Love coming her!! I am never upset with the service or product I get!! Last time in I was with Sabrina and she did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable on strain types and what would be most affective medicine for me! Thank you for the amazing service! I will definitely be back!

this location isn't very convenient but the storefront is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It would be great if they offered a better discount for ada and vets but the prices are fair.

I went here with my friend for our first time on 4/20. Placed an order online after filling out the ftp papers and waited an hour and a half before finding out they lost our papers and the orders never got filled. fixed the first time paper dealio and they texted me that some stuff was out and instead helping me find products that were the same price i was trying to find, they just tried upselling to higher priced items. My friend tried doing the 8/99$ concentrates and in the morning a worker from the dispo said it could be any concentrate because it was supposed to only be shatter but they said concentrates so when she called to replace her order they would not uphold that price even though they said they would in the morning. We were trying to be understanding since it’s the pandemic and 4/20 but people were being helped before us that checked in literally an hour after we got there and the staff did not seem to care that we got lost in the system. I understand things happen like this but there were no apologies or anything (i wouldn’t expect one for waiting a long time or anything, just one for the fact that they messed up). We waited an hour and a half for nothing except for terrible customer service.

First time buying flower from this location myself and I’m extremely dissapointed. I bought two eighths of Lemon skunk from Tierra grow and was horribly dissapointed for the quality at 45$ an eighth. Your company seriously needs to train your bud tenders on what should be priced at what price point and what’s acceptable and not. I bought this because I’ve had the same strain from the same company and enjoyed it more than a good amount of flower I’ve had this summer. But this batch was not it. Would not pay more than maybe 25 an eighth probably 20 max. Your company should have a policy of “would I buy that eighth or that flower? “ it would be good if your bud tenders were intrpening certified by the trichome institute. And shouldn’t charge 45 just because that’s what you charged for the same strain from the same cultivator in the past I don’t know what to say though heavily disappointed by the flower for the price. Same story when I went to nirvana Tempe and got a 45$ and a 50$ eighth. My wife has gone here for years so I know you guys used to have really good flower and even flower that smelt good for your cheap bulk ounces. I think money’s too much of a priority in the medical market right now. Lots of greedy companies charging too much for medicine that’s not up to quality and I was really hoping Nirvana wouldn’t be like that now. I don’t know. I think I’m going to be sticking to buying flower from health for life on fridays because the purchase I made from them was one of the few that I’ve been satisfied with since the pandemic started

Nirvana has great bud but they seriously need to figure out a better system for pick up orders! It's ridiculous how slow they are!! They have an abundance of employees standing around while there are 6 people waiting for pick up!! Get it together Nirvana!! SLOW!!!!!

Extremely Rude. I get miscommunications and accidents happen but they refused to correct the mistake. Went in for b1g1 select elite live and they gave me .5g for my get one after I bought a 1g cart. Lost money and product.

Customer service is trash. Gets hung up on multiple times by the same little girl making an excuse not to do her job. Right in the middle of an order. Don’t go here if you plan on being treated as a med patient poorly.

Nirvana always comes through with some high quality flowers . It's a great environment and the staff is awesome . If you're new to the Metro I would recommend going to Nirvana if you want to have the best medicated experience . It's a convenient location , always great deals available everyday of the week . The trees are potent and smell good . Burn them in a Backwood

Wonderful place 1st time there was amazing! Got assisted by Mark and he provided me with educational material which was a first out of 3 dispensaries.. He guided me to the best meds and hand picked the best buds for me how cool is tht!

Yes! Now this is what I'm talking about nice comfortability cool and smells lovely inside there I got to meet new people and let me get a shout-out to one of the workers Ronnie! He is like the ultimate worker in customer service!He made my day for real today!Righteousness all the way around the atmosphere was lovely customer service was wonderful and great atmosphere it was calm cool Collective peaceful. Rapidly went from my favorite dispensary to my least favorite in the matter of 24 hours. After 3 fruitless visits between yesterday and today, idk if I even want to try and go back. Apparently their Glendale location is having issues which is what’s causing their Phoenix location to become overrun and unable to serve their regulars, which sucks all the way around I guess. But apparently they opened a new location in Globe today so hooray (sarcasm). Maybe they should focus on maintaining their current locations instead of stretching themselves too thin.
