What happened to your store and the polite staff? I came back, after being disappointed 3 weeks in a row for a daily special, as early as 11:00 am and the special was out. Yesterday, the rudest kid was representing your company. He said the menu in the lobby didn't mean anything (you stopped updating it) and he talked and talked about big plans for the screen. I don't care about your screen. I want to see what you have on hand, after I've checked Leafly. When this kid waited on me, I asked for the $6 special. He said, too bad, we just ran out. I said, what do you have in its place? He said, "nothing." I then said that this is exactly the "bait and switch" I object to. The advertised specials get me in the store, but you run out before Noon. This kid then said he did not have to put up with my abuse and walked away in the middle of the transaction. This was the worst customer service ever in a dispensary. Heck, even a liquor store is a better visit. I'm an old lady with a limited income who needs meds. Your punk help does nothing to make me recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Ask some people around town about the inconsistencies at Next Level. They will tell you the same. It's not a place if you need medicine.

This is my #1 spot in Eugene, great atmosphere, people, and location.

I had reviewed this place previously because I had a decent experience but after my 3 hour drive home, i discovered most of the meds were of much lower quality and didn't look properly cured. They had literally given me a bunch of bud from an inferior grow mixed in with one good bud which is what I looked at when I chose it. Most of the nugs were incredibly harsh, no flavor, black ash, complete garbage. I feel incredibly deceived by this behavior and can't in good faith recommend this place.

My favorite shop in southtown. Their shatter selection is ridiculous! It's like a dab library.

So today I call this dispensary to double check if they have recreational kief for sale and the female employee told me they had it so I drove almost 20 miles today to go there just to realize that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Kind of pathetic when your employees and your website aren't even on the same page. Luckily there are several better dispensaries out there.

I'm a regular and they recently messed up an order I made with a few joints. They are very quick and easy to fix any orders that get mixed up. I'll keep coming back, thanks!

WOW. i came in there yesterday bringing a piece of my artwork and wow...very kind, humble and overall amazing expierence.. ask for kelley. He was generous and helpful. not to mention the entire crew was 6 stars out of 5!! Best dispensary in town hands down.. thank you for accepting my artwork btw :)

If you want to feel like you are in a dab factory in Southern California this is the place to go. The oil is great, not medicinal for my needs, but for just "getting high" it is really decent. I however love flowers and the flowers here are also Socal quality. Blown out hydroponic. I live in Eugene and like my buds organic and sticky. In a weird location, hard to get too if you are at all disabled. It's a party weed store, not a clinic, and if you go in expecting that you probably won't be disappointed. I however have real medical issues and did not feel like this place was for me.

I originally went in because they had one of my favorite strains (Dosi by the great people at Yerba Buena). I've kept going back because they have great products, knowledgeable and kind staff, a chill vibe, and everything I need as a medical patient.

I like this place and go here most of the time. The weed looks great and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Some of the staff act very authoritarian and condescending towards the customers. The products are par for the course. I will not return. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

OMMP patients with challenges concerning stairs will find over 20 uninviting steps.... waiting at the top is moderate quality medicine at too high a DONATION for most who are on SSDI or like me, been waiting 6+ yrs for SSDI to make a decision and rely on the kindness of my friends and family to pay the donation prices. Good luck, i believe you will find your Eugene enterprise successful, none the less.

Great place... Great strains... Sometimes less options than other places, but usually better. My new usual.

First time customer to Next Level Wellness and it's the fourth dispensary I've been to in Eugene/Springfield. Very nice vibes & pleasant waiting area with a cool & pretty girl to check you in and inform you about whatever you need to know. The medicine room looked average but I would say selection was above especially concetrates. I liked how there pricing system on flower was laid out very simple compared to other spots with all eights for $30, which is exactly what I ended up purchasing. I got 3 types of Durban poison, Woody kush and Golden pineapple all of which were equal to or better than the top shelf bud of other dispensaries in quality (taste, smell, texture & looks) as well as thc content. Along with that they kicked me a nice first time pre rolled J which hit the spot on my way home...walking of course;). I'll be back for sure I am eager to try there in house closed loop concetrates.

Read a review down below about the White Fire OG and was interested enough to pick up an 1/8th, man was that review I read spot on very nummy. Then I got the Afgoo shatter ( Head nug run) holy crap this shatter is the bomb you have to go get some or you'll be kicking yourself in the arse. Thanks again N.L.W. I'll be back again:)

Absolutely love this place, been coming regularly for several months and I've never had an experience that wasn't 10/10. The people are friendly, the weed is dank, the selection is awesome. A lot of dispensaries make me uncomfortable, but the atmosphere here is outstanding. They clearly put a lot of effort into running a great business. I can't recommend them enough!

I've been a regular since they opened. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The medicines are first rate. They have the best concentrates on a consistent basis. The facility itself is comfortable and professional, service is swift and pleasant. It really does not get any better than Next Level, also open Sundays for ultra convenience!

I love this shop they always have something from the best growers in the biz. Kyler set the bar on bud tending he hand selected every bud 2oz worth of Resin Ranchers. They have some good bud, but for my first time visit it did not impress me.
