Compassionate does not begin to describe this med shop. Kind Heart Collective is more than a fitting name for them. Very knowledgeable staff, with a very loose vibe inside. Some shops I feel rushed in, but not here, they let me take all the time in the world and answered every question I had. I think I ended up being here for at least 40 mins. I will definitely shop here often, if not exclusively. I'm currently out in NY, but once I get back tomorrow, I'm coming straight here.

I had been to several Portland dispensaries and was always left disappointed by their unwelcoming facilities, poor selections, and inhospitable staff. Therefore I had low expectations walking into Kind Heart, the whole purpose of me venturing into yet another Portland dispensary was because of a voucher purchased for their location during 'Portland Weed Week'. The store front is a bit deceiving, making the location appear small and dark. Walking in through the doors however is a large well lit waiting area, and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who immediately ended her conversation with her fellow peer to greet me and check me in. I was then ushered into another set of doors and again immediately greeted by Joel and Nathan, the two gentlemen working the contours that evening. The back room was very well lit and spacious, and one of the walls had a shelf with several small potted plants happily growing away. Joel, my attendant for the evening, was quite knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I took a moment to take in the information he provided and to make my decision. I walked in for some 'Gorilla Glue' but walked out with 'Future' and 'Green Crack'; I spent a little more than intended and happily forked over my special $2 bill to cover the balance of my tab. Later in the evening I tried 'Future' and was blown away; Joel had not been kidding when he said 'it will definitely make you see the future!' Ha!! Thank you, 'Kind Heart Collective', for restoring my faith in Portland dispensaries.

It's in Kenton Village, on the main drag, and easy to locate. I'm coming all the way from SE Powell Blvd and 21st Ave. It's an I-5 freeway trip to the Lombard West exit for me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the service, good. Though they were out of one strain I sought, they could provide a similar strain. I'll definitely be back!

I definitely enjoyed the vibe here. It was my first time and I loved what I left with. I love when places have $25 eighth. I got some Obama Kush, Super Skunk and Casey Jones.. I was one happy camper. :)

The store environment is clean and well lit, the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, but the most amazing thing during my visit was the fantastic quality of cannabis flowers and medables, totally top notch and I'm happy I went! Thx Kind Heart

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a dispensary. Joel,Nate and Josh gave me awesome service. they have great flower and clones. I'll be back next week for sure.

I've been coming to Kind Heart for my clones since I first found out they sold them and I was so impressed. I haven't found better clones for a better price from any other shop in Portland. Great customer service and great vibes every time I visit these guys Definitely recommend going in especially if you're an expert grower. Best clones in town for sure Be sure to ask for Joel if you have questions he knows everything

first time in, excellent spot off the bat! very spacious lobby, so waiting a few minutes is not awkward or too uncomfortable.. awesome edibles selection (ommp).. the only reason I put 3 stars on quality is the flower seems a few bucks per gram overpriced compared to competition in a buyers market.. BUT they're on the west side so it's not THAT overpriced... end of rant: great shopping, check it out if in the area or even just in nw Portland/ st. johns.. thanks guys! :)

My go to medical marijuana dispensary. Everything I have purchased has been top notch and has exceeded other dispensaries with consistent high quality flowers. Price is average to low for dispensaries in Portland.
