Nirvana Center - West Phoenix

Woke up Sunday Morning to a text from them inviting me to their Epic Fail Opening (They referred to it as Grand Opening). So I stopped in - maybe 8-10 people in the lobby so figured Im out of here in a few minutes (waited 45 minutes). Every TV in the lobby was telling about all the great specials they had going - $16 eights - BOGO of tons of cartridges etc. etc. They take me back where they have about a dozen client stations set up and have 3 employees back there working - 45 minutes for 10 people makes sense now. My budtender notifies me their Epic Fail Opening ended yesterday but now they have some great "specials" like bottom tier $25 eights and 500ml cartridge for $30 - WOW like every one of the 10 dispensaries I passed on my way here an hour ago - what a bargain. The other Nirvanas are great and maybe these guys will get their sh*t together but I won't be back to find out - Bait and Switch at your Grand Opening makes it an EPIC FAIL Opening. I did have a great marketing idea though - how about a shirt that commemorates the occasion "I got BURNED at Nirvana" - every patient who waits an hour to get the bait and switch special gets a free shirt for every $100 they waste here.

Worst pre rolls ever. Waste of money, got 8, 0 burned correctly. This specific nirvana is always on some bullshit

bought a half oz of potent planet that wasn't sealed,came home to weigh out and was short over a gram. I then called and spoke to supervisor on FEB 4th at 11:00am . who assured me my scale was off and needed to be calibrated which then assured him I checked myself before calling. he then said he was trying to give a reason as to why. I I asked if his staff could be at fault and he ASSURED me "due to covid restrictions thats not possible. " not sure what opening a bag that's not sealed has to due with covid restrictions but I am now waiting back from potent planet . not looking for reimbursement but I am trying to assue the next time I need meds I can drive down the street and not have to go across town to make sure this doesn't happen. I encourage people to check . a thief or thief in this industry hurt not only the people , who they take from . but also the vendors who make good meds for patients .

And for waiting almost 2 hours in their stupid ass fucking line they give you an apology. Fuck this place the people are still fucked up.

hi I came to the dispensary to get some shatter I asked what was the cheapest shatter they told me Lotus so I chose the Lotus shatter and I open the package come to find out it's sugar wax I'm very displeased of this and I'm not returning to this place thank you

I have been coming here for over a year, my experience here is usually a good one. But when the guy with the mohawk is working there, prescription fills take forever, when I am there he does everything to take his time to give me my order. He always pronounces my name wrong even though I have been there several times before and told him how to pronounce it. I never have issues with any other employee except him. I honestly feel he singles me out and theres animosity. As a patient I shouldn't have to feel like that just to get my order. After tonight I almost don't even want to return to this location.

So I’m leaving this review to shout out Arely , that girl is working hard & she made things right for my order. But everyone else I’ve worked with also usually has an amazing attitude thank you guys (:

Normally folks leave good reviews for gains. Well imma keep it funky. The weed is trash now. The grab and go 8ths are trash but they tell you it was on the top shelf. The bulk weed is ass now used to be hit or miss now it’s just miss. I went and got a deal they had on the top shelf but it was only one strain and it was ass. I have a tip ... stop opening new stores all over AZ and bring back the Nirvana we all lovED.

Today was my first time, I will take advantage of my 1st time patient deals and never come back, customer service is horrible employees have no clue what there doing so unorganized awful I hate this place will never refer

the bud tender recommended the liquid gold cartridges. terrible recommendation. they should be ashamed of themselves for even selling this liquid gold trash. Not surprising they don't put the THC content on the package... honestly wondering if there was any at all... stay away from the liquid gold carts

This is the absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to. The girls at the front desk were rude no personality no customer service at all, but thats fine if the product is good. My budtender was awful, first time in he didnt break down the pricing on flower, he wasnt recommending strains or assisting me making a purchase, low energy, yelling at coworkers from across the room for no reason. Every other place has people who are excited to work in the cannabis industry but these people seemed lifeless. Purchased a $50 eighth of flower with a BOGO free eighth. Im not impressed the flower is dry, for $50?? Also alot of people in the back area if your worried about covid.

If you walk in be prepared to wait very very very long time.

At this center they made my account go over my allotment, and did not want to correct it. Trying to blame it on me and that was my first and last visit to them. I know that this place was the only dispensary that I went to that day because I had to get a ride. So they made me be out of medication.

Miss the good old days when the tier drops were 22 for your best Shelf and Now it’s almost double that. You would get way more of you older clientele back if you weren’t trying to rip us off now. There are other places that take care of there customers. Hope this is looked at and considered when you re evaluate your pricing.

Do not go to nirvana..worst customer service. And I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries and this is my first time ever writing a negative review..they simply don’t care.

I was the 2nd person in line for Father’s Day basket , Showed proof I was a father ,first to leave the store with a purchase from MUV for the 150$ basket . Was told the basket would come Monday . Make sure you look at what you’re getting when purchasing the $20 8ths my medicine was BROWN and full of stems and even had seeds. It was literally Reggie smelled like it tasted like it burned my throat and gave me a headache I’m extremely disappointed that they even grew and sold this trash if I could post the pic I would be there’s no option to do so.
