Nirvana Center - West Phoenix

Absolutely blown away with how awful the service was. The blueberry skunk product I got was filled more with seeds and stems then actual product. I placed my order on line (wanting blue dream which was offered on line) but then told they dont sell that)and still waiting over an hour the lady working the counter had no clue what she was doing at all. got in line to get my bad then had to wait in another line just to cash out. this place is a joke DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Nirvana dispensaries are the worst in the valley. Do not waste your money or time on the dried out garbage they try to pass off as quality buds. The worst customer service as well. They never fill online orders correctly and try to get you to take whatever they decide to give you. Do not believe the good reviews on here either. They only do it for the freebies.

I told the lady with red hair in the from that I had an online order. I waited about 20 minutes to go in the back and pick up my order. I have NEVER had 100% customer service/satisfaction here.

Never buy $70 oz’s of shake. It’s basically dirt. Hopefully they allow me to exchange. Stay tune

The bud tenders are amazing, super friendly and are always super helpful. I always recommend this place to my friends and wont stop. Y’all new slogan should be. Good buys good vibes

The customer service is really exceptional! Not too many dispensaries have workers like Nirvana, not too many companies at that.

This was the my first time visit here and based upon my experience I would not come back. The staff needs to be trained to multitask and be able to handle the crowds. The receptionist took forever to enter my first time patient info, therefore allowing other customers to go ahead of me. As I’m sitting there, other patient came and I guess had homie hookup because they took him back almost immediately. I was shocked! I waited for over an hour, as I watched people come and go ahead of me. Not sure what the issue was but they seemed very unorganized. All I can say is the flower better be good!

Vinnie was a superb budtender. you can think of Vinnie for this not being all one star!!! If he would have been the owner you guys would have had my loyalty for life. As this is the closest despencery to home. yet, I doubt I'll ever go back.. don't like feeling cheated, the whole. bait and switch game. I came in exclusively for the first time patients deal.. expecting to be able to get a vape BOGO. They were out instead of offering any sort of compensation or alternative substitute or heck even a rain check the owners told me SOL.. way too many choices in town to feel like it's a shady dealer. I don't need to feel cheated. Super disappointed with management of this dispensaries!!!!

Nirvana West Phoenix is the bomb!!! They always hook it up with the $45 half oz, shatter, and carts. Basically it’s my go-to place. Thanks Vinny and Mark for always giving me five star service.

Placed a leafly order. It clearly states there is a 20% discount on All regular priced items. I get there to pick up my order and they tell me they won't do the 20% because there's some restrictions. In the info there's NO mention whatsoever of any restrictions on the pickup order. Still won't do the 20%.. I just walked out.. The restrictions aren't the problem. Being unaware of them is the problem. If there's restrictions on your specials you should STATE CLEARLY what those restrictions are so the patient has some knowledge of that before wasting their time. Thanks for wasting my time nirvana.. Doubt I'll be back.

leafly menu is garbage. it's not alphabetized or with any sense of sorting. it's just a big mess. inconvenient as I'm not gonna spend 15 minutes scrolling through every single cartridge and shatter. next dispo please.

I called on some lemon diesel I had bought. I had a bad experience with it. No smell, No med feeling at all.. No one got back to me. Worst $60 half oz I ever bought...

Service so bad I didn’t bother shopping. Waited 20 min for service yet somehow they couldn’t figure out to serve their lobby. Was the second one in, watched 4 people go, wondered why - they never checked me in properly. Watched the line continue to move with no hope of seeing the bud or smoking anything from them tonight. Honestly glad to not have spent money with them, even if I’m dry. Do business better or at least don’t be a dick to the chick with a grand burning a hole in my pocket and some creative ways to spend it. Never fucking again.

This visit took me 45 minutes at least, I was in the store and seen 3 people allowed to cut lines and get whatever they needed first after I had waited, this is not my first time experiencing this at this Nirvana location

The wait for pre orders is fucking ridiculous whoever is in charge of this shop needs to go back to their job in the McDonald's drive thru.

Walked in to another patient wanting to pick up a mobile order, and give treats to her budtender from earlier that day. The lady at the front desk told her to give it to the budtender she’d have when she went in, and they’d deliver them. That answer wasn’t good enough and the lady caused a big scene. Security never stepped in to ask the patient to calm down. Security wasn’t there at all, just hanging around outside where nothing was happening. Other patients inside the lobby started egging the patient with the treats on and getting her to continue cussing and threatening the receptionist. Admittedly, the lady at the front desk had attitude. A lot. My gf and I felt very tentative when approaching to not get her mad at us. The loud patient kept complaining about how long the wait was, but it was honestly around 20 min. Didn’t feel long at all. My actual experience with the budtender was chill. Zack i believe was his name. Cool dude, gave some good recommendations. The manager had to walk the receptionist to her car since she had been threatened. She took this as an opportunity to walk with her pant leg up, revealing her prosthetic. Not sure what to make of this. I’m sorry you’re disabled but that doesn’t affect what comes out of your mouth. Sorry. I’m a budtender as well and things could have definitely been ran smoother here. Idk if i’ll be back. Probably because it’s the only spot for stiizy bogos. Oh well.

northern hash plant the worst weed ever, it looks brown and super dry how can you guys even sell this ? you guys need to remove immediately not going there anymore.

The people here are very nice and know how to do their jobs but I was very disappointed when I bought some muv cartridges 500m from here. The cartridges tasted great but were only filled half way so basically spent 40 for a 250m cartridges live and let learn i will probably go back. but not to buy cartridges

Went in for a bogo deal and walked out paying for 2 things. After i told the budtender my situation he said he could not refund me my money. Horrible customer service and horrible staff !!

if i could give a damn 0 i would. Bought some wax and there was residue all over the lid and didn’t even look like a gram, we called and they said bring it in and they’ll see if it’s in their measures like wtf?? i know what a damn gram looks like and i know when someone is tryna cheat the system bc they want their money. plus they had deals on bogo carts and didn’t even give me the deal just taxed me in the regular price when there’s signs everywhere that there on sale. worse dispo ever!!! plus u wait hella long with rude ass employers
