MedMen - Buffalo

This was the first time I’ve ever stepped foot in a dispensary and Adam was so helpful! I was really nervous when I walked in but he made the experience very easy and smooth!

I got my license a couple of months ago and went to MedMen for my first legal purchase. I was blown away by how clean, modern, and professional the store was. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie explained everything to me and helped me with my purchase. I went back a second time and Jamie did a fantastic job again! MedMen has definitely earned my repeat business.

Great pens now! highly reccomend, and there tincture is tasteless. Also they just added capsule's which work well too. I've been going for months best place around great people!

Oil is good, very clean like a distillate, price are downright oppressive unfortunately. Cant want for rec and clowns like this to get dumped on their behinds

the product isn't very good quality

They have excellent service and the highest quality products. It doesn't get better than Med Men in New York.

well I went there my first few times quality of products were ok didnt last long but did what it needed to prices were cheaper but again you need more to make sure the medication works right But then they got Pharma cannabis products and yes if you vape make sure it's from Pharma cannabis worth a few bucks more Great people very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is like your part of the family there great first place to visit and get familiar with products.

Love this place! It has the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of all the dispensaries around here. It’s very clean, safe, and open. I really like their LuxLyte and Matter products but they need to add stronger products.

The staff is SUPURB! The whole reason I come to this particular dispensary. They are knowledgeable and very kind.

I went in expecting to refill to find out my physical mmj expired. The blonde employee, unfortunately I can't remember her name, helped out far beyond my expectations. She helped me navigate the government website and taught me how to renew my card on my own. All the employee's are extra friendly and quite knowledgeable about products and paperwork.

everytime i walk into the store it’s the most welcoming crew ever !! they’re so helpful with everything and anything. most questions they answer right away, and helps with everything. Especially the Jen!! she’s an amazing and wonderful worker, and person!! so beyond helpful with everything, everytime i come in !! 10/10!!!!!

Pretentious staff with a poor set up for covid. Not a lot of choices for dispensaries in Buffalo and MedMen act like they know that.

I will most definitely be back! This was my first time at MedMen. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by Carrie. I pretty much knew what I wanted and let her know. She got me exactly what I needed quickly and made the paper work and proof of certificate part super easy. She’s FULL of information as well which made the selection process even easier. The place itself was very clean and well put together. I waited maybe 5 minutes to have everything filled and a very nice guy, whose name is escaping me, rang everything up and answered all the other random questions I had also. Over all great place and friendly knowledgeable people.

100% recommend! Kelly was informative and really helped me picked out product selection that I love and really get more bang for my buck! I have been in NYS medical marijuana program for years now and truly love the service I receive at MedMen, definitely worth stopping by!

I liked this store very much. I have been to two others and the layout, information and staff were far superior here. I won’t go anywhere else in the future. The associate I worked with was Carrie Leek. I recommend her highly.
