JARS Cannabis - North Phoenix (Med/Rec)

Ive had my card since March. I have been to 3 dispensaries but Debbies on 27th Avenue is my favorite place to go. The Bud Tenders are all very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel uneducated about my illnesses and the MMJ that would work best for me. I have now tried a wide variety of available products and I believe I have saved a great deal due to the BT's advice and notifying me of daily sales. I also have cut 4 medications out of my pharmacy and have replaced pills with MMJ for arthritis, insomnia and Migraines. In 3 months, I have gone from 20+ migraines a month to an amazing 4. THIS HAS CHANGED MY LIFE.

Horrible attention to detail with this Dispensary's Sales Staff. I ordered at noon. I waited 3 hours for a message in response to my online order. I left for the dispensary thinking it wouldn't be long before a confirmation came through in text. It never came. I went to the sort and asked about it and was told to wait for the message to arrive. It never did. I waited 30 minutes in my car before asking the guard again. This time he actually checked. Came back out and apologized for the mix up. Waited 20 more minutes in line. At the counter was told that only 1/3 of what I ordered is available for me to purchase. The other items I ordered were already sold out. I was told that the other choices were thrown in for me already (Thanks for assuming I wanted something besides what I ordered) and they were going to discount it fo4 me. I left with 1/3 of my order and will NEVER be back. Thanks for letting a patient down at a time when things aren't so great. Good Luck Debbie

Sad to see money come before patients. Huge lack of customer service. Online orders never right...not sure where the disconnect is and where they are getting all the FAKE reviews.

Now I know why I don't like their flower blech!!! Tastes like plastic. Never again will I got to Debbies at any location yuck!

I use to come here but refereed by Austin to come back because I found seeds in my valley OG but thanks to him he got me back hope the flower is as good as the bud tends are they kilL IT. Thanks !

The managers at this location need to be fired they have zero customer service and have turned me away 3 times in a row now and lost out on $200 plus each visit this is ridiculous, won’t accept a coupon on phone the bring one physical copy and still say they won’t take it I will never be back here ever again and neither will everyone else I tell this too such from one business owner to another terrible customer service at its finest

I wasted my whole lunch at this crap dispensary. Menu never updated, girls upfront always have a unfriendly welcome. Not inviting at all.

A wonderful environment friendly staff. Jayde is awesome I love the Clementine she suggested. Easy to find and great location.

Debbie's is awesome and Jayde is amazing no matter where you are you need to check this place out you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back I love this place.

Four employees out front and then when I finally get in the back after a 10-minute wait there's three more employees and only two customers back there seven employees total, three customers with me back there and I had to wait 10 minutes for what? You guys clearly don't care about customer service. My budtender is real nice though. I won't be going back sorry.

I just had the worst experience in any dispensary I have ever had here today. When I first approached my budtender Sara there was complete attitude right away and I could feel her negative energy. I'm sorry but your job is to give great customer service and be helpful and as I was asking question it seemed as if she just was trying to be super short with me and not very helpful at all. I had to literally keep asking questions to get her to say more then a 2 word answer.

This is my favorite location and Jayde is not only a great bud tender she’s eye candy and comic relief.

You must pay patients for all these one line 5 star reviews that are obvious BS after you visit this store! Rude guy in front of the store, tenders are slooooow and line is looong for a sunday afternoon. I wont be back anytime soon.

It’s always a little nerve racking going to a dispensary you’ve never been to. Have no fear! Debbie’s is comforting as soon as you walk in the door. Clean and pretty cool atmosphere. Travis was so friendly and really took the time to educate me. He was great and made me feel really comfortable. Thanks Travis!

Good overall— placed an online order bc I couldn’t get through on the phone. I wondered if I should order 2 bottles of lotion, since they’re usually on sale Wednesday, but the sale wasn’t listed online so I thought they weren’t doing it with everything going on. When I got there and wanted to add a bottle since it was on sale after all, they said they couldn’t modify my order unless I placed another one online or called in. I get the policy— wouldn’t be fair to keep people waiting outside while customers modify orders. HOWEVER I was the only patient there, and there were 3 employees, and no one waiting in line! To me it seemed silly to lose an additional sale over so strictly enforcing said policy. I will still come here, everyone is super friendly and the product is great, the way their policy was enforced just seemed a little extreme to me.

First time here. And the staff was great. Very fast and nice. Even with the check in process because of covid still was quick. Definitely recommend and will be back.

i am very unhappy. straight bs. i put my order in while at work.... drove all the way over here to pick it up and got told i couldnt get in line and to try and call and see if i could get my order for same price. and the gaurd was very rude about it. now im going home empty handed.
