MedMen - Buffalo

MedMen is a great dispensary, with knowledgeable staff. They can help you with anything you need or any questions you have. Their selection has increased SO much which gives patients so many more options. They always keep their menus updated so you know exactly what they have. Their customer service is exceptional. I will be sticking with MedMen for all my future needs.

The staff is the best, always on schedule and very helpful. Keep up the great job!

Great pens now! highly reccomend, and there tincture is tasteless. Also they just added capsule's which work well too. I've been going for months best place around great people!

the people are wonderful. atmosphere is ridiculous. you are catering to people in pain and everything is pointy and hard. you are dealing with people with anxiety and ptsd and it is like a cavernous echo chamber in there. add some drop ceiling and plants at least. maybe some classical piano-very soothing. and your no return policy is bullshit. i will not purchase another garbage broken item from you again.

well I went there my first few times quality of products were ok didnt last long but did what it needed to prices were cheaper but again you need more to make sure the medication works right But then they got Pharma cannabis products and yes if you vape make sure it's from Pharma cannabis worth a few bucks more Great people very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is like your part of the family there great first place to visit and get familiar with products.

I loved my visit here! The store was nice and all staff was friendly. Kelly was very helpful and kind when working with me, I would for sure come back.

Especially the Jen!! she’s an amazing and wonderful worker, and person!! so beyond helpful with everything, everytime i come in !! 10/10!!!!!

100% recommend! Kelly was informative and really helped me picked out product selection that I love and really get more bang for my buck! I have been in NYS medical marijuana program for years now and truly love the service I receive at MedMen, definitely worth stopping by!

Love this place! It has the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere of all the dispensaries around here. It’s very clean, safe, and open. I really like their LuxLyte and Matter products but they need to add stronger products.

I went in expecting to refill to find out my physical mmj expired. The blonde employee, unfortunately I can't remember her name, helped out far beyond my expectations. She helped me navigate the government website and taught me how to renew my card on my own. All the employee's are extra friendly and quite knowledgeable about products and paperwork.

Pretentious staff with a poor set up for covid. Not a lot of choices for dispensaries in Buffalo and MedMen act like they know that.

Horrible slow, inefficient, and expensive. Will not return.

The Curaleaf ground flowers are unsealed. You can twist the cap off and put it back on with out affecting the outer tamper-proof hologram seal. Keep your receipt, I exchanged all three of mine. Staff super friendly, the manager Mrs. Acosta in the extra bright red shirt, not so nice. Hopefully that's my last visit to any of these MSO's until prices come down and quality goes up.

The workers are wonderful and polite and very helpful but the lady Doctor is terrible very rude but other than that great selections and best variety 💯

Wow! The customer service here is fantastic! This was my first time in a medical dispensary and I was a little nervous and they were so nice and helpful. They immediately put me and ease and explained how to use every product and how the process works. I will definitely be back!

Everyone is so kind and helpful each time I go there— whether I just stop by or preorder!!! Seems like the employees are happy at their jobs !! You don’t see much of that anymore lol!! I’ll keep going to them for my sleep products!!

First time there, so I can’t really rate quality, but I had to rate it in order to leave a review. Matt Santoro met us at the door. He was friendly, informative and answered all my questions. Friendly service from everyone and the shop was clean and very open. Definitely has my business (for my Mom).

I have C-PTSD which makes life unmanageable some days. I have never had a worry going to MedMen Williamsville. The Pharmacists are consistent and attentive to the needs of all patients. The Staff communicates extremely well together and I have not noticed any turn over in Employees who handle Guest Services. I think that is commendable for a Business. Not only do the stay abreast to the Community changes regarding Covid and safety, they stay attune to the sensitives and needs of each patient. I have never been pushed to purchase and if an item is not in stock, a remedy is always made. This medication per say and service staff has helped me pass some hard days. I am thankful. Ashley K.
