*I would give Zero Stars but that wasn't an option. Flowers here taste moldy, & are over priced, & underweight! Ever notice your bag looks smaller then usual when shopping here, that's b/c it is; They use conditioner to moisten the flowers to weigh it down!! So If you value your money, flower quality, & life, Don't shop here!! There have been many chances I have given this dispensary, but it just keeps getting worse, & I'm aggravated, & disappointed with "Harvest" Shut it down!! Customer service, it's Terrible, & they have an incompetent staff!! There are alot of negative things I have to say, But I'll try to keep this short. when checking in your med card they flash in your face infrared lights like it's their mission to blind you, so beware. I stepped outside after check in b/c to many people in the lobby. Only to realize outside is worse, with their line of ppl, which are waiting to shop pretty much right next to the Covid19 tents that are outside the hospital; talk about unsafe, & uncomfortable!! While waiting outside, a staff member comes out, & tells me Not to come in yet, like I didn't just decided to remove myself b/c of the congestion, Rude, & condescending!! If you're thinking no big deal b/c you'll only be buying an 8th, be prepaird they're usually out of indica flower, & now They no longer sells flowers in Gram increments, so you're screwed, if you just want something to get for the time being; be prepared to pay $15 for a preroll!!. Most likely though just know that they probably wont have what you want, & that Harvest will just be a waste of your time! Save some regret, travel a little further to a different dispensary, where you can be happy, stay Healthy, & enjoy flowers!!

so my last visit I got an eighth one of the lower grade strains. you are so horrible I couldn't even get high on it and I can get high off of Mexican Reggie.
today I told the guy about it and I only had to say was yeah. almost any other dispensary what it said oh wow we're really sorry about that let me give you a few bucks off or at least just a dang apology. I am less and less impressed every time I go here.

The employees here are fantastic, most of my complaints are things out of their control I think. The prices are insane and they almost never have bulk buying options. When they do it’s one strain and only offered in 1/2 oz and it’s poor quality. ( very crumbly dry, low thc, and if you need a specific strain you’re SOL) They are consistently out of product and they don’t often have equitable product to replace what the don’t have in stock. They don’t regularly keep a good selection of the cheaper Venom and Canamo shatters and concentrates. I don’t want to spend $50-65 per 1/8 or $40 for one gram of concentrate but often that’s all they have. They do have some great strains but the prices are too much. They also seem to have started prioritizing rec over medical patients. I’m not a medical patient but I have close family who are. And they definitely notice the difference. Their 420 deals are pathetic too. Oh but if I spend $130 on flower I’ll get a pouch! Take your money and drive to Oasis south. Better quality, variety of bud at better price points and bulk options. And they actually have worth while 420 deals where you get more flower for the buck not some useless trinkets if you buy a few overpriced 1/8ths.
I have been a patient of LeafLife since Brian first opened the doors with a fantastic staff. Sunday I took my husband in who has high anxiety to purchase the 1/2 oz special. He has a card for 2 years but has only been in a dispensary twice because they make him anxious. I asked if we could go back together so I could help him, I was told that we would have to see two different budtenders which I said was fine, then he added that we could not talk to each other while back there, so I asked could he be helped at the takeout window, or just let me know what strains were available today and I will tell him what to get. he then states that I am stressing him out so he calls the manager who brings out the packets of strains available bet tells me loudly that she will help me this time but next time she will not give me any additional information and may not be helped. Hello Harvest we are the patients and pay you, I served in the military to protect all the people so don't treat me rudely like 'come in, sit down, and shut up.' You always let us know on Sunday what product is available before you open the doors. This Sunday no one came around and when we went inside none of the tv menu screens were on and I was only the 5th person in line so you are stressed already? You may be the only dispensary in Casa Grande but I would rather travel to Chandler than be treated rudely when spending my hard earned money. You don't have to worry you will never see my husband in your facility again. I on the other hand will continue to order for us both, possibly on line so I will have as little interaction with your staff as possible to decrease my anxiety.
Place is trash. I’ve had one online order not confirmed for over 12 hours and then they marked it ready and picked up at the same time even though I didn’t get anything. The next time I tried to place an online order, they confirmed it ready to pick up this time at least. I get there and wait in line for about 20 minutes to be told that I don’t have an order for me, then I get sent to the Back of the line. Who’s confirming orders and not pulling them?

