Nirvana Center - Apache Junction

Did a curbside pickup today & the bud tender LIED about what was in my bag, handed me the bag and walked away. When I called the store to let them know I was still in the parking lot and I had been given the wrong order & was LIED to about what was in my bag, the manger proceeded to be EXTREMELY rude to me & tell me there was nothing they could do about their budtender being dishonest and giving me the WRONG MEDICINE.

Nirvana has the worst dispensaries in the valley. Garbage weed that is super dry. If you order online they will never have what you wanted and try to get you to take whatever they decide. Do not waste your time or money.

Great Deals, but play close attention to the requirements of their awesome fire sales. Limits based off a point system...

Rude customer service. We left and spent our 250 elsewhere. I tried to leave zero stars but the app wouldnt let me. won't recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location. I'm a medical patient and never have I ever been treated so badly. considering most and all salaries are paid by "us" customers. needless to say, I'll just fold another location that will take my money and treat me better then this location did.

That new kid they have working security sucks. Idk who he thinks he is running up and down people’s vehicles like he’s the police! Very discomforting

I honestly hate this location. It’s in a bad part of town that is filled with tweakers. Don’t get me started on the crappy parking lot. Also this place has the gull the say it’s the the most comfortable lobby in town.... it’s just as cramped as the parking lot. The selection is ok but the parking and location is enough to not make me come back again, even if they offered me a free OZ...

The lack of communication between the receptionist and the posted daily deals are outrageous. Yesterday I had called the Apache Junction location and was told they would have stiiizy pod deals. Today being the day I was quoted of the deal I drove 20 minutes from San tan to the Apache location where I was told there were not doing deal however the Tempe location or nirvana was! Before making another 20 minute drove farther from where I reside I tried calling the Tempe location I was then sent to voice mail all 4 times I tried calling. I didn’t spam call I waited minutes in between each call and my call was still denied. I then decided to make the drive to the Tempe location because they weren’t answering and I was told by the Apache location that the deal was going on right now. Once I Arrived to the Tempe location I was told they were NOT doing the deal and that in order to find the deals I should try calling. The amount of time I wasted. The amount of gas I wasted. I work in the food industry and the customer service I received today was far from acceptable. I want resolution.

They advertise different prices online. Saying $20 for a full gram of wax but then get there and they give you a half gram instead. Got all the way home and noticed they gave me only .5 then I call and she says it’s their fault but they are not going to honor the price they advertise online and won’t give me a full gram for $20 . Even though in the store I said full gram and she said yes. I have the screenshot of the price before they tried to change it online . I have reported this to BBB for false advertising. We will see how long they stay open

Y’all should know your deals better than your patients. Went in for a daily deal & the bud tender tried telling me something else than what’s posted on leafly. This was my first time back to nirvana in months & safe to say it’s still shit

This was a good spot for a minute quality buds for good prices decent deals budtenders friendly always ready to help never had issues with customer service i recently purchased 1/2 oz of bubbakush for 132 and its full of baby seeds and that's there best pre packed half taxing 13 $ more and having that cant imagine the 70 i mean 76 some 1/2 oz if ya ll gona rise the prices up rise up that quality for now I won't be back yall were awesome while it lasted

You can do better! Flower- seeds in the flower 👎🏼 The shop is tiny. Waiting area is a small and uncomfortable. The area around this location is a dump. ATM was out of money last visit. Only good thing about this place is the first time patient special. I would most definitely not recommend this place. This AJ nirvana location and Reef dispensaries are the worst shops in the valley hands down.

Went today and grabbed an eighth of flower. I usually buy the brand abundant but DNA genitcs was 25% off of 45 dollars. Let me just say that I'm utterly dissapointed my weed turned to dust as soon as I broke it down, it's overpriced greenhouse weed not even indoor for 45 bucks?!?! That's why it's in a black jar so you can't see how crappy it is. Either take this garbage off the shelf or drop the price to 25 an eighth because that's what it's actually worth. Wasted my money on some Reggie. Dna should be ashamed they know they are scamming people selling mids as high quality 🙄🙄

Nirvana Apache Junction makes the Nirvana experience a terrible experience! This is by far the most disorganized dispensary I have visited. First visit- top tier flower was harsh and tasted like plant food. Dispensary agents “ bud tenders” were disorganized and pushy. They push product and try to up sell instead of listening to a customer or observing purchase history. Customer complaints regarding weight shortages on concentrates were brought up in the waiting room. Second visit- called in phone order and was not ready for projected pick up time. Dispensary is uncomfortable and the staff have uncomfortable and unfriendly vibes. Especially the door greeter/guard!

I went in for the two pre-roll gram special for $13 and left with 2/.5 g pre-rolls for the price of the 1 g pre-rolls. This isn’t the first time I’ve left and gotten home disappointed

Budtenders give me a hassle about glorious extracts products everytime when I know what im coming for . She was in a rush to get me out not friendly or engaging 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

they are amazing people, i loved the atmosphere! they are pretty cheap too and great flower! so glad we have a awesome dispensary now in apache junction.

this is the 3rd time I purchased flower at this location and have had over 40 seed in my flower I will not be returning to this location and I'm in forming who ever reads this that this place has seeds in there flower and after purchasing it the is nothing they can do so I'm out my medication cause they don't check there flower so good luck trying to get a refund or anything else from them,I am very disappointed

I had a great experience today at Nirvana. Cassidy was my budtender and as usual she recommended exactly the perfect medication to address my needs. I appreciate her compassion and expertise. Nirvana is my best dispensary...hands down.

So disappointed I will never go back. Bought a half oz of the sour og and am beyond disgusted with it. Looks and smells like Mexican weed from the 80s, wish I could post a picture of it. They bait and switch the photos on leafly to the actual product. Horrible

Purchased a defective cartridge from them. They refused to exchange it because I didn’t have the package or stickers they put on. If I knew It was defective , maybe I’d keep the box and sticker. Waste of a full gram cartridge and I’ll never return or recommend this dispensary to anyone.

too bad I cannot give 10 stars. listing the growers is a huge plus especially on here as well. love how they store the bud in huge jars stays much fresher than prepackaged. place is an absolute gem and glad they're now close. The flower selection/price/specials cannot be beat.

We love this dispensary! We drive 15 miles to come to it! The budtenders are informative and the THC is great in all form. Each week we come in and Luis helps us but today we got Melvin🤗 the whole staff seems great tho! We love the half and whole deals 😍 on flowers! Thank you Nirvana! We appreciate all the freebies we've gotten! Managers are generous they keep us coming back!
