Story Cannabis - McDowell Rd

What I dislike now about NM, is their call center, staffed with workers who don't know a rat's a$$ about customer service, esp when they miscommunicate and get the customer upset, and they don't apologize or clarify themselves. I've spent lots of money at NM for years, which is a 3-hr r/t drive from where I live. Does management think I will continue to drive that far when customer service is for crap? When I call NM, I expect to talk with someone at the location where I'm calling, and NOT a freaking call center. And since they can't communicate effectively at your call center, and they refuse to connect me to your Phx location, it's not worth the aggravation or stress of taking that drive. Whoever you hired in that last few months to manage all of your dispensaries in AZ, should be terminated for showing your patients that they are not valued, as you've gone slowly downhill over the course of 2020. And I know two other former patients of yours who stopped shopping at NM due to very similar reasons as mine. And do NOT send out text messages about your sales when you do not intend to honor them throughout the entire day. That's false advertisement, and you just lost a 5-year long loyal customer.

Harvest - Casa Grande (Med/Rec)

Your prices are WAY too high. Some of us have a MMJ care for REAL medical reasons and are on disability. We can't afford your prices. I have to drive further now, just to afford my green meds for my muscle spasms and ptsd. :(

JARS Cannabis - Metro Center (Med/Rec)

I purchased shatter from Venom Extracts at Metro Meds only to find out that my allotment was charged more at a 1:2 ratio. The owner and upper management should have told their budtenders that by Venom participating in the unconstitutional legislative bill, that patients purchasing concentrate from Venom will be expected to have their allotments charged more, and by how much. Instead, they left budtenders as clueless as their patients, believing that there has been no decision made yet on how much vendors will deduct from patient allotments for concentrate purchases, who participate with the legislative bill. I don't appreciate the dishonesty. I will never purchase from Venom Extracts again, nor do I feel it's worth the 3+ hr round trip drive to shop at a dispensary where management fails to keep their budtenders informed of current changes and status regarding Az's MMJ law and any other legislation which may affect paitent's rights.

Nirvana Center - Apache Junction

This place doesn't stock their house shatter that much. When I call, they have nothing or hardly anything in stock. This is the only dispensary I've been too that does not keep many in-house items stocked, esp those that sell fast. The receptionist was very misinformed, also. But misinformed dispensary workers seems to be a thing, so I do wonder how much of this is purposely misleading the public so to try and get them to buy more expensive products that do not provide better quality, more THC, etc. Do your own research and stop trusting in what your budtenders tell you. For starters, batters and crumble is NOT stronger than regular shatter and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Nature's Wonder Dispensary - Apache Junction

I went in yesterday to get some flower and asked about their full-spectrum CBD oil. Budtender told me that they sell a FULL GRAM of full-spectrum CBD oil by Tru Infusion for $36, both in their 1:1 and CBD. I asked to look at the package, but I couldn't find the weight or measurement, as the packaging was dark. I said to him, so this is a full 1000mg? and he said yes, a full gram. So I get home and research Tru Infusions CBD oils, wondering how come they don't post an item for their 1000mg CBD oil. Then I realized that they don't make a 1000mg CBD oil. Comparing packaging to Tru Infusions website, the budtender was showing me a 300mg bottles of CBD oil. I get really fed up with ill-informed budtenders, or lying budtenders, who say what they think I want to hear. All the causes is me to never return to those businesses. Stop defrauding the public already.

Curaleaf - Central

Management is sneaky at this place. Make sure you CALL to clarify what strains on their daily deals are still available. It was 9:30a when I called, and they had hardly anything. That's a piss poor business practice...to advertise a daily deal, yet not have enough stock in the day to even get them past 10am. Moreover, they will not post what strains a part of a daily deal. Often, these dispensaries purposely don't list the strains because they only give a choice of one or two stains. So do call, esp if you are driving a long distance. Too many dispensaries crap on rural customers and don't give a damn about them wasting our time and our gas money. They do not value the rural customers..Curaleaf, especially.

The Mint Cannabis - Encanto

Encanto is in my top three favorite dispensaries in the valley, and I've been to at least 15 of them so far. Sometimes they have some amazing concentrate specials that have me driving all the way from Florence to purchase from them. Quality is always excellent, and you will never find your flower or concentrate looking skimpy. They do have some new budtenders who are being trained. IMO, their best mentor there would be Angel...who is always and Angel when she waits on me. Thank you. :)

Health for Life - Ellsworth

meh... Sometimes you get a good budtender here, and other times, not so. The manager who worked this location for awhile never seemed to like his job, or maybe he just doesn't like people. When this location first opened, it was great. But as they expanded, they changed. :( And the lobby is among the smallest in the valley.

This is a real review, not based on the intent for a free pre-roll. LOL This is not my favorite dispensary because it does not seem most employees love their jobs or love the customers. It could be a management issue. Too many rules also over how and when you can use your first time special. It seems whenever I visit this location, my budtender either comes off as fake, disinterested, or borderline a-hole. Personally, I prefer the dispensaries where they treat you like family, and not like cattle. The reason why I mention the management issue is that staff is like this at the Ellsworth location too, so I assume it's that way at all three locations. I will travel a little further just to get my green meds if deals are competitive and staff are super knowledgeable and friendly.
