Nature's Treatment of Illinois - Milan (Medical & Recreational)

I bought a revolution bear dance cart only to find it was half filled. So 65$ for 500ml is steep but when you pay 65$ for 250 that sucks also I bought thc nasle spay for 30$ only to get it home and have to be an empty bottle.

Always very friendly and helpful! It’s still amazing to me how they lack flower and Prerolls. I would still give this location a great score because the team members are fantastic!

The nice gentleman in the wheelchair needs to speak *slower* and annunciate his words when speaking to customers coming through the door. Especially since he has to wear a face covering which already muzzles people's voices. I agree with some of the other reviews here about the Milan location. The Recreational side of the the Milan location has this weird feeling about it as if some of the employees there feel as another reviewer put it, "put upon" to have to be there. Its as if they've never used cannabis before or don't on a regular basis so they have no sympathy for the use of cannabis and therefore not true connection to the customer. Its more of a body language/non verbal thing you pick up on. I'm sure some of this is attributed to marijuana still being "taboo" in a sense and it is quite the cultural shock to us all, but every time I'm there its just so quiet and awkward. That being said, product is good quality but price MUST come down or the black market will continue to thrive and out compete dispensaries in IL. Good luck guys, I hope the market allows for your prices to lower over time.

First time here, and didn't know you had to wait in line regardless of having an online order ready to be picked up. I would recommend that there be a change in that for us thinking ahead 😊 but even with a line I will say they moved at a decent speed to help everyone out.

Hey, I'm not going to lie, this is far from my favorite dispensary. The people on the sales floor are nice, but you have to stand outside, the menu is limited at times, and they don't have a points system. Normally I wouldn't leave a comment, but today to top it all off the older security dude was very publicly racist to a customer, he even asked the customer to leave. It was very uncomfortable because the security employee really escalated the situation and everyone was just stuck in line witnessing it.

I chose Nature's Treatment for its location, but find the quality and diversity of products to be excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Ordering ahead through Leafly makes for a quick and convenient transaction.

Hands down the best dispensary in the area! Always great deals happening besides the normal prices always being cheaper than the other spots. The employees and budtenders are super friendly and highly knowledgeable as well. They make you feel at ease and comfortable with any questions you may have..regardless of how stupid or silly you yourself may think that question is. Never once have I been treated rudely or felt disappointed with employees, budtenders, products and atmosphere. Unfortunately I can't say that about personal experiences at other local dispensaries. Have my business for the rest of my life..keep up the great work!

i was on a time crunch so i put in a pickup order but even though the online order line had 4 people in it and the regular line had 10+ I still didn’t get called in until after the groups of boys who came in behind me. and once I was finally in there the budtender took forever, no wonder the line wad taking so long

everything was good they had a waiting list but it went fast good products at decent prices for what they had it stock it was well worth my time and effort

I loved everything about this place except for the DG Cookies. Granted it know it is not necessarily their fault, but they should tax Rythm for BS. Getting charged for reg 1/8 and turns out to be smalls. 🤨 the Rollins from Cresco was great. Cresco, Grassroots and Revolution always do amazing work. Especially that Gorilla'd Cheese...

Security are rude, and disrespectful.

Whether it's an online order to pickup or in-store "shopping" the entire team from entering the facility to getting out the door with what you came is fast, informative, courteous and enjoyable

Friendly and professional atmosphere. Knowledgeable and kind staff. Very quick service, was basically in and out in 5-10 minutes. 10/10

Bad customers service set up and expensive product. There is a wait list which is highly inaccurate. It says 15 minutes and then when u get there it says 1.2 hour wait. Dispensary itself is a little like DMV - after waiting 1.2 in car, u them have to wait in line outside and then a line inside. Can’t wait until there a local competitor.

Prices are higher here than anywhere else I've been. I've been patronizing the Verilife store in Galena. Prices are more affordable plus 15% off discount for veterans! Otherwise, they're all pretty much the same.

Budtenders are always friendly and helpful

Did an order online gave me the wrong one. Did not figure it out till got to my car. Could not return it. Very disappointed never go there again

Great place with great employees. I've found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful every time I go. They're always open to answer any questions, and have never seemed to treat me as a simple transaction. Great quality for the most part, and tax is included online (solid move NTI). No problem driving further to continue being a regular. Hopefully I'm not an exception, but instead the rule. Don't sleep on them, they're awesome!

This place is an absolute joke. The owner should be forced to sell. This place needs some competition bad. Been coming here since the beginning and they have regressed back to making people stand in line forever to get served. Bring back the wait list. over priced and terrible customer service. Someone pls open and compete with this place!
