We love this dispensary! We drive 15 miles to come to it! The budtenders are informative and the THC is great in all form. Each week we come in and Luis helps us but today we got Melvin🤗 the whole staff seems great tho! We love the half and whole deals 😍 on flowers! Thank you Nirvana! We appreciate all the freebies we've gotten! Managers are generous they keep us coming back!

shit hole. has lots of deals but they "forget" to apply them. can't hear any one because its so loud in there. difficult to shop when you are constantly asked to move for employees to filter in and out, maybe not their fault but shiiiitty lay out. doesn't matter if you have a pick up order they'll call back the whole room in order. best of luck! the rest of these reviews are good cause they give you a free joint for lying about their shit service. also the employee turn over is ridiculous and thats all you REALLY need to know.

I placed order at 6PM yesterday I called them at 8 because I still have not been notified order is ready. The guy on the phone told me they were extremely busy and my order has not been filled, which was totally understandable. Come 1030 pm I received a text message saying order was declined. So I called this morning and the girl who answered the phone was coming off as a girl with a little attitude. Instead of here saying we will fill the order immediately she said I'll look into it and call you back then before we hung up she said its gonna be awhile. Once again a place where they don't know how to handle the situation at hand instead try to run and hide from the situation.I was a 140-300$ spender at this place once a week. This place lost a valuable customer because this place is being ran by employees who can't run a "busy" dispensary correctly

Tried the phone order because they are normally quicker but this dispensary was slow and took patients with no phone orders got taken back and got their stuff beefier i get mine when i was running a little late picking it up plus got told the special was 20% off for phone orders then when i picked up it didnt cover what i purchased but they didnt say that when i called and placed my order. Worst experience ever at this dispensary

Worst service i've ever had at a dispensary before. Will not be going back, plenty of variety in the area. I left before getting anything I had such a bad experience with the budtender.

used to be the absolute best around then once new year hit they double their prices and aren't nearly as good of a deal as others in the area. just as fast as they built up customers,they will now lose them like sky did. greed kills

I stood in line on 420 for 3 hours and was there a half hour before they opened. They took our id's right before the next few people to be let in. I got skipped twice by people that were behind me the whole time. They were giving out boxes which they said were random. I wasn't at the window that I order at cuz I was getting some concentrates. I come back to my window I look around and EVERY SINGLE PERSON that was in my group at the time had received a box. I was the ONLY person that did not receive one that was back there. The 5 people behind me in line all had a box including the 2 people in front of me that I was skipped by. So I get pretty frustrated when I realized every person randomly had a box that was back there except me, I spent close to $500 and stood in line for over 3 and a half hours to be the only one in the back to get excluded from the box giveaway. So as I notice this I get so frustrated and the people that were in front and behind me thought it was pretty crappy too and it wasn't right and even expressed their feelings about it. So the budtender says lemme talk to my manager as she looks around and sees I am the only one without the box. So she went and checked with the manager and he comes over and says, "I am sorry we randomly hand them out." And I say, "so I randomly am the only one in this entire group of shoppers that didn't get a box, that's what you are telling me?" He says, "yeah unfortunately its random and frustrated I say, "even the 4 people behind me and the couple people in front of me got a box and I got skipped not once but 2 times to come back here but it is random?" At this point I was livid. I spent almost $500 he could have understood the situation and how it appeared in my eyes and the eyes around me and even the budtender was shocked! Complete BS! This is how they treat their customers,, NOT COOL!This is the second bad experience that I have had. I am also completely knowledgeable about almost every product and in many cases know more then some of their employees and to have them argue instead of listen maybe they will learn something but not a chance they argued till they were blue in the face and they were completely misinformed because I googled it and I was right and they still wanted to argue! Just an honest review from a loyal, disappointed customer!

They were advertising the “ILava Dablicator”. Thought it was a cool idea and did the online pickup order route. I get there and they read off the strains to me, I said “yep, sounds great”. I get home (20 steps from them) and I look at the box to find out that it’s a CBD dominant product. No where does it say that on leafly and no one said anything when I picked it while buying other high end THC Wax. I call them and they offer me a preroll. All I wanted was to exchange for something different and even said I’m willing to lose money and they wouldn’t budge from “no”, not even explaining why. I’m in there multiple times a week spending hundreds and tipping well just to be treated that way. And to top it off, they kept passing me around manager to manager when I never even asked to speak to anyone different and then they get mad and say “we’ve all told you the same thing”, cool I didn’t ask to talk to all of you. And then the lady, I think Nancy just yells “sir, you won’t be calling me names” when I never once called her a name or anyone else in that place. I would’ve excepted “sorry we can’t”, but you guys asked me to call back to speak with the GM and when I do I get tossed around like hot potato just to be told tough luck and hung up on. Multi million dollar industry at its best.

My time there was not so okay my bud tender was great but the rest was bad I felt very uncomfortable trying to see the product I wanted When these are my meds I should be able to look at what I’m buying the rest of the crew made me feel like I was a bother and I drove a hundred miles to get there that’s including my trip back home and it was a waste of time all the products on the website were sold out but all still on the website it would take a respectful compensation to get me to ever come back on my way out I was told to call next time hahah why even have a website someone gets paid to do nothing apparently everyone should call because they can’t get there inventory right at all after being in business long enough to know what sells and what doesn’t you can’t run a burger shop and sell out of burgers before the day ends just bad management sorry nirvana but step your game up or you may not be around anymore

I placed an order through Leafly, but wasn’t able to pick it up before they closed, thus I was given a “STRIKE” and was informed after 3 strikes I would be banned from purchasing from them for a month. I cannot get over these “PUNISHMENTS” imposed by these business who claim they’re there to help, but just make life even more difficult. Good thing that there are a few other local options for me, as I will NEVER use Nirvana again!

I went in to buy a disposable vape. My budtender Amber was very helpful, although she mistakenly sold me only the cartridge. After I left shop I opened my package and noticed what I had purchased did not have a battery. I phoned Nirvana and the supervisor I spoke to sounded like they were going to help me out but I was already on my way out of town headed back home to Heber- over 100 miles away. The next day I had to drive back to Apache Junction so decided to try calling again, this time the supervisor said they had no batteries for it. She said I could go to any smoke shop for one. (Which I should not have needed to do if they sold me correct product) I have been to 3 different smoke shops and was told I will not find a battery for what they sold me. So I bought a cartridge I cannot ever use. NOT HAPPY!
