I placed an order online around 12:45 p.m. The system would not allow me to log in so I used an alternate email address but the same phone number. At 1:10 PM, I called because I had not gotten notification my order had been placed or accepted. The employee who answered the phone said it had arrived but the shop was busy. When I arrived at the shop, I waited for about 30 minutes before the budtender arrived to my car. I still have not received confirmation to the phone number though I did check in with the number provided. When he arrived, he stated he couldn't remember how much my order was (but since I had placed the order online I had a general idea of the price so I gave him the cash money as a courtesy so he did not have to walk back into the building, get the order, walk back to the car, get the money, and walk back to make change). He asked to see my ID. But at this point I couldn't find my wallet. I stated at least 3 times I could not find my wallet while digging through my purse. He stood there looking at me and so I politely asked if he could return to see the ID. He continued standing there. I repeated my request. He then proceeded to make it seem as if I did not want to show him my ID when in fact I told him at least 3 times I couldn't find my entire wallet. With him standing there, I couldn't even get out of my car to look for it. I found it on the steering column, in plain sight for someone standing outside the car. At that point, I decided I had been automatically profiled, stereotyped, and misjudged. I asked for my money back and went to another shop.
