This was the best experience at a rec store that I have had. Bryce (sp?) was extremely nice and seemed to really like his job. Having an on-site ATM was a bonus and I really enjoyed the magnifying glass, punch card, discount product, and overall atmosphere. I would highly recommend this store!

I like the Pre package buds. It keeps the freshness in. Also during these Covid times, I don’t have to worry about other people touching my weed.

When I got medical card this spring, Kind Heart was my neighborhood shop, and the first place I went to. From day 1, I've gotten great service. Josh, Joel & everyone I've encountered there are awesome. They always have great suggestions, know their products well, and won't sugar-coat to up-sell. They have great deals, too. Even though they are busier now that there's recreational business, I've never had to wait very long for help. I do feel what one reviewer said about the prepack issue, but I do appreciate the fact that envelopes produce less waste than the hard plastic packaging some shops use, but maybe clear ones would be better. I've seen them in Washington.

This place is amazing, wonderful staff, Nate, Joel, and Josh, in specific. All there products are always amazing, top of the line and out of all the dispensaries we've been to throughout Portland, this one is definitely the best and the best on there prices. Only dispensary my sister and I use, five stars all around.

My husband and I are regulars here, by far our favorite store. Great deals, friendly and fast service. We are excited about a clone we bought recently, it seems to be growing great! Highly recommend this store!

I stopped in because they had a flower that I have been wanting to try. The product was in stock just as their menu said. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They made some other suggestions on what I might also like. I will definitely visit again.

The only thing I'd recommend is for them to foliar feed the clones at least once a week so they don't look so deficient, ie purple stems. Other than that a friendly atmosphere and weird seats in the lobby!!!

good selection and prices

This place was awesome, my first time going here & I was very impressed with the customer service, the set up of the shop, the quality of the weed & the deals. I will definitely be going back again!

About atmosphere, it is a very clean place, but it feels a bit sterile, too. Add some decor? A bit of color? A record player with records that customers can choose to play in the store?

Kind Heart has a quality selection of cannabis being budtended by a crew that really knows their own product. Good prices. There is always a good weekly special. The J-1 is the best example of this strain in town. They offer a punch card which makes being a regular even more worth it.

First time to Kind Heart today. Great shop and good looking meds. Staff made me feel very welcomed and were super helpful. Glad to have these folks in the neighborhood.
