Showed me a bunch of nice display nugs. Got my order and it looked nothing like what they showed me. I got a punch of premature leafy herb that was mediocre at best. I’m so sick of these dispensaries and their garbage product. Industry had better quality when it was illegal. Get it together.

This was a first time visit. I should clarify that I stopped by this place once before and was so unimpressed by low quality flower at outrages prices that it was written of my list. I was scanning Leafly when I came across their ad. Come to find out that it's under new owners. L went in and filled out the papers and was back in less than a minute. Very friendly service, gentleman named Marcus helped me out. His knowledge on his product was very good. I bought an 8 of Chemdawg Private reserve, and an 8 of Herojuana. I vaped the Chemdawg as soon as I got home and was impressed at not only the incredible flavor but the high was classic all the way. One of my favorites for pain.
I think you guys need to re-evaluate how you intake clients.
You encourage people to use the express/online order to make things go faster however how come when we do we are dead last and expected to wait longer than walk in.
Why is express taking an hour for 5 clients but you can process 10 walk in within 30 min?!?!?
You should already have our orders ready so those 5 clients should have been in and out it’s only exchanging money.
Second once I was able to finally get my order you had 10 employees and only 2 working the rest we’re laughing and talking up the breeze.
The last time I was there I stood in line for 2.5 hours express is express maybe add more employees in on processing those first before walk in.
I dislike greatly how you put out that you give a 20% discount on edibles but fail to mention you prices are 25% higher then other dispensary's. IE 15 dollars for 100 mg gummies that are 10 dollars elsewhere. 20 dollars for 150 mg red hot cinnamon from infusion 14 at other places. Edipure 250 belts you sell for 30 dollars other sell for 24 dollars. Really you are up charging and charging more for the same products even with you fake 20% discount.. bad business.
They were advertising $20 Vapen carts on their Leafly. When I got to the dispensary they tried to charge me full price, $30, and when I asked about the deal, they said they could do 2 for $50 but I would be paying full price for the 3rd cart that I ordered. I cancelled my entire order. I'm not paying $30 over the price listed on the menu. If it was an error, admit it's an error but stand by your advertised price and correct the error before the next customer.
Riley was very rude to the point y’all lost a long time customer. I had an online order that was put back while I was in line. Her response to why it was put back “we are not physic, we didn’t know you were in line”. I’m not physic either but I know I won’t be returning.
***Dislike the place****short on the weight. I gave up on this place a year ago, thought I'd give them another try and boy was i wrong. Glad i only gambled $10 & of course wanted to see if they pre roll game got better since they love to roll seeds in them before. WELL wish i could post a photo of this pre-roll that's SUPPOSED to be FULL gram, IT'S small AF, not a gram. What a waste of driving 12miles to robbed by this janky place. That star above shouldn't count either, bunch of thieves.
The staff is rude and act like they’re doing you a favor letting drive past 6 other places to spend you money there. The quality of the product has dropped dramatically to a point I refuse to recommend them when I used to alot. I’ve been going here since it first opened and now will not spend a another dime there. The staff used to be knowledgeable and helpful, now they seem not to care about the customer at all. They’ve forgotten that without the customer there is no reason for them to be there.

Today was my first time at Jars. I actually noticed Jars as I was driving by, so I decided to stop in to see what it was about. The service inside was insufficient.
I encountered 5 workers from start to finish and none of them welcomed me into the store, nor were they friendly.
As a 1st time customer in the store, I was expecting more attentiveness. I was made to feel like I was a bother and being rushed out of the store.
The FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DEAL is BS!! I was told that I could NOT use the 1st time customer deal today because the flower that I wanted to purchase is on sale. I was informed that everything else wasn’t on sale, and that I could purchase those items, in order to benefit from the deal.
The inside was so loud that I could not hear the cashier. The music was loud, 12-14 people were all speaking at the same time as I tried to get answers about the product. It was a mess.
I will NOT return. The overall experience was POOR. I’m honestly disappointed, as I was looking for a new dispensary outside of the current dispensary that I frequent.

