well, after this last purchase, i am not very happy. i had ordered about $100 dollars of stuff, but it was the way the clerk tricked/dunned a friend into purchasing something i did not order and now refuses to return the product for what i really wanted that upsets me. i am in a wheelchair and in pain and due to cancer, now in remission, but have lost the use of my voice so rely on a friend to do things for me, sometimes allowing her to run errands w/o me going along. this was one of those times. I have been using a product of theirs for some time, a dragon balm, which has helped with the pain. i had already purchased the jars of balm and had even purchased a roll-on stick version. however when I realized that for 15.00 you could get 4 oz. with the jar vs 3.5 0z in the roll-on have opted to go with the jars. as a senior, i need to watch the money. so i was pretty p.o.'ed when the friend returned with no jars but a 3.5 roll-on, priced at 35.00. originally i paid 15.00. I am not happy with this shop because she wasn't told about the price increase and didn't know that i had already decided that the 4 oz jars for 15 as opposed to the 3.5 oz. roll-on for 15, was a better deal. plus i don't like the way the roll-on works, still have the first one and hardly use it. of course now that it has increased in price for 35.00, feel i was ripped off. it is the same product, the same potency but when the girlfriend called them, they said they could not accept return products. i have not even taken it out of its box. i think they handled this badly--so what can i do, i am out 35,00. returning to this place will be one thing i won't be doing.my next option after this complaint is filed is to find another source for the dragon balm, a place that won't cheat the customer.
