Zen Leaf - Arcadia

Decided to take a drive and try out a new dispensary and I am very glad I chose PARC. Great looking building inside with awesome customer service. Huge TVs in the waiting room with the current selection and amazing photos of the bud. Everyone was extremely friendly. I like to check out many different strains and the bud tender was extremely helpful and patient with me. Picked out one of my favorite strains (chemdawg) and it is nice to see strains grown properly and fully tested. Also received a nice free pre roll! The prices are some of the lowest compared to other dispensaries. Everything about the shop was pleasant. Had a nice talk with the bud tender and it seems they are in it to help the patients! Hopefully my favorite items will be on the menu soon once Will Humble gets it together :) Will definitely be back!

You sold me SUPER DRY premum flower from Item 9 Labs. I opened the jar to check the quality in my car, didn't even leave the parking lot and you couldn't return it? You have lost a customer for life. What a horrible experience for my first visit. If I am so disappointed I leave you the shitty flower that should be a sign things are wrong.

I used to come here weekly but dang! Your in house eights are $55 now? No more love Carissa stuff or hardly any bogos. Such a shame to see this 😔

Check the menu, call ahead, drive 20 miles one way for the strain that is the MEDICATION that works best for me...arrive to find only one eighth on the shelf!!! No offer to set aside. This is the TWO other times, I checked the menu and then drove over to find that what I wanted was out-this time I called ahead to make sure and IT STILL HAPPENED TO ME AGAIN!!!? You're failing as a MEDICAL dispensary if you don't provide the medicine that works on a CONSISTENT basis. THIS IS MEDICINE! Who takes Tylenol for heartburn...its the same thing you expect of patients who must settle for something other than what they came for-ITS TOO EXPENSIVE to keep playing guess and fail!!!

The name change to the local joint is stupid. Lame.

I came in here last week as I had never been here before and it is not too far from home. My buttender was nice, the flower was cheap (but not much selection on flower), the place was also nice. I have 1 complaint though. I came in as a FTP and their promo is BOGO either 1/8ths or grams. So, I buy 2 timeless cartridges and was going for BOGO on an 1/8th of flower. She showed me the pouches, and the flower looked fine, but I couldn't tell the weight by just looking at them as I trusted I would be given the amount I paid for. When I got home, I noticed that I had 4 single gram pouches which is over 3 grams shy of what I asked for which was a BOGO 1/8th, so I bought an 1/8th and got a half gram free instead of the 1/8th. Not happy with that.

I went in there as a first-time patient thinking like any other store top shelf buy one get one free not this place.. If your first time patient spend your money somewhere else

won't go back I feel like I got ripped off in a big way paid 4.00 more a gram for meds than listed today....quality is way down since ownership change use to have high quality meds now not so much...they used to use royal choice but dropped them too bad quality was better won't go back feel like I wad taken....and stay away from the palm sticks crap pure crap don't waste your money

Loved this place as PARC. Not so much as Local Joint. Top dollar prices, with no information as to what the THC levels are (and budtenders don't know either) Quality has been hit or miss with flower. There are lots of other dispensaries with lower prices, better deals and a whole lot more information about their products.

there vet discounts don't apply to flower....? cuz that makes sense. well parc is hit or miss. i work 2 minutes away and found this spot very convenient but like I said hit or miss. one day they will have 1 bomb strain the next it's gone and nothing but dry herb. the bud tender that helped me was only looking for a sale. I was 11 years old smoking better weed than I bought yesterday from a dispensary.. waste of time and money.

This is my second time coming and I still like the products. However, it was the most confusing visit becauae the daily print sheet had the wrong information with the correct strains. I try to be careful not to get strains that increase or causes anxiety but helps with my pain and depression. My bud tender was ok but made me feel rushed with questions. I had asked the same thing twice because the sheet said one thing, she says another and so does the sample bottles that sit out. Maybe I should research more before going in to reduce questions. Hopefully my next visit I will not bother their day and waste their time with too many questions.

this place is good if you want to give half or your pay check just for an oz. i won't shop here! i know what weed is worth. you're make more then 4 times profit on us. i will be going where i can get 10$grams.

Overall ok experience. I witnessed someone come in and use a coupon for like 5 free prerolls while I was getting (1) for being a new patient. That was a little odd to me. They offer a 4 gram sampler for whatever 50 bucks but you must pick 4 difference strains. Problem is they only offer like 4 strains with prepackaged grams so there was essentially no choice at all. Kosher Kush (the item i went for), was only available in eighths so it was not an option. Also did find a seed in the cannabis which I have yet to come across during my entire time as a MMJ patient. Overall pretty sloppy work guys. I hope to see much better from you guys if I visit in the future!

One of the worst run dispensaries I’ve been to in my life. Everyone’s just laughing and joking around nobody is actually helping people. Insanely and efficient and they don’t honor the deals that they put up on their website. Place is trash.

I can’t wait for all of these shortages to finally end.

Home away from home. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, the quality, and selection of the products offered are consistently great. You will not be disappointed.

ole reliable! they never disappoint

Stopped in about a week ago. Got a gram of xj13 and a preroll. Was not impressed. The place is actually b really nice and calming. The staff made me feel like I was wasting their time by asking about quarter pricing and had them pull out a few to look at. The prepackaged meds were a major ding in my book, the buds were of course smashed flat, same with the preroll. The meds were okay, only 4 to choose from at the time, of course the leafly menu showed many more. Can't stand it when places don't update menus on the fly, it's the internet, it's accessible in so many ways, just keep it updated. Will only go back because it's right by my work.

My first visit at PARC was my first to a dispensary ever, and damn was it great. They were really nice and helpful and I got a great black friday discount. When I went back they had a special where I got some free pre rolls, and the bud is definitely great, especially for the prices and specials they run. It's not cannabis cup level, but just below for sure. Definitely going to keep them in mind and frequent PARC for my medicine.
