I will NOT be coming back here, the way the employees treat people is absolutely ridiculous and they are SO rude. No cheap options like before and the wait times are ridiculous, I had to wait over 45 minutes to even get to the back to get my pick up order, ended up spending over an hour there when it normally doesn’t take longer than 20 minutes, MAX! Maybe y’all should have a training on how to treat people who are spending their money. This place is a waste of time, start driving to New River or Phoenix. It’s rec now, so I guess all the med patients are screwed. Don’t waste paying $300 on a card to get treated like shit. 😂

All flower seems to be pre-packed and highly overpriced. Point system is complete garbage now. Spending one thousand dollars gets you a free 8th though!!!! Be sure to tell the staff exactly how you feel about this new and terrible system and we can get this changed.

Prices are horrible. This location doesn’t give two craps about COVID People not wearing masks. Sounds like they don’t care about there customers. Pretty sad their own employees go to jars in new river for better deals. Plus they have no respect for all the medical patients that helped them get there. Not going back there again. Will gladly drive 100 miles to purchase from a company that cares about their staff and makes customers wear masks and brings in medical patients before recreational

We got old product and the bud tender (you could say that loosely) was rude and seemed uneducated on Marijuana.

This dispensary is HORRIBLE. FLOWER, STAFF, and ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM SUCKS!!!! No one answers the phone, and if they do you get placed on hold forever and forgotten. After reading the reviews and realizing their point system has changed as well as daily deals, I definitely do not want to buy from here anymore. It’s so clear that the owner is out for money, and probably doesn’t even care about any of the bad reviews piling on leafly. I will happily drive to Phoenix just to not give anymore money to nirvana. We need more stores in Prescott that actually CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. None of the staff at nirvana cares, you guys all act like the customers are the most annoying people ever. We have been funding your business for years !!! You might as well have a giant sign outside that says “F YOU MEDICAL PATIENTS”. I really wish someone had shared with you guys some insight into how to run a proper business!! You guys know nothing !!

They have completely changed their pricing and patient benefits! Unbelievable pricing. Absolutely no patient loyalty. I understand they want to cash in on rec, but at what cost?! Your patients have been loyal for years and need their meds at a reasonable cost. We already paid to have access to our medicine. Do not line these owners pockets with more cash.

Im concerned that there are NUMEROUS bad reviews on here including one of my own and no changes have been made. Again the prices are ridiculous, the point system is trash, and the quality of your products are ridiculous. Numerous times I've bought the Moon Rocks and they weren't great quality for the 65 they were already charging that I settled for let alone 76 dollars. The lines are ridiculous and so is parking. The parking lot has little to no lines, the back is all torn up and rips cars to pieces, and standing outside in the cold watching the security guard who hardly works stay warm and cozy is the topper for me. Get it together nirvana or give it up for the big boys to do their jobs.

last time i went here, was the last time i went here... prescott (area) has the sorriest two dispensaries in the state..swc was good until all the nirvana folks started showing up, now both are equally pathetic..

I really don't understand how this place is still getting positive reviews. They have absolutely become the epitome of money hungry. They have no deals that actually make sense. They no longer do points for smokeables and to top off the points, I have to spend $1000 to get $40 off. THATS THE MOST RIDICULOUS IVE EVER HEARD OF. Go back to being medical only and actually care about patients/customers again. Let prescott deal with the recreational.

This place has gone way down hill. Called this morning to put in a pickup order so I could come by sometime throughout the day, battled the busy signal for 40 minutes before I got put on hold for another 30 minutes with nobody picking up the phone to take my order. I would order online but they don’t have all the products listed online that they have in store. Maybe they will figure it out someday.

How they got these review numbers is beyond me. I have been a medical patient for the last three plus years, spending an average of $1500 a month. This place has continued to go down hill from an operational and service standpoint; management turnover and staff that couldn't care less about you. The only person that is pleasant is the young lady that takes the orders in the morning. Now that they have gone recreational the business model is profit profit profit. Selling terrible dry and crappy strains at top shelf prices. They should be ashamed of themselves. The medical patients receive the shit end of the deal. Fighting lines and busy phone lines in order to purchase over priced subpar quality medication. Almost every order I have to remind about my discount and they always don't apply it and tell me a wrong total. I have to fight to get my disability discount and beg to use points for $ off.

Most of the employees here are complete tools. Too busy basking in the glory of...being a merchant I guess than caring about their patients. Major attitude problems- I wish I could give just one name but it’s almost the entire staff except for maybe 2-3 employees(who agree!!!)

Got an eighth of black mamba smell like a bag of mold my experience with their flower has been really horrible lately everything under 45 $50 is garbage literally I think they took it out of the trash to try to sell it

What are we going to do about getting medical supplies????? Both dispensary in Prescott are NOT prepared to accommodate medical. It’s all about the money. Recreational has taken over

Awful prices

i’ve done a pickup order about 3 times now. everytime ive gotten something different than what i ordered and they budtender has never made that clear when giving me my items and doesn’t even show me them before putting them in the bag. this last time i was returning something i was waiting for about 15 in the selling room before i finally had to walk up to a tender and ask to be helped,, even though your name is on a list ? customer service is bad. it just feels like a bunch of teenagers who know nothing about weed other than smoking it. 2 of my friends have also experienced bad service while shopping here. anxiously waiting for another dispo to open.

this place used to be my favorite but they really fell off. I've been saving my points for years and almost had enough for a half oz. I go in last time and it's completely different. everything pre packaged and dry, cartridges out of stock all the time, super long lines, no parking in the parking lot because it's too small and I almost got towed parking down the street. can't believe I spent 1000 hard earned points for a lame $40 off, it really bugs me. now the best deal is like 25% off on Sundays or something but that excludes flower so what the hell is the point . thanks a lot for the disappointment, I miss the old you.

Only deal for the day was on pre rolls and they were out of them at opening at 9am lol. Recent 5 star reviews definitely look like employee and owner reviews. Check out the pricing for Nirvana in PHX, worth the drive! DRY product, terrible ordering system, ridiculous prices. Only saving grace is the staff.

RIP OFF! I bought a $15 1g preroll and the preroll was .65 on my scale. Thoroughly disappointed.

Been my go to dispensary for nearly four years. Never again. Prices have risen dramatically while quality and service have gone way downhill. Now that my son lives in Phoenix I’m just going to stock up when in the valley.
