Second time here don’t remember my first this time the place was understaffed and treated people rudely they made me feel like it was my fault that they entered the price wrong online and I wasn’t even allowed to use my 20% off coupon because their mistake I see no reason to do business with this company especially if they cant take responsibility for their mistakes and continue to treat guest with great customer service

The best Nirvana in AZ has the best customer service receptionist Julia Julia answered all my questions before I could ask them and made my day better than what it already was She was very informative friendly and educated great people make a great business Julie should be rewarded for her being awesome and a very helpful employee

My time there was not so okay my bud tender was great but the rest was bad I felt very uncomfortable trying to see the product I wanted When these are my meds I should be able to look at what I’m buying the rest of the crew made me feel like I was a bother and I drove a hundred miles to get there that’s including my trip back home and it was a waste of time all the products on the website were sold out but all still on the website it would take a respectful compensation to get me to ever come back on my way out I was told to call next time hahah why even have a website someone gets paid to do nothing apparently everyone should call because they can’t get there inventory right at all after being in business long enough to know what sells and what doesn’t you can’t run a burger shop and sell out of burgers before the day ends just bad management sorry nirvana but step your game up or you may not be around anymore

Could be a great place the employees need knowledge in products and to not be a mood killer I just went in today the manager was awesome but his team failed and made it to where I don’t want to return at all
