Love this dispensary. I hardly go anywhere else. Great prices and selection accross the board. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I mostly buy flower and no matter how much you are looking to spend you will always end up with quality bud from this place. Kat, Bryan, Rich, Taylor, really everyone that works here is super great.

One of, if not my favorite dispensary. The staff is kind and professional, the dispensary's general atmosphere is lovely, and the weed is great. I have only amazing things to say about Next Level Wellness, to be honest, and this dispensary is the first I'll suggest to anyone who's looking for a good one.

Really great atmosphere and the staff is really nice. When rec first went legal i was super impressed with the quality and selection. awesome blue magoo, and the closest thing to legit silvertip ive seen in oregon. Since it is the closest store to my house i have went there several times. It seems the quality of the rec has went down drastically since, and all of the good strains/ samples are on the med side. Been pretty disappointed the last couple times. Also i think the staff could be a little more educated on strains. When i asked about their clone selection they said they have Jew gold, and i asked if it was the same as kosher kush. I love the kosher and would have gladly bought it even though it was over priced. They told me it definitely wasnt the kosher kush even though i was positive they are one in the same. I did a bit of research when i got home, and surprise! jew gold is another name for kosher kush.

This is the least expensive shatter I have ever found, $18/gram. I love the Dab Society Hindu Kush shatter, delicious! Your service was helpful and very friendly without being overwhelming, something anyone with Anxiety can greatly appreciate.

What positive things can't I say about this establishment? The environment reminds me of a Venice Beach, CA clinic, which I dearly miss. Makes me feel a little more at home!

Went in for the first time today and bad to say I won't be coming back customer service did not knowledge their patients then they try to over charge me

have been shopping for several years, stopped on 7/20 asked for problem free carts, bought two. one worked fine the second would not draw from either of two batteries i have that work with other carts. took back 7/22. no satisfaction was told i need special battery, would have been nice to have been warned when i bought defective cart. beware of what you purchase.

It was my first visit yesterday. The waiting room is lovely, and they have free coffee & green tea. The girls are very nice and professional. I have been shopping around other places for a little while now ; however, most of the place's are not as professional and friendly as Next Level. I got a veteran discount as well as first time buyer gift . The budtender is a beautiful girl , and posses a lot knowledge about their products ,and what will be the best for you. She answered all my questions and was very patient and understanding. I was very satisfied. Will definitely come back very soon.

I like this place and the people there But I’m upset with their deceptive practices. They say on leafly that all prices include tax, but that’s not true. I went in and they charged tax on top of the prices listed.

I go into next level quite a bit, I love this place I go to this over many dispos. Kyler Hansen helped me out today and was very nice & helpful. Definitely comin in here more

I was recommended here by a friend and was not disappointed. warm atmosohere, amazing staff and a very knowledgeable bud tender. was given a vape pen and some train wreck wax as a first time customer which was a huge bonus. Donations are best around imo and is worth the drive from Irving rd area! JUST MAKE SURE YOU PARK IN THE GRAVEL OR STREET NOT IN MARKET PARKING LOT:) I will be a return customer.

Best selection of meds in Eugene! Best concentrates anywhere! Even the bargain bins would have satisfied me. Competitive donations and a knowledgeable staff. Location is small but very comfortable. Recommend to all patients! Learn what clean meds are without the price tag!

The service is great! They are very relaxed positive and happy environment. The service is good. I didn't wait long and everyone was nice! The medication looked great and smelled great! It worked well to combat my PTSD and my seizures! Thanx next level wellness!!!

Older gentleman budtender was super helpful but we could barely hear each other because the other 3 female budtenders were so loud, screaming at each other about their interactions with a customer that had just left the store. The store is too small for that much noise and the entire interaction was enough to consider passing on this location in the future. Having said that, they did have decent priced, respectable quality eighth.

I came in for the first time today and was impressed with the decor but not much else. The staff seemed unorganized and uneducated about your current products, basic strain knowledge and even the daily specials. Props on the decorations, but the staff needs more than a little work. I probably won't be back.

Until the other evening,The Picky Patient Crew had not been to Next Level Wellness, since they moved from their old location down the street. We were so thankful that their new shop is located on the ground floor. The waiting area is out of this world, with so much eye candy that it might hurt your eyes. It was nice to visit with one of the Herbal Connection staff who happened to be working the front desk. So waiting ten minutes felt like 2. We picked up some Eugene Cream Flower and some Purple Hindu Kush shatter. And just like their sister store, the product was very high quality. The Shatter was my favorite, White Label should have won the Dope awards. lol The only issue, these "Picky Patients" had with our experience, was the un trained bud tender who was confused about the laws. We were not allowed to buy a strain we wanted to try because it was in the Rec section. We are confident that the owners will re train their new staff and that way next time, this Picky Patient will have access to all the strains in the shop.

This place still does and always has had great curation for its top shelf, but in recent months it seems like the silver deals and anything but top tier are garbage. They smell like hay. And that really sucks considering its dollar points all the way up for anything good. apparently a discount I've been getting is no longer valid, so I'm writing this to say I wont be back except on the best deal days. theres cheaper, better, flowers here in eugene.
