I used to like house of dank heard great things about them this was my first time first buy and I make a nice price purchase waited hours I ordered my flower and items around 6pm didn’t arrive until 11:30 pm but I wasn’t upset because I love how the company went out there way to still deliver but it doesn’t tell u on the site they charge a card fee so that leaves u with deliver price of weed and the card fee if your not using cash packaging was fire but let’s get to the weed the strain doesn’t get u high neither strain I ordered it’s like the weed smells like mold or it’s old idk i mean not even a few hours high so basically it was a waste of money i could have cried because people work hard for their money now I’m stuck with bs flower love their prices not so much the weed idk maybe I got a bad batch because this isn’t it I even rolled a blunt a joint I tried to get someone else high and it gets u high enough too when your in that session after it just goes away

RUDE budtender “Tori” (#56910) was RUDE from the moment I spoke with her. Told her specifically I DID NOT want a certain brand of weed & guess what was in my bag when I got back to work & checked inside??? Called to confirm if I could bring it back to exchange and was told YES, so long as it was sealed & I had my receipt. When I came back 2 hours later to exchange I was told they would not exchange it, I asked to speak with the manager & they refused to come out of their office or try to fix the situation. Was offered nothing for my troubles of wasting time & gas— or being sold a product I asked not to even be shown. Definitely not coming back, this was the last time I will have a bad experience with this company. Staff has gone downhill & so have prices. Way better dispensaries out there to shop with.

I placed an order online around 12:45 p.m. The system would not allow me to log in so I used an alternate email address but the same phone number. At 1:10 PM, I called because I had not gotten notification my order had been placed or accepted. The employee who answered the phone said it had arrived but the shop was busy. When I arrived at the shop, I waited for about 30 minutes before the budtender arrived to my car. I still have not received confirmation to the phone number though I did check in with the number provided. When he arrived, he stated he couldn't remember how much my order was (but since I had placed the order online I had a general idea of the price so I gave him the cash money as a courtesy so he did not have to walk back into the building, get the order, walk back to the car, get the money, and walk back to make change). He asked to see my ID. But at this point I couldn't find my wallet. I stated at least 3 times I could not find my wallet while digging through my purse. He stood there looking at me and so I politely asked if he could return to see the ID. He continued standing there. I repeated my request. He then proceeded to make it seem as if I did not want to show him my ID when in fact I told him at least 3 times I couldn't find my entire wallet. With him standing there, I couldn't even get out of my car to look for it. I found it on the steering column, in plain sight for someone standing outside the car. At that point, I decided I had been automatically profiled, stereotyped, and misjudged. I asked for my money back and went to another shop.

Lobby a bit cramped space. The sofa is way too low and uncomfortable for us broken bodies. Other than that; A1 Quality Product. Staff is knowledgeable and work in a professional manner. Hugs to my budtender hero, Tabitha

hands down one of the best dispos on 8 mile was in there a few days ago and they have a great selection of products, as well as bud Ruba, helped me out with picking a little bit of something from each shelf so I could try out a few things def recommend

Layla is such a sweetheart, love the original hair color. Always has My best interest in the flower in mind and is very customer service oriented. She always sets a positive for the atmosphere and i love having her as a buddtender. She is lovely, keep up the out standing work miss5🌟

I was greeted by Budtender Marissa, very nice person and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and today's visit. I met the True North people who were advertising there edibles and sold me on there gummies and let me tell you this about 1.5 hours later I truly medicated and was pleasantly surprised that the gummies haven't made me paranoid in the least like some can do. I also picked up there 10/100 wax, nothing special on flavor but did the job without even doing alot. All in all, nothing different from my visits to House of Dank. Always feel welcome and i always feel better after I leave then before I walked in. Lawrence
