This place is great. It's genuinely the best dispensary I've been to since getting my card. Only place with cannagar machines and native hemp leaves. They gave me an information booklet that was rather informative and they had a wholesome atmosphere. Unfortunately it's a 25 mile drive for me so I likely won't be back anytime soon if I return.

Kip always seems to have the better quality products . it's an overall friendly convenient experience...

They have a sign clearly displayed that reads “beginning July 1, 2024 Per state regulations, medical patients will be prioritized over recreational”. But their own manager is unable or unwilling to abide by the stores own signage. Per this manager, medical patients are not prioritized if a recreational person has been waiting longer? I will no longer be going to KIP for my weekly buys when their managers can’t abide by state regulations, and copped a major attitude when asked about it. Someone working in this industry should know better than to disregard regulations or choosing when she will and will not follow them. Her customer service was so atrocious that this is the 1st review I have ever taken the time to write. A manager ignorant about the policies her own store claims to follow, and who could not even fake decent customer service, that is what KIP in cockeysville MD has in store for their customers this evening! A total disappointment in a dispensary I have been a regular at before this manager ever even worked a register.

Kip cannibas is one of the best dispensaries in MD. They have a very clean store, lots of literature for you to read or take. mostly pertaining to terpenes, and the many medical properties of their products; they even have a doctor on the premises that is free to consult with at anytime in regards to your journey to being well. Occasionally they have some great deals. like 39$ eights (girl scout cookies, ghosts of mujahedeen, etc), major shake sales, and superb deals on some very high test, quality bud. Their selection is top notch, including some hard to find strains like LA Chocolat, The White, and they even carry a whopping 37% strain of Sour Lemon. I've even been told if another store has a strain I have been looking for, they will get it in. Kenny, one of the bud tenders is very friendly and personable. He has no hesitation to reccomend based off my previous experience and past purchases what has worked for him and what is likely to work for me. All the staff seem extremely knowledgeable and helpful especially Dr. Alex who took lots of time to explain the various benefits of terpenes and using a 1:1 or other mix of CBD/THC hybrid to help with anxiety during certain times and to be in a therapeutic range. So far their bud has been very beautiful, the staff professional and friendly, and its always quick and easy trip. Highly recommended.

Love this place. My favorite dispensary, through and through.

They had me sold on day one. I’ve been to many MD dispensaries and Kip is the place to be. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to be around. These people genuinely care and don’t try to pull a quick one on you. They don’t take advantage of new or uneducated patients like I’ve experienced and witnessed in other dispos. If there are discounts eligible here, they’ll apply them and you don’t even have to ask. Their premium flower prices are almost too high but their staff makes up for it. You can tell that they hire good people. Kinda like the Chick-fil-A of dispensaries really lol But in all seriousness, I really do appreciate these people. When I’m there it’s kind of a “getaway” from this pandemic which is a refreshing feeling right now. Their curbside service has also been flawless and that’s a big deal right now. Thank you, Kip! I have always gone to KIP my favorite place and after today I even like them more my uncle met me there to get some of his golf balls and towel that he left in my car with my points I made 2 transactions and had 2 bags brought out of my medications I transferred his golf balls and towel into one of the bags and took my medicine and put it all in my one bag they saw a none customer my uncle leave with a KIP bag that had no medication in it but his golf balls and towel and confronted me right away about what was going on they are always on top of there game and make sure that the people who have their cards and follow the rules are the only ones allowed to have medications thanks for all you do sorry for the confusion see you soon as always!!

Great first experience! Very professional from the first step in the door and their staff made me feel comfortable, no pressure one way or another but certainly available if I had questions. I think it's awesome they have a doctor on hand, helps to take your medical cannabis that extra mile.

I wish I could rate this dispensary higher!! They are my favorite in the whole Baltimore area. They are extremely knowledgeable and SO SO friendly. I’ve loved every recommendation they’ve given me. Compared to other dispensaries, their sales and service aptitude are phenomenal. I wish I knew some of them by name but the front desk person with glasses is so sweet and the bud tenders make me feel like a valued regular. The drive-thru is innovative and convenient. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend Kip!
