....it's a mixed bag....some times it was decent and other times it was disappointing (considering their overprices) compared to other shops i can find way better quality, friendly faces and knowledgeable non rude budtenders.
