usually dont have a bad experience when i come in here, however today when i went i in i had a budtender who i feel didnt know much about his bud which was frustrating. And on top of that i felt as though they just didnt want me to be there. Planning on checking out some other dispensaries around..

Bud tenders are incompetent. They know nothing about “medical” needs. Every time you go there WILL be something wrong with your order. They will charge you extra and then turn around and say there is nothing they can do. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe it. Take it from me and DO NOT GO TO THIS OR ANY LOCATIONS!

I have called your stores in Prescott Valley/Cottonwood for over a month now, checking the availability on your medical grade gummies, and you're still out. What's going on? I feel that im getting the run around. Your employees seem to be frustrated and embarrassed not only in Prescott Valley but also in Cottonwood The price we have to pay for our medical cards is expensive enough, then only offered recreational grade. I rely on your store for my medicine needs because i can not drive, and i feel like I have to give up on you and go somewhere else. Feeling discouraged,disappointed, aniexty.

After being overcharged on tax, received no apology or my refund. Instead, manager Stevie said she didn’t care. Really!? Are you able to do your job as manager or just give poor customer service? Glad I go to Phoenix frequently and don’t have to visit Nirvana. They just take your money, they don’t care.

I feel like I'm welcome every time I go there. very good weed and oils.

By far the best dispensary in town. Fast service and great quality meds. This will continue to be my dispensary of choice.

I stopped by because I was passing through Prescott and this place was bad ass!!! It’s definitely my P-town spot to stop for meds! Everyone was cool and genuinely nice. I was never rushed and I was educated on their medicine. And their bud was amazing!

If 1st impressions mean anything. This place nails it on every level. Professional, informative and friendly. This was a very comfortable visit for a new card holder. Also the 10 percent discount for being a vet was the icing on the cake. Thanks to Uma and J for making that happen.

Please start putting the thc and cbd percentages in the descriptions of each strain. For flower and concentrates.

Nirvana used to be really good, it used to be the best dispensary in the area. It has since fallen from grace. Not sure if it was the pandemic but even before that, it was getting shoddy. My last visit was unpleasant with my budtender pushing much more expensive items on me and rushing me out of the door. I understand it was late but I wasn't expecting to be rudely rushed that quickly. Nevertheless I write this review in hopes that we will get the old, more reliable Nirvana Center back in Prescott Valley.

the security guard is rude the employees don't have patience with medical customers. I really wouldn't come here ever again if there was other options up here I drive from Cordes Junction and forgot something in my car for 3 minutes and they stopped my order and skipped to the next patient. Security told me to get back in line and go outside. I have an injury that makes it really hard to move or do anything at all Except laying down in a bed with my legs elevated.

This is the only dispensary I go to. They're always friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. Product is of a certain quality, and works for my knees. Pain is resolved immediately 🙂❤️ Great place.

I've been coming here since it opened. budtenders recommendations are excellent. Only one neg - prices have increased, but deals can still be found.
