Best spot in the Valley by far. I travel here every Tuesday from Tempe for the best top shelf deals. Best days for flowers specials are Tuesday and Wednesday. My only request. OPEN AN EAST VALLEY LOCATION

Horrible service. The way they have their check-in step up is flawed and unorganized. They have you waiting for 30+ minutes in the heat. Their preorders are always 2+ hours behind. Plus while they have you outside they don’t even provide customers with a place to sit. I am disable and can’t stand outside in the heat for 30+ minutes, with no where to sit. They have a nice selection but not worth the wait and the horrible setup they have. Do better.

I don’t like how I placed a preorder and my item was changed for a more expensive item, I called 6 hours ago. I could have been called for some time of resolution. But no I took the trip not knowing I was coming for a more expensive item. That’s horrible customer service

I am a medical patient and i dont like how they put uneducated budtender that dont know nothing about what there selling today was 38$ eighths of your topshelf house strains the cashier alexus g kept directing me towards the 35$ eighths then tells me that is the top shelf she is wrong for that what kind of bs is this man !!!!!!!! Need better workers ik your not gonna approve my review because i am telling the truth!!!

Check your carts before you drive home. 3 times in a row my 1g carts have been almost half empty before I touch them. I keep wasting time, gas, and money coming all the way back to get them replaced, and the last time the Supervisor basically told me "tough". Why would I come here again?

I went here with my friend for our first time on 4/20. Placed an order online after filling out the ftp papers and waited an hour and a half before finding out they lost our papers and the orders never got filled. fixed the first time paper dealio and they texted me that some stuff was out and instead helping me find products that were the same price i was trying to find, they just tried upselling to higher priced items. My friend tried doing the 8/99$ concentrates and in the morning a worker from the dispo said it could be any concentrate because it was supposed to only be shatter but they said concentrates so when she called to replace her order they would not uphold that price even though they said they would in the morning. We were trying to be understanding since it’s the pandemic and 4/20 but people were being helped before us that checked in literally an hour after we got there and the staff did not seem to care that we got lost in the system. I understand things happen like this but there were no apologies or anything (i wouldn’t expect one for waiting a long time or anything, just one for the fact that they messed up). We waited an hour and a half for nothing except for terrible customer service.

DA’s here are an absolute joke dont know product and are insanely rude when they get more than 2 people in their lobby they think the worlds over and start throwing fits and being rude to people

What kind of bud tender says “lemme hook you up with some fire” and I get home and it some 6% bullshit. Nirvana bud tenders are a joke

Worst experience, they treat people from out of states like trash. Don't recommend going, there is way better dispensarys in Arizona,California and Las Vegas that will give way better customer service .

I'm not sure what the poor people at Nirvana are used to smoking because most of their reviews say they have " the best top shelf bud". I was so wildly disappointed. NEVER EVER indulge in their ounce specials. Their ounces are the WORST in the valley. Go here if you want a shit quality ounce filled with mostly stems and seeds. If Leafly let me post the pictures I would prove it. Go literally anywhere else

Yes! Now this is what I'm talking about nice comfortability cool and smells lovely inside there I got to meet new people and let me get a shout-out to one of the workers Ronnie! He is like the ultimate worker in customer service!He made my day for real today!Righteousness all the way around the atmosphere was lovely customer service was wonderful and great atmosphere it was calm cool Collective peaceful. I can't wait to get back and tell everybody I know about this place. Ya'll don't change anything! Besides your clothes because I will be back! Thank you so much.

no seperation between medical and recreational patients we all have to stand in the same line which I think is bull because this is the only dispo doing this. also I bought a cart it was dysfunctional traded it for another when I opened it there was a big fingerprint from the vape cart it must've leaked out and they didnt even wipe it down. not impressed. at all.

SETH the manager is A BITCH , he is rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. He had an attitude the whole entire time, had the audacity to tell me to call HR and hang up in my face with no number for HR, I immediately called back three times and this bitch ass boy answered the phone and placed me on hold EACH TIME!! You work at a dispensary Seth you make minimum wage you raggedy bitch, you have the name of a manager or supervisor yet you don't even know how to respect customers?? Count your days of being at that job bitch I am coming for you period.

Nirvana has great bud but they seriously need to figure out a better system for pick up orders! It's ridiculous how slow they are!! They have an abundance of employees standing around while there are 6 people waiting for pick up!! Get it together Nirvana!! SLOW!!!!!

Budtender didn't even know about the buds he sells. And they should go to a class that teaches them about the product and what medical marijuana does and don't do and what types of weed and what it's good for. He didn't know crap.
