Island Herb - Whidbey Island

if you live on whidbey, or visiting for the weekend be sure not to pass this place up! super friendly people, awesome product, and chill atmosphere.

One of the nicest shops we've visited in the States. So happy it's close to our new home on Whidbey Island. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh, and dog friendly? Absolutely! 100% a win on all counts in our book.

super friendly...helped me out...even tho I am not familiar with all the different flowers...the budtender Valerie was helpful in finding flower and wax to help with the anorexia I battle...its not easy explaining and having someone not judge you...ill always be back for this reason😊thank you for your wonderful establishment

The staff is always friendly and helpful without feeling pushy. Their selection isn't huge but plenty big enough. They have a range of prices for all the major delivery methods: flower, concentrates & oil, edibles & topicals. The glass and accessories selection seems to be growing as well. As a patient pushed into the recreational market, shopping here feels kinda like the pre-502 days. It's become my go to even though I pass another shop to get there. If you're on Whidbey and want some herb, check it out.

Love this store. The staff is great, always filling me in on new strains to check out and loving on my dog. While by no means a big operation, it nonetheless has a quality selection of flower, concentrates, edibles, and topicals. Prices are comparable to in Seattle.

Staff that is easy, genuine, patient. Which is great for me because I become anxious and indecisive (just being me) once I walk in the door. But once I'm being helped by one of the aforementioned staff, (who are very knowledgeable by the way) it becomes easy peezy. I always leave with a smile and some great product. Couldn't be more grateful.

Great shop. Good selection of unique products and good service. The decor is pretty cool, too. More than just a glass counter. Worth a stop if you're on the island.

Love this shop ive been going to this shop from the early begaining .the customer service and patient service is so wonderful they are very respectful to you and your needs. Very knowledgeable about the products. Im a medical patient . the variety of medicine they have in their store is amazing I love being able to browse and have such a wide selection to choose from and their knowledge is wonderful they're able to go over and explain everything to me.

I love it. Perfect selection, mostly fresh and high quality. Price points in line with major Seattle retailers for same vendors. Buy on the island, not worth cops fucking with you during a security search on the ferry. -1 star for atmosphere because visual merchandising not maxed. If you have a couch then a coffee table and end table w/ built in glass displays would be +1. Signage is perfect indoors but outdoor directional and bulletin signage could be improved. I'd even hit the north island up to Oak Harbor. A more discreet for military or closet pot heads (fucking stigmas).

Great location and awesome budtenders!

Started going back here over the last couple of months after getting disillusioned with some of the other stores on the Island. Very nice upscale, but chill vibe. As tough as it is, they do a great job of keeping the menu updated. On those times I'm not sure what I want, or am unfamiliar with a product, the staff is able to give me thoughtful, budget conscious advice. They do a great job with their social media as well-They try to inform the public about cannabis, not just advertise sales.

Great budtenders, easy location for parking, good selection. Maybe a bit pricier than off island but what isn't and not much more $. Overall a great shop!

They always have a great selection here. Very knowledgeable group of people. Love the Happy Hour deals!!

The past 3 months it has seemed like the employees don’t like interacting with certain customers including myself. Most the time I feel rushed and Un-welcomed. It’s the only good pot shop on Whidbey Island so I’ll keep shopping here but smh

I really enjoy going to this store, two years ago when I turned 21, I went here on my birthday and I have been going ever since. They are so helpful and they know exactly what you're looking for.

well, after this last purchase, i am not very happy. i had ordered about $100 dollars of stuff, but it was the way the clerk tricked/dunned a friend into purchasing something i did not order and now refuses to return the product for what i really wanted that upsets me. i am in a wheelchair and in pain and due to cancer, now in remission, but have lost the use of my voice so rely on a friend to do things for me, sometimes allowing her to run errands w/o me going along. this was one of those times. I have been using a product of theirs for some time, a dragon balm, which has helped with the pain. i had already purchased the jars of balm and had even purchased a roll-on stick version. however when I realized that for 15.00 you could get 4 oz. with the jar vs 3.5 0z in the roll-on have opted to go with the jars. as a senior, i need to watch the money. so i was pretty p.o.'ed when the friend returned with no jars but a 3.5 roll-on, priced at 35.00. originally i paid 15.00. I am not happy with this shop because she wasn't told about the price increase and didn't know that i had already decided that the 4 oz jars for 15 as opposed to the 3.5 oz. roll-on for 15, was a better deal. plus i don't like the way the roll-on works, still have the first one and hardly use it. of course now that it has increased in price for 35.00, feel i was ripped off. it is the same product, the same potency but when the girlfriend called them, they said they could not accept return products. i have not even taken it out of its box. i think they handled this badly--so what can i do, i am out 35,00. returning to this place will be one thing i won't be doing.my next option after this complaint is filed is to find another source for the dragon balm, a place that won't cheat the customer.