I have been shopping here since they opened as metro meds and I have to complain about the $ 74 deal on the Oz shake they are selling It is bunk! and I mean no effect at all! It is like smoking grass from my yard and this is very upsetting to me. I know Jars is better than this and it makes me wonder if money is more important than a faithful patient. Step it up Jars this is not a good thing!
Wow went to jars tonight was barely busy inside and out and I'm standing in the number 1 spot waiting for my turn to go in the back and so and behold 2 recreational walk right in the doors and into the back .medical patients arnt a priority anymore thanks jars for showing me who really cares for their medical patients . Remember medical patients are the reason u wer even allowed to start your business .
After making this my go-to shop because of the amazing ability for drive thru pickup every week for the past 3 months. I NOW QUIT!
The drive thru is now a double line for both medical patients and recreational people all willing to wear a face diaper. I thought this was a great dispensary who cared about their patients. I was wrong. They just want customers no matter how to treat them.
Sorry JARS, you blew it.
They’ve had the same sales for the last 2 months and nothing is worth full price.

I came in Saturday for my first time and had a great experience. I cam back Sunday for 25% off edibles and had an even better experience. Both times I was helped by Damian who had some great recommendations. I was running a little late and he was able to help find a solution to get me in and out. Thanks again Damian...oh and the chocolate hash berry is amazing

First time here a couple days ago and the girl with short red hair helped me out. She was super educated on the products and so polite and friendly. I think her name was Katie?? If im not mistaken. She made my experience a great one because she made recommendations for what I needed and I was not disappointed. I got a couple different 8ths and both were amazing! I don't know why I didn't come sooner. I guess they are also under new management with a name, and a bunch of my friends told me about it, so that's why I checked it out and I will definitely be back. ;)

Thank you so much for all the help you all gave to my son and I, our first time there. My son had a sezure inside just before he was finished with his order. From there the entire staff was so helpful with my son and assisted in calling the EMT'S . Later when he was able to try the products they were over top shelf good, the Buds were bright and green and crystals all over the taste was smooth and nice after flavor. The CBD's I believed helped calm the sezures down some, Now that he was able to try them he will continue on this treatment and maybe the next time I leave a review he will be seazure free. Thank you for this new hope.
I am looking forward to my next visit, and tasting a different treat.
Everyone out there needs too go by and see for your self.

I have to agree with with the other reviewer talking about using your points...i have 2400+ points to use and have been saving them... there selection has really changed.. what a joke...i don't vape or want little trinkets... that $15 off for each 500 points was a deal... i don't spend lightly...keep the dumb points as there are other shops with better pricing and no gimmicks... just saying!

It was really loud in there making it hard to hear. I use a walker, and everything leading up to the door is severely sloped up making it hard to get into the dispensary. I almost fell on my way out from the severe slope now going down. The deals & product are good, but I won't be going back because it's too hard to get inside.

The location was easily approachable, clean, and well marked. The persons at the window and the counter were genuinely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

waited an hour in line. I got the 89$ 1/2 oz of Gelato #33. Not happy!!!. looks like reggie, dry and crunchy! no smell. Really upset.

Literally have bought 9 pre rolls between now and Friday and literally none of the have worked. Fire whoever is in charge of the pre rolls. Super bogus, let’s see how many duds I’ll get before I get a decent pre roll.

Slowly going downhill, started as WOWWW almost every strain ... top shelf strains are now full of stress seeds and just "ok" looking ...this wasnt a one time deal either.

i remember when they actually sucked from cartridges that were crap. But now they have gotten way better the prices are decent way better than before. They have the loyalty points which brings me to metro monster. The beast cost 20 bucks plus tax i had 10 bucks in points so 10 buck 3.1 one pre-roll not to shabby. Blue Dreamy metro monster is worth a try i know many of you are against pre-rolls becuase they tend to canoe and burn like crap, the budtender actually explained an old school trick to keep it burning even.