This dispensary has done a complete 180. Receptionist has always rude but now? What word is worse than rude? I’ve told budtenders, nobody cares. I spend about 500-600 a month there but I won’t again. It’s worth the drive to Sticky Sahuaro, their deals and customer service is out of this world. I’d say I’m sorry but this place lost its collective mind. Don’t do it. They prey on people that can’t go to a different dispensary.

Arrived before Happy Hour was over and was denied the happy hour. Would not recommend under new management. Lying dispensaries aren’t my thing. No longer giving my service. Will drive the extra 30 minutes to be treated with decency and given acknowledgement.

The manager kelena with the contacts and fake freckles doesnt know anything about medicinal marijuana. Shes more interested in trying to look cute and being hella rude to the patients. After my first time here and having her talk about everything except the actual effects of flower im not interested in ever coming back. Harvest needs to quit hiring people that dont know anything about marijuana, if i wanted a plastic barbie wannabe like her telling me to buy flower based on just the names id ask my niece but she is probably more knowledgeable. Dont buy your weed from people that dont smoke and stop hiring managers that dont even smoke and are just rude. Ill drive to phoenix for my flower from now on. This place went downhill since Harvest took over. I MISS LEAF LIFE!!!!

disappointed. false advertisement is only the beginning to this now Harvest dispensary. Even if you have drove over an hour to a place you have never been to, they do not honor first time deal. They don't tell you at check in, and budtenders are rude. I would have hoped mine felt that her snack could have waited til after the transaction. Hope they can find a better way to communicate with their patients in the future.

I called Friday asking if they received potent planet drop, front desk went to check for me. he said they just got it in and were getting them labeled and put in the system and try back later or next day. called back Saturday was told it should be ready by Sunday at the latest. called Sunday inventory manager said they never got any in sorry....seems a little funny to me.

O stars this dispensary can not follow through I've placed 3 orders and have had 3 orders canceled snd nobody can tell me why. I would recommend this dispensary to nobody!!!! The only reason i gave them one star is because I had to in order for my review to be accepted

Wack. prices are $5-$10 higher than what u would pay else where. sales are weak compared to ANY DISPENSERY limited options -top shelf here is what you would get for bottom shelf in phx. dont honor first patients discount or happy hour. They do this cause they are the only dispensery in town

Sadly this dispensary raised their prices outrageously (min 10$ per flower) with nothing said to their patients. No reason why, and despite a couple strains being different the rest are the same. The cheapest sublime is $10 more than it was. There was no improvement to product at all too even try to blame the prices on.
When I'm told as a customer "that's just the way we're doing it now in the new year" it tells me they are quite cocky that they will retain their customers. Well, not me.
Happy New year to you too. Also, New year... New dispensary as I'll never go back there.
Not here to talk about the staff or my regular experience, that’s never an issue.. these gas prices tho.. bruh $65 for weed that hits at 22%.. no buddy! alien whatever and connected plants who cares! Not worth it! For $65 that’s low! Your own staff advised me to wait until we can apply the discount! wack ass product! Sorry if you like this $65 rip off but for that price you can get way better..

This was my first visit there and it was around 30 mile drive to get there, but I was very satisfied with the visit. The dispensary is very clean, neat and everything is very professional. The receptionist (didn't get her name but very nice lady) and the bud tenders, were all very good people to work with. I would definitely recommend this dispensary to anyone living in the S.E. valley, Maricopa, Casa Grande areas. Got a free pre-roll of Northern Lights for first time in, which was great and the meds are of excellent quality. I'll be back for sure.

Complete joke. Can’t believe this is the only place in CG. Shitty selection for premium prices. Always out of the lower tiers so you can only buy expensive strains. Do yourself a favor an just make the drive to the valley.

I don’t like that there is no drive through for people that can’t walk. I am unable to get out of my truck sometimes due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. But they tell me they can’t come out to my truck to service me. I just wished they knew how hard is on me to get in and out of a truck!

They never have what I order, even after i get a text saying it ready. I get there and they are out. Flower is very dry. People there are very nice.

Beware! Make sure you count your change before your leave this establishment.
Shady lady will take your money if you don't. Great deals but when you don't get all your change with slight of hand doesn't make it worth it. Others have complained as well, I didn't believe until it happened to me. I know now!!!
