Literally have bought 9 pre rolls between now and Friday and literally none of the have worked. Fire whoever is in charge of the pre rolls. Super bogus, let’s see how many duds I’ll get before I get a decent pre roll.

I waited almost an hours for them to confirm the order and by the time I finally got it I had waited 2 hours. The ppl were rude as hell too..

Last couple times I've taken my bro to metro meds the top-shelf has been dry, good but dry. In my opinion top-shelf should never be dry, especially since it's labeled premium and I spend sixty bucks an 8th...When they first re-opened the bud was excellent! Idk what happened or how they handle their flower, but I'll give em a couple more trys to see how it goes. Everything else was on point, very nice lil place friendly people and it's close to my house. Well hope this helped and sorry I usually don't complain but if I pay for something I expect to get my money's worth especially if it's my medication.

I love metro the employees are great, knowledge is there, basically can accommodate every type of consumer and I love their rewards!

The people here don’t care about you. It’s miserable here. They don’t work for tips, they give the impression as if tips are required when shopping here. I come here as often as two times a week. I don’t look forward to coming here anymore. Whatever happen to community? This saddens me. I hope I can still receive a free preroll for this review. Cause honestly I don’t think I should tell a lie to receive incentives. I ride by bus (2 hours) closest dispo. I just come for the weed now.

The interior of the location was nice, I enjoyed the water and coffee being available. It feel homey and open, while your employees seem very cheerful and informative which was awesome. The guy who was pressing Rozen right in front of my face was the kicker I mean what a cool thing to do. So thanks for the buy one get 1/8 and then thanks for pressing it for free that's a great first time experience 🔥🔥🔥

So I decided to try their shake today. Come to find out it's not shake it's a f****** ounce of kief. I am not a happy camper if I wanted kief I would have asked for it, this definitely is not shake. I will never buy shake from there again. However their buds are really good

This was my first visit to a dispensary ever. It was inviting super friendly and reasonable on all products and prices. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable on every question I asked. I will be returning because of her outstanding treatment of me! I can't remember her name but she has super short blonde hair and wore glasses. She was very professional and caring at the same time. Metro Meds is the best! Even though Damien and Rob stick out in my mind because of my first two visits, everyone I've seen has been such a big help. The quality is awesome, the people are awesome, and I'm so glad that my friend recommended me. Keep up the great work!

first time going today and I'm new to the dispensary thing and this was the best one I've been to. everyone was friendly and helpful and they have great deals.

I called to place an express order and was told to go online. After joining there site and placing my order along with confirmation. I was texted my request was declined! After I placed a hold on the daily deal. The customer service sucks the biggest! Rude as f! Don't waste your time placing an express order as they do not honor it. You will end up waiting. This was very inconvenient to me when I was in short crunch of time trying to get a lot of stuff done in a timely manner if you got a lot to do and you're trying to do it fast Metro meds is not for you okay.

I have been a loyal customer at this dispensary for years, but will be going elsewhere for flower after yet another disappointing purchase. The last 3 times I've bought flower from here the weight has been significantly short. Today it's off by a total of .87!! Almost a gram short...it can't be a mistake if it is happening all the time. Skimming off each flower prepackage is just shameful. Buds are rock hard, too. The prices keep going up & the quality has dropped substantially since becoming JARS. Sold me a half of brick weed with seeds during the pandemic curb service only, when you couldn't look at it before buying. It was called Sunburn #80, & I definitely felt the burn. I should have thrown in the towel then. I love the security & budtender staff here, but I just can't let them cheat me again. Patient beware.

My order was not properly sent thru leafly and the flower they gave me was not smokable. When i called they questioned my knowledge of weed.

When this location was metro meds it was shit and it’s still shit ! And no where on the page does it say if u have been to metro meds that your not a first time patient for jars. Stood in line out side for 30 mins just to find that out And all they do is tax 20 dollars eighths is actually like 25.
