Long time customer. Flower smoker only. Always has a wide selection. Haven't been here in over a month. Reason being... you took your over 30% Flower, made it one set price of 58$ per eighth, and don't allow discount of any kind. So my wisdom (over 60) bonus can't be used, and my bonus points can't be used. Why the change?

I drive from Carroll County just to go to KIP because I love the drive up and all the friendly staff. They have great deals and discounts for veterans and seniors.

Your stimulus check advertisement isn't a good look. Patients over profits.

WOW! Yesterday was my first visit and I'm still flabbergasted. I have been to 5-6 dispensaries and never experienced the thrill of this visit. 1st off, everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When I entered the waiting room I could not believe the amount of information available. After the receptionist showed me around, she gave me a great booklet on the ins and outs of cannabis medicating. Pamphlets everywhere, scrolling menu board. Never seen anything like this. Then Kevin (director of retail ops) came out and talked for 10 minutes about the other services available like the on-site Doc available for consultations. Odessa (please forgive me if that's wrong), who was my budtender, got me the best products for my needs. Folks, if you're not going here for your needs, you are truly missing out!!!!!

I was so impressed with my first visit to KIP. I work in high end hospitality- I know good service....and I was blown away with the kindness, attentiveness and the passionate, genuine interest this group has in educating their patients. These folks know their stuff inside and out, and they want to tell you all about it...and I love it. Going to any dispensary for the first time can be a bit awkward, as not all have the same procedures-but the director, Kevin, greeted me within a minute of being in the lobby and gave me a quick introduction of what his dispensary was all about. Even before I was called back, I felt welcome and comfortable. They had exactly what I came to buy, and I was very satisfied with the price I paid for it. I even got to spin the wheel and won a free pre-roll. I do have one bit of feedback...I did not know there was a discount for first time patients. It wasn't listed anywhere (that I saw) on Leafly or WM, so I didn't think there was one. It wasn't until I was completing my transaction that I learned that there was a 20% discount on non-sale items for that visit. I wish I would have known this-I would have been better prepared for my first visit. The day of my visit, I purchased almost all of my available amount left. Had I known-I would have saved the drive until the next day, when my available amount was much greater. I love broad discounts like that-I see it as a chance to try something new. I feel like I missed out. Overall-I would absolutely recommend KIP to anyone, their approach to wellness is like no other dispensary I've been to- but I'd make sure to tell them about the first time discount.

I feel like KIP is a standout among all the dispensaries in this area. The friendliest staff, huge inventory, good deals and a drive thru. I live closer to about 5 other dispensaries but don’t mind going out of the way to shop at Kip because it never disappoints.

I love the family feeling of KIP. Their consistent customer service and prices keep me coming back and always leaving happy. Currently they are drive through only so consider looking at menu online before arriving. I appreciate them taking measures to keep everyone safe. Always enjoy being helped by Kolya.

I've been dealing with KIP for about 3 years and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the business. Nice selection, friendly people and love the old hippie discount. I went today and was reminded of a nice credit on my account, perfect time to use between Christmas and New Years and they support the animal shelters which impresses my dogs.

The dispensaries were founded on compassion and care for patients now that recreation has been approved the prices have double medical patients are paying 45 and 50 instead of 15 and 20 for an eighth we still require the same amount of medication but the price is twice as much Compassion and care thrown to the curb in the dash for cash!!!!!!! Are the growers charging more suddenly it’s twice as much not very compassionate!!!!!

The entire staff is friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable! Their flower never disappoints and the whole experience is 5 star. And the drive thru is an awesome perk.

I Couldn't ask for a better dispensary and its agents! Nothing of their stock is their fault. I really think suppliers like Verano, Culta, Really any exclusive suppliers where I have to drive to the city every time, As a person with severe anxiety it doesn't make any sense to go to my trigger place to get the meds that help me coup and grow from those feelings. kip is quite literally the safest place ever, and its atmosphere shows that. The knowledge of the staff is something to be cherished. And their the only drive through so yeah if you don't go here you live to far or you're wasting your money. I appreciate the terp outlines on all the bud they can keep up with as all batches arent the same and in medicine thats vital, that you for the new print outs of the receipts with the profiles on them, who ever thought of that, and put the time in, deserves a raise or a promotion of some kind. Now the person who puts RE:source application in the points system so I don't have to ask everytime they deserve more than a Raise xD. Keep it 💯 guys.

Greatest staff in town. I've been to all the nearby dispensaries. These guys provide personalized service for every patient. Great selection, love the drive thru.

Kip is a second family to me. I only go here. the level of education everyone has seriously kept me going through this horrible disease I am fighting. they just always seem to go above and beyond what I expect every time!

This place is great !! From the time you walk in the door Mrs.Robin is greeting you with a great big smile by your first name then she hooks you up with some of the best bud tenders knowledgeable dudes that I’ve been able to work with and I’ve been to many places Maryland DC LA Chicago and dealt with a lot of bud tenders but it’s just something about this place When you walk in It’s chill !!they know you by name not just a another face buying bud And I’m not one to name drop but my dude (Lance )he’s no BS ‼️💯knowledgeable easy-going you describe to him/them what you need or what you’re looking for to get you out of pain to make your day better or just simply put a smile on your face he’s on point every time a knowledgeable cat and a good dude in my book !!!! !!!
