The product is good, but the establishment doesn't have a great vibe. The service was okay at best. Would not visit again

This place truly sucks do not buy any clones from here they come with root aphids and pathogens do not buy any weed from these people these people do overcharge me for Colones I bought 6 clones and they charge me for 7 not only that but they gave me root aphids and a pathogen ruined my garden ask to talk to the manager took me 2 weeks finally talk to him he passed me on to another person that I knew personally they never even contacted me I give this place a zero rating one of the worst places Growers beware do not buy strains from here they will ruin your garden and I bet they're not even the right strains people told me that several times

I don't like that they list thc levels on leafy at one level and then in store is an over 10% difference. I get there will be inaccuracies but to say something is 27% when it's really 12 is a back move.

Bought a crap clone that was runty and developed spotting even then bud tender could not id, no refunds/exchanges leads to wasted time and tent space

I have to be really impressed by a dispensary to write a review after my 1st visit. The gem is in N PDX but close to the 5 freeway so not a far drive @ all from where I live (SW PDX) & work (N PDX). Parking was a breeze (& free). I was warmly welcomed upon walking in & immediately helped which was very nice. I'm big on 4 things when I visit a dispensary: 1) Customer Service 2) Knowledge of meds 3) Quality of meds 4) Reasonable donation rates. This place had all those things down. Got a free caramel & a pre roll as welcome gifts cuz twas my 1st visit. I medicated with Casey Jones as my migraines & nausea have been outta control. Totally took care of the pain/nausea & was feeling well nuff to visit with some friends after medicating. Ya need to check out this dispensary. Top notch buds for sure! It's one of my favs in PDX area easy. Good job guys; plz keep it up! I will definitely be back! :-)

Terrible. Worst dispensery period. Don't waist your time. Their menu is always wrong. Even when you call ahead they'll lie to you to get you in then tell you they "just sold out". Real shady crew there.

Overpriced, if they truly had “kind hearts” they’d not make weed into a commodity an charge 18 for something that i can get for 4 somewhere else

Every time I visit there is always a friendly face greeting me, great music playing and it smells wonderful. When I make it to the sales floor the budtenders are knowledgeable and welcoming. They usually have bud on sale and I've never been disappointed. Bad reviews shouldn't even be a thing when it comes to this shop.

This is how it's meant to be. Top notch service with a safe and professional clinical atmosphere. Definitely the most comfortable buying experience in 5 years of using medical marijuana that I have had .Do yourself a favor and stop by and see for yourself exactly what I mean You'll be happy you did.

Used to be cool, low key place with good staff who know what they’re talking about. Staff has gotten worse in the past year or so, they will sell you junk if you let them

I got 3 clones here when recreational weed was first legalized and they were solid plants, but I went back and got 2 more clones a few weeks ago and they sold me ones that were nutrient-burned, assuring me that they had been flushed and would be okay. One is thriving, but one is still burned all these weeks later and has barely grown. Maybe an expert grower could have saved it, but that was clearly not what I was. Very disappointed that they would pass off shoddy product to an obviously naive amateur grower, and sad that I was dumb enough to fall for it. TLDR - Their hearts aren't so kind after all. I think they've been listening too much 'free market capitalist' dog eat dog rhetoric... or rap. Money over everything. If someone is stupid enough to buy a crappy product, they deserve it!

They sold me a bunk co2 cart. When I came in for a replacement they would only give me a half gram, though I had purchased a gram cart. I know from other dispensaries that they get reimbursed for faulty carts, as it is a developing technology. Essentially they made $15 of of a defective cartridge. True North, you should investigate. They're ripping you their patients off.

We were in the neighborhood for dinner and low on a couple things in our medicine cabinet, so decided to pop in for a refill. Showed up 35 min before closing and handed the budtender my medical card with my ID. "Do you *really* want me to take the time to enter this in right now, or...?" Yes, dude. I had cancer. This is not just a thing I carry around. I'm sorry if it's an imposition. Shop had a decent selection of clones and some nicer flower but the display wasn't particularly effective and top shelf strains seemed expensive. Then the tender (same guy who didn't seem too happy about putting my medical card in the system) tried to upsell me when I decided on some of their sale flower. Also didn't make change correctly. Overheard another exchange between a customer seeking a product that would help her son with his ADHD and the other budtender in the shop was not steering her in an appropriate direction. If you're a medical customer or would like to have a conversation with your budtender about medical applications, steer clear.

The entrance is weird. They checked my ID twice, once going in and then again to sell me some weed. After I was let into the room, a guy working there looked at me, didn't acknowledge me and walked away. When he came back, I had to speak up to get his attention. He charged my 2.00 a gram more than what is listed on leafly. I traveled 35 miles one way to come here. I should have just stayed in Washington. Meh

went there for the first time.... they were truly professional and got me what I needed.... no negatives here

This was my first time visiting a dispensary in general. I have to give it the 5 star rating even though they are just getting established. I am from the neighborhood and they are just right down the street from my house. Great service, good folks, and great medicine. I will definitely be a returning customer.
