This is the absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to. The girls at the front desk were rude no personality no customer service at all, but thats fine if the product is good. My budtender was awful, first time in he didnt break down the pricing on flower, he wasnt recommending strains or assisting me making a purchase, low energy, yelling at coworkers from across the room for no reason. Every other place has people who are excited to work in the cannabis industry but these people seemed lifeless. Purchased a $50 eighth of flower with a BOGO free eighth. Im not impressed the flower is dry, for $50?? Also alot of people in the back area if your worried about covid.

Be careful shopping here. They took 4 grams off my allotment and they aren’t doing anything to correct it. I’ve called them multiple times over the past few days and have not received one phone call back. Every time I call, they have no idea about the situation. Will be going to the department of health on Monday since Nirvana doesn’t want to correct the problem.

Trash. Glad y’all are out of Glendale. Wasted a drive and 35 min wait to see that y’all still have trash just on a different side of town. Won’t ever come back

Absolutely blown away with how awful the service was. The blueberry skunk product I got was filled more with seeds and stems then actual product. I placed my order on line (wanting blue dream which was offered on line) but then told they dont sell that)and still waiting over an hour the lady working the counter had no clue what she was doing at all. got in line to get my bad then had to wait in another line just to cash out. this place is a joke DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I called on some lemon diesel I had bought. I had a bad experience with it. No smell, No med feeling at all.. No one got back to me. Worst $60 half oz I ever bought...

The customer service is really exceptional! Not too many dispensaries have workers like Nirvana, not too many companies at that.

This was the my first time visit here and based upon my experience I would not come back. The staff needs to be trained to multitask and be able to handle the crowds. The receptionist took forever to enter my first time patient info, therefore allowing other customers to go ahead of me. As I’m sitting there, other patient came and I guess had homie hookup because they took him back almost immediately. I was shocked! I waited for over an hour, as I watched people come and go ahead of me. Not sure what the issue was but they seemed very unorganized. All I can say is the flower better be good!

Nirvana West Phoenix is the bomb!!! They always hook it up with the $45 half oz, shatter, and carts. Basically it’s my go-to place. Thanks Vinny and Mark for always giving me five star service.

Placed a leafly order. It clearly states there is a 20% discount on All regular priced items. I get there to pick up my order and they tell me they won't do the 20% because there's some restrictions. In the info there's NO mention whatsoever of any restrictions on the pickup order. Still won't do the 20%.. I just walked out.. The restrictions aren't the problem. Being unaware of them is the problem. If there's restrictions on your specials you should STATE CLEARLY what those restrictions are so the patient has some knowledge of that before wasting their time. Thanks for wasting my time nirvana.. Doubt I'll be back.

Do not go to nirvana..worst customer service. And I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries and this is my first time ever writing a negative review..they simply don’t care.

Miss the good old days when the tier drops were 22 for your best Shelf and Now it’s almost double that. You would get way more of you older clientele back if you weren’t trying to rip us off now. There are other places that take care of there customers. Hope this is looked at and considered when you re evaluate your pricing.

I was the 2nd person in line for Father’s Day basket , Showed proof I was a father ,first to leave the store with a purchase from MUV for the 150$ basket . Was told the basket would come Monday . Had Gohar & Hezy both great budtenders! Helped me choose which 💣 flower to grab always very knowledgeable on their strains keeps it real honest. I respect your guys and thanks for the medication

Great dispensary with great products and a helpful staff

I went to nirvana today since I'm a regular there, and never have I been dissapointed like today. I waited 30 minutes no problem for me, they were short staffed and the room began to fill, but when I get called for my turn I was excited to get my flower and my budtender was gwaine. He was very rude when I asked questions about the flower and kept rolling his eyes and he couldn't answer questions I had about edibles because he doesnt eat junk food his words. I understand they were busy and that's okay but he didn't have to rush me he needed to be patient and take his time serving a customer. He's very unprofessional and I never would want him to be my budtender again. The GM is awesome there I love her and hope she puts his rudeness in check.

The facility was clean, the service was great and the product was great as well. I will definitely be coming back and tell my friends about the experience too 😊.
