wow forgot my wallet had 5 bucks in my pocket but they don't sell .05 grams but they shared their great product knowledge and gave me free gram first visit even though I forgot my wallet

I go into next level quite a bit, I love this place I go to this over many dispos. Kyler Hansen helped me out today and was very nice & helpful. Definitely comin in here more

They have some good quality product here. The prices are also good. Unfortunately, they got a lot of other problems here. They have a nasty habit of keeping all their best strains "medical only." I have never seen this in any of the other dispensaries in town. It quickly makes you feel like a second class customer. If they need to keep some for legitimate medical patients, can't they avoid putting it directly in your view? This isn't a matter of 1-2 strains either. They have something like 8 really strains right now "medical only." Most of it looks better than what is available to recreational. Exacerbating this problem, is that they are slow to update their stick of leafy and the customer service is sub-par. I say that as someone less attached to this than your average American. The final straw for me is when I saw them adding dust to weigh out my gram....come on. The only reason Id pop in is because it is in walking distance. Like I said, they do have good product. But I honestly feel compelled to punish them by taking my business elsewhere.

Until the other evening,The Picky Patient Crew had not been to Next Level Wellness, since they moved from their old location down the street. We were so thankful that their new shop is located on the ground floor. The waiting area is out of this world, with so much eye candy that it might hurt your eyes. It was nice to visit with one of the Herbal Connection staff who happened to be working the front desk. So waiting ten minutes felt like 2. We picked up some Eugene Cream Flower and some Purple Hindu Kush shatter. And just like their sister store, the product was very high quality. The Shatter was my favorite, White Label should have won the Dope awards. lol The only issue, these "Picky Patients" had with our experience, was the un trained bud tender who was confused about the laws. We were not allowed to buy a strain we wanted to try because it was in the Rec section. We are confident that the owners will re train their new staff and that way next time, this Picky Patient will have access to all the strains in the shop.

Just visited yesterday and picked up some great wax ane flower. friendly staff and good prices, could use a restroom in the lobby for customers though

This is one of my favorite Dispensaries in Eugene. The budtenders are usually pretty knowledgeable and friendly, however, there has been a couple occasions where I felt like there were a few organizational/staffing issues afoot that caused some minor inconveniences to me and made them lose a half a star. But Leafly does not have half stars yet or I can't figure out to do it! Other than that I really like it here and love to come here on Fridays to check out the grab 8ths on da cheap. i like their art, the flowers, products and service. They also had the best clone in town at a reasonable price. My favorite Gorilla Glue #4 ! It is happily growing and I am wishing for more. thanks

I've been coming here for the past month and I love them! Always greeted at the door. They have an amazing selection of flower (I love the prerolls) and the customer service is great. The place is chill and everyone that has helped me were so sweet. My go to place.

Clean, fresh and calming atmosphere. Quick efficient staff who are knowledgeable and experienced with their products. Some great heady glass and some sweet hats too! Favorite dispensary in town!
