Everyone is so kind and helpful each time I go there— whether I just stop by or preorder!!! Seems like the employees are happy at their jobs !! You don’t see much of that anymore lol!! I’ll keep going to them for my sleep products!!

First time there, so I can’t really rate quality, but I had to rate it in order to leave a review. Matt Santoro met us at the door. He was friendly, informative and answered all my questions. Friendly service from everyone and the shop was clean and very open. Definitely has my business (for my Mom).

I have C-PTSD which makes life unmanageable some days. I have never had a worry going to MedMen Williamsville. The Pharmacists are consistent and attentive to the needs of all patients. The Staff communicates extremely well together and I have not noticed any turn over in Employees who handle Guest Services. I think that is commendable for a Business. Not only do the stay abreast to the Community changes regarding Covid and safety, they stay attune to the sensitives and needs of each patient. I have never been pushed to purchase and if an item is not in stock, a remedy is always made. This medication per say and service staff has helped me pass some hard days. I am thankful. Ashley K.

I absolutely love each and every person at the Transit Rd location!! Not only are they all so extremely personable, they are also very knowledgeable about products available and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Great job!!

I got my card and my husband drove me up to Williamsville, I met Jen McHenry....she was great...answered all my questions....got all my stuff so fast I was in and out in a matter of minutes....she would answer anything you would need to know...even to us old timers....

The Curaleaf ground flowers are unsealed. You can twist the cap off and put it back on with out affecting the outer tamper-proof hologram seal. Keep your receipt, I exchanged all three of mine. Staff super friendly, the manager Mrs. Acosta in the extra bright red shirt, not so nice. Hopefully that's my last visit to any of these MSO's until prices come down and quality goes up.

The workers are wonderful and polite and very helpful but the lady Doctor is terrible very rude but other than that great selections and best variety 💯

The facility is clean and has a unique, modern look. The staff were all professional and knowledgeable. Kelly patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through everything. Great experience all around.

Everything is laid out in the very large store room so that you can read about items and see what each product looks like. There is someone available to answer any questions and make recommendations. I pre-ordered my products online at leafly.com. This is also very helpful, because you know if the product you are looking for is in stock, and you don't have to wait if there are alot of patients there. The check out staff is very helpful and gives you tips on how to best use your new products. Oh, and first time customers get a 20% discount! Will be back to purchase products in the future.

hands down the only dispensary I want to go to. While I do go here because of the products they carry, I mostly go because the staff is always absolutely amazing and they are always smiling no matter how busy it is. Morgan, Adam, Kelsey, Mike, Matt, Jess, and Jen are some of my favorite people to interact with when I walk in to the building. They are always going above and beyond taking their time with patients to make sure everyone leaves happy!

Wow! The customer service here is fantastic! This was my first time in a medical dispensary and I was a little nervous and they were so nice and helpful. They immediately put me and ease and explained how to use every product and how the process works. I will definitely be back!

This place is definitely my favorite so far! The atmosphere is inviting and everyone is very nice. I was helped by Jen who made me feel comfortable on my purchases. They even opened the doors for me!

the people are wonderful. atmosphere is ridiculous. you are catering to people in pain and everything is pointy and hard. you are dealing with people with anxiety and ptsd and it is like a cavernous echo chamber in there. add some drop ceiling and plants at least. maybe some classical piano-very soothing. and your no return policy is bullshit. i will not purchase another garbage broken item from you again.

I have been buying up the Purple Empire when it was 30 bucks. I want to give a shout out to ADAM, who is one of the best budtenders there. The Purple Empire was going to be hitting the date as to when it was going to be not as potent. Well, I had asked the person who checked me out about how the buds were not as dense. Since the date was going to be running out on Purple Empire, Adam was just talking to a customer about how to rehydrate the buds. There are packets by the name of Boveda. You can buy them on Amazon but they are a little more expensive. You can actually go to Boveda.com. You can get a packet of 20 of them for around 15 bucks plus shipping. Those packets are amazing. My sister rolls my joints for me. She does not partake. We both smoke CBD. We have a grinder which is stainless steel. It is quite heavy. After I put one of the packets in that jar, (take out the old one) the next day my sister had to grind the bud four times the next day to get more out of the bud. The site has packets for humidors as well as for terpenes. The packets will prevent the evaporation of terpenes. Really great product. The packets last one year. Absolutely the best. As always, everyone at that store is so great. I don't remember names very well. But everyone there is the best.

The problem with this place is they rarely have deals. Other medical dispensaries have a better selection and the price is always better. Plus, you can go to the reservation and get whatever you want for half the price they sell it for. Normally you can go to Verilife and get it 30% cheaper. Shop around, that’s my advice…

Went for my monthly refill and met Michael for the first time. This guy needs to be recognized for his outstanding knowledge, ability to explain the products in a completely different way and make me understand! As well as his super friendly demeanor coupled with an empathetic ear. He wrote down everything I needed for the future as well! I spend around $350 a month. I want to try vaping and he has given me more information than anyone else had and I’ve talked to a lot of dispensaries. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this as I was never quite sure but he definitely sealed the deal with his expertise. I don’t normally write reviews but when I found out that Medmen employees do not get a commission, I was compelled to let someone in management know about this young mans EXCEPTIONAL and OUTSTANDING customer service!! He is truly an asset to your company and should be recognized as such...please keep this man happy and keep him there because I will continue to make the 45 min trek to have Michael take care of my monthly orders!
