Really trying my best to support a local business here. Selection isn’t what it was but seems to be slowly improving. I know things have changed at FGF and I understand why. That being said, both gentlemen I’ve come across working up front have not been polite. Taking my CG card alone seems like a chore for them. I normally go to KIP but I really want FGF to make it because it’s so close to home and locally owned unlike some of these bigger dispos that’ll make it regardless. The girl that’s usually in the back is always awesome, friendly and easy to deal with but the gents might wanna try to be more friendly/outgoing/approachable? If that makes sense. I am sure all jobs can be stressful but man, ya’ll are working in a dispo. Normally going into the dispo is fun but these guys have killed the vibe within 30 seconds of walking in the door and it’s an immediate buzz kill. Three visits within the last month. Product is great. Prices are decent. Staff up front has been awful to deal with and this is surprising because it was the absolute opposite in the past. Normally I don’t post reviews unless it’s exceptional service or horrible service. These last two visits have really really rubbed me the wrong way. Hopefully things will change and I can continue to return. Just wanted to make someone aware.

Recent reviews don’t seem to be great but I didn’t have any problems. Grabbed some curbside here a few days ago. Wasn’t necessarily “speedy” but it was everything I needed. The guy that helped me was really cool. They also added a discount to my order that I was not aware of.. to me, that is a sign of a good dispensary. These prices are getting out of hand and I really appreciate it that they went out of their way to save me some money. I would absolutely go back again.

They had me sold on day one. I’ve been to many MD dispensaries and Kip is the place to be. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and an absolute pleasure to be around. These people genuinely care and don’t try to pull a quick one on you. They don’t take advantage of new or uneducated patients like I’ve experienced and witnessed in other dispos. If there are discounts eligible here, they’ll apply them and you don’t even have to ask. Their premium flower prices are almost too high but their staff makes up for it. You can tell that they hire good people. Kinda like the Chick-fil-A of dispensaries really lol But in all seriousness, I really do appreciate these people. When I’m there it’s kind of a “getaway” from this pandemic which is a refreshing feeling right now. Their curbside service has also been flawless and that’s a big deal right now. Thank you, Kip!
