Didn't like finding out after a lot of run around that the rewards points system was changed and I seem to have lost several hundred of my points. now it's only one point for every $20 spent, why even have a points system at all with a policy like that? Thank you for the seeds I pulled out of my eighth of "top shelf", blue dream I am using them to grow my own so I never have to spend another dollar at your greedy dispensary. It's obvious you have lowered the bar on TOP SHELF flower but not the price.

first time there. the security guard was the nicest person there. the others were cold and non communicable.I informed the first bud tender it was my first time and got a short " what would you like? " like I knew all the products that they have being my first time. I had to ask for their names when introducing to them. first was DeAndre who for some unknown reason passed me off to Lee after getting me a 1/2 oz of girl scout cookies. the product looks like dried out peas. when I got home the product is so dry that it turns to powder when crushing up(harvest date 3-3-21) today's date 5-28-21. then I got 1gr. of crystalline no information on THC % on either product. spending 190.00 in a trip and getting poor service and quality on my first time has really left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. no specials or point system was ever explained to me. if they even have any. didn't feel like a customer but more like they was doing me a favor by taking my money. 24 miles one way for that kind of service and product I'm probably better trying the one in Prescott next time. now I need to try and moisturize these popcorn flower I got, to make a smoother smokable version.

I have written 2 reviews in the past year that were not so favorable to Nirvana P.V..
I stopped going there for a while and just recently started going there again because of the location. I got in and out in a reasonable amount of time, about 10-15 min. There's more parking now and it operates more fluidly now. Very very good! I don't think anybody is too happy with the prices but that's everywhere.
I look forward to going there again, just like I did when they first opened.

Jacob G was the main problem . I asked about a strain and he tells me he only smokes top shelf from grow science. very helpful Jacob G. no mask and very unprofessional . teach these workers some customer service skills .

Bud tenders are incompetent. They know nothing about “medical” needs. Every time you go there WILL be something wrong with your order. They will charge you extra and then turn around and say there is nothing they can do. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe it. Take it from me and DO NOT GO TO THIS OR ANY LOCATIONS!

I have called your stores in Prescott Valley/Cottonwood for over a month now, checking the availability on your medical grade gummies, and you're still out. What's going on? I feel that im getting the run around. Your employees seem to be frustrated and embarrassed not only in Prescott Valley but also in Cottonwood
The price we have to pay for our medical cards is expensive enough, then only offered recreational grade. I rely on your store for my medicine needs because i can not drive, and i feel like I have to give up on you and go somewhere else. Feeling discouraged,disappointed, aniexty.
It is the most dysfunctional dispensary I have experienced! Product is abysmal, never high thc unless it for a discontinued herb & dry like sawdust. competition destroys Nirvana with product and highly desired product. Obviously I live very close to Nirvana but am beginning to justify the distance to SWC!!
After being overcharged on tax, received no apology or my refund. Instead, manager Stevie said she didn’t care. Really!? Are you able to do your job as manager or just give poor customer service? Glad I go to Phoenix frequently and don’t have to visit Nirvana. They just take your money, they don’t care.

Always my favorite spot to visit! Even though I moved away north to flagstaff, I still enojoy my visits to Yavapai... way too much!!! Almostphere is great... Love the Smells! and as ALWAYS... The produce is always fresh and sticky ;-) Now I am just waiting for YHS to add $10 shake grams to the menu like other spots up north an down south.

ATTENTION NIRVANA STOP selling medicine that is not labeled properly. The reason Leafly has put together a list of genetics is so patients can find a strain that works best for their ailments. By making up names for shitty strains you can't identify makes you a black market Street dealer. You need to take more pride in your business and the reason for doing what you do. You have had quality medicine in the past that was easy to decide what works best. Step up your game and lable shit correct or just tell people you don't know what it is. Shame on you guys..

I've been to this shop numerous times since it opened. It's always been great... until now. Many of the edible items on the menu were out of stock. Since that's all I can use, it was a big disappointment. The person who waited on me was not particularly helpful. She acted like a know-it-all, but didn't know her products very well. She also didn't have any idea when they'd get new stock in, and was indifferent during the entire transaction. For the first time ever, I didn't tip. I can't recommend this place anymore.

Worst dispensary ever! Never honor their deals and got rid of any discounts for medical patients. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go to swc or anywhere else other than here! Their service and quality have gone down the crapper and they don't care about medical patients 1 bit.

Ripped Off-the bud tenders don't know there own deals and screw you out of offers. Managers don't call you back when they say they will. This location doesn't give a shit because it's the only one in the area. Theives.

I have been on the phone for almost an hour to get a delivery at my home. I’m a card carrier for medicinal uses. I have no other close resources. I’ve been with this dispensary since inception. They do not know how to deal with telephone volume. As someone who cannot drive, I am extremely distressed.
Doubt you will highlight this review; I tried.

We are in our 60's and have chronic health problems, have been using MMJ for about five years. Our first visit to Nirvana in May was a pretty good experience and had a great guy to help me find the meds I need. However, subsequent visits to Nirvana have been very disappointing. The music playing in the lobby is always way too loud and stuff I am not wanting to hear, especially as I suffer from never-ending chronic pain. I can't tolerate a lot of noise and confusion because of how I feel and being in this dispensary aggravated this problem immensely. The waiting room is too small for the crowds and you feel as if you have been packed into a sardine can. The neighborhood is creepy and the parking lot chaotic. I see very little people there who actually appear as if they need this medication, it seems to be mostly young males in search of a recreational high. There are very few older patients who will come here because the surroundings and people can be intimidating.
I see that the people who work here are friendly and welcoming but I get the vibe that this dispensary is just a party place, that it is not dedicated to the medicinal side of medical marijuana at all. The budtenders have little to no knowledge of the proper use of MMJ for chronic conditions and you have to guide yourself on what to buy because they are not helpful in giving information on the various strains they have in stock. Which leads me to another gripe about this place...I will check online for the right strain that appeals to me, drive all the way over there and wait in the lobby just to find that they are out of the strain I so much want! Then I get offered some lackluster strain in the place of what I actually wanted to purchase and am never all that happy when I get home and try my purchase out. It is most annoying to get my mind set that I am going to be getting this great indica strain for my pain and then find that they no longer have what I want. I find the prices to be about average for the market.
I can only recommend Nirvana of Prescott Valley with reservations....be prepared to go out of your comfort zone for quite awhile. And don't get your heart set on any particular strain because chances are, they won't have it and you will have to settle for some lesser quality product. Perhaps this dispensary will improve and become more PATIENT friendly, not recreational friendly...and they definitely need to attract the older market. We don't feel particularly welcomed or appreciated as patients/customers in this dispensary.

will not be getting flower here anymore. prices literally doubled within a two week time frame and points/daily deals changed without notice. I'd rather drive to another city and stock up then put up with this.

This was my first experience using my card at an actual dispensary. I had used a local delivery service which was convenient but the meds were mediocre at best.
From my first telephone contact with M'Lynn to actually being shown the meds by Jay and Boone, I had a totally remarkable experience. I am a combat veteran with nerve damage throughout my body. I simply told them that I didn't want to take opiate painkillers anymore and I was presented with many different options and ended up walking out with 2 strains and some great edibles.
The location is very convenient yet still totally discreet. I will be returning and will suggest this dispensary to all the other vets I know who are in the same position I am.
