I have been a patient of Leaf Life for some years now. I am very upset with today's experience. First off, I ordered online from leafly. I received the order number, what I ordered and the total due. When I arrived at leaf life, I was told I did not have an online order. Well, thank god I take screen shots etc. I showed my order confirmation to the budtender and she said, hmm, nope we didn't get that. Ok, well, I still would like my order. Oh, were out of the Cinderealla 99. Manager and budtender went into the "back room" and decided they would offer me any of the house flower for the same price. Ok, so I choose one. Into the "back room" they go...After some time, the budtender comes back and states, Oh we don't have that house flower either, after it was already offered to me. So, they come in tow with 2 "new" 70.00 half oz, none of which was on the menu anywhere. I chose not to buy that "new" mystery flower that just came out of the sky. I truly believe this is a huge bait and switch dispensary as this is not the first time they have done this to me. The budtender evidently was tired of hearing my disappointment and handed me the bag and said "here you go". After all this, there was no thank you, no sorry's and a budtender that was just plain done with helping me!

I don’t like that there is no drive through for people that can’t walk. I am unable to get out of my truck sometimes due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. But they tell me they can’t come out to my truck to service me. I just wished they knew how hard is on me to get in and out of a truck!
Called in my order. Got a message that said it was ready. I went to open the door but 4 people also wanted to enter. For almost 10 minutes I sat outside in triple digit temps. Of the 4 people only 2 had orders waiting. Had to wait again until the walk ins were processed. You need to
enter by separate lines. Also this dispensary has a severe lack of edibles.
Staff is nice. But when my sister, who is from Colorado saw the price and crap they where selling when she came down to visit she wasn't a happy camper. She talked to her bud tender back in Colorado and he said they probably send all the no sell/ slow sell product from other stores here. I have to agree. Prices are ridiculous, product selection for medical is a joke.
Case and point. It's taken me 3 years to find what works best for me and my pain. It's alien kush from alien labs. They have had it advertised once in cartridge. By luck I bought one. Completely killed all pain. That was over a year ago. I check every week. If you listen to the customers they don't like it either but are stuck buying there. If we ever get a really good dispensary here, trulieve will either crash and burn or finally stop treating us like idiots and bring cost down and/or better product
My budtender was pretty annoyed that I let her know that you guys were overcharging me and I showed her my review order online Express pickup and then she came back 10 minutes later with the manager and rewarded what the website pricing was but informed me that it's a different pricey and that was not my issue that was their issue that's why I got the deal she was very rude and not understanding especially when I had an online Express order I was better off just waiting and it would have been a lot faster that way but the quality of marijuana was beautiful and the atmosphere was great it was just my budtender needs a little bit more south skills and not be so condescending

This place was a joke before rec happened, worse now. Hiring clowns.
I ordered online and on my way to pick up I got a message saying that didn't have what I ordered and they canceled it. So I quickly reordered because I was already on my way. When I get there I go to the window and they get my order and tell me that next time I have to wait 15 minutes. I explained what had happened and that it had been over a half hour since the first order and I was already I. Route. She gets a horrible rude face and says next time wait the 15 minutes or we won't serve you and walks away all rude. Never in my life have I been treated that way while spending my money. I hate this dispo. I called and talked to the district manager but I don't feel like it will be addressed I will not be giving giving them any more money

Went in today specifically only for grow science so I purchased an 8th high tier which was good after my purchase I noticed something else I liked so I wanted to make another purchase 1 second after my original when rudely I was told bye the manager told in pink hair no I have To get back in line meaning I have to go to the front turn my card in again and wait another ten minutes to be helped won’t be back here until she’s gone plain and simple

This place sucks for a dispensary. Rude bitches work here and rush you. This place is not for patients and only for the money. Why do they always have to change my order when I order online? Poor excuse for a dispensary.

ever since harvest bought the place its been down hill. i miss leaflife. can't wait till someone opens up another dispensary in town. i just drive up to oasis 90% of the time now

Been to this dispensary few times now and every time the cannabis harvest dates are anywhere between 4 months to almost a year old very low quality for what they call "top shelf". As someone who worked in the industry in Oregon i know what harvest dates mean, what all the numbers and blah blah stand for. Maybe I'm just being a picky but I'm going to start driving further for better quality and not going to shop here unless it's a absolutely necessary last resort kind of thing. The people are great super busy. just feel the head people need to focus on the quality of the items they're selling for top shelf prices.

I've been medicating for 20 years so i know trees pretty well. I went to Leaf Life just to check it out and ended up leaving with some KILLER BUBBA (if you know good Bubba, you know good Bubba is hard to find in AZ). Happy to see some quality meds and professional atmosphere in Casa but DAMNNNN they do charge outrageous ($60 a eigth).

Your prices are WAY too high. Some of us have a MMJ care for REAL medical reasons and are on disability. We can't afford your prices. I have to drive further now, just to afford my green meds for my muscle spasms and ptsd. :(

Never had a online order take over 40 minutes to complete after check in ended up in the back anyways... oh and there was NO mention or forewarning an item I selected was out of stock until getting to the counter to pay

Harvest Casa Grande is the A****** of Dispenserys; menu is NEVER updated, bud tenders are less then intelligent and when they skip you, they make you feel like it's Your fault that you got skipped.

The staff is rude and useless when it comes to their mess ups. They encourage online ordering but their prices are somehow different online than they are in shop so you never know what you'll pay for your medication. If you have promotions they will forget to account for them and blame you for it. I've seen this happen to multiple customers, now myself, and it should simply NEVER happen. Leaf life staff seems to have ZERO concern for their patients and their medication. This dispensary does not know how to run a business, or offer good customer service.

Great staff, clean environment and good medical cannabis products from which to choose. Haven't been to Casa Grande for a while, so going to drop in and visit. My recommendations are the cream and tinctures. The Jilly Bean and Blue Dream strains are good. The Sour D prerolls are also good.

I gave this a review a few months ago and I gave them a pretty high rating. Since then, I have noticed the quality has gone downhill. I have found seeds in a few different purchases and the overall quality has diminished. I am thinking of changing places because this dispensary is having some consistency issues that seem to be getting worse. I hope they can improve but until then, I will find somewhere else to go.

there is false advertising subline half oz where on special and I go and they have none not only that I asked for about 3 different products after that and they had none of them the staff is very cool even in that situation but if they don't have the product they shouldn't advertise it

Today was my 2nd time placing an order online. The 1st time they sent someone that didn't know the total, kept going back and forth to his car to get the information of my order. Today I placed my order at 11 am, I received a text notification that my order would be delivered today between 2:00-3:30pm . At 2:25pm I received a call asking me if I was ready for my order to be delivered, of course I said yes. The person then stated there would be a $15.00 delivery charge with my order. I informed them that I was not informed of this when I placed my order. I also informed them I was not charged a delivery charge the 1st time and that when I place the order it didn't indicate it on the total amount nor was there any mention on their website that there would be a delivery charge. They informed me that's why they were calling me now to inform me that there would be a delivery charge. I informed them that I placed the order at 11 a.m. and I ask them why they wouldn't inform at the time of the order was placed and they did not have an answer for me this is very poor customer service and my experience with them has not been good hopefully Casa Grande able to get a different dispensaries.
