I am so angry that Michigan has created a monopoly on 8mile. The elite, licensed dispensaries, whatever they call themselves, were price gouging and I had to go to three open ones because the first two (closer to my house) were EMPTY. I had to drive 20 minutes further for a more expensive smaller amount. I got the impression there is a monopoly on licensed suppliers too. Someone needs to start a Class action law suit. They should have extended the "emergency rules" until there was enough competition in the "8 mile Economy" to establish true market prices. Instead, the price gougers (from Colorado) swoop in with all the money in the world and experienced employees and lawyers. Of course they can get licensed more easily that a beginning Michigan entrepreneur. This ban is only benefiting a few "home-grown" Detroiters. If any. I thought I was never going to work again and applied for SSI. After I started with medical marihuana, I was able to get a job and keep it to this day. I don't make very much money but the change is incredible. Now that I can't have my low dose gummies by Detroit companies (especially Motor City Canabites), I'm afraid I'm going to lose my job. If I have to call-in constantly because I'm without, I won't last and then I REALLY won't be able afford anything.

Despite my bad experience the first time we bought wax at this place, I decided to try their Black Friday special which was a $600 oz of gelato on sale for $400 based on the recommendation from a friend who picked it up earlier that day. I went and bought it and got it home and even though it looked good it's smoked like straight trash, tasted like you were literally pulling grass out of the ground and smoking it, and left a chunky black residue in my enail. Been sitting in my safe for almost a month since I refused to even smoke the garbage and then my friend who originally bought the Oz from them says I'll take the rest of that one since I liked it. Well come to find out it's not even the same stuff that he bought even though it's the exact same special on the same day. This place is extremely deceptive and their wax is straight garbage run away as fast as you can.

Overall great experience

Purchased Fluresh today. First, this sh*t is bunk. Do not waste your money. Called them about it because after 1 dose, and 2 hours later I took a double dose. Still nothing. They also sold product that expires in 8 days. It was "harvested" in 11/21/2019. The expiration date is 10/22/2021. When I called and told whoever answered the phone about this product, and problem I was having, she kept making excuses, I told her I followed directions, and still felt nothing. I mentioned the expiration date. Her response...it hasn't expired. You can't get a refund. They could've given a store credit, not even that. I've never been talked to so rudely. I have no complaints about the flower they sell. BUT, I would NEVER buy ANYTHING else from them, (gummies, beverages, chocolates etc...),or anything with an expiration date. Check your products because they don't care. It's the equivalent of getting a bag of dried out Flower full of seeds, and stems. ***The 2 stars for service was for how they treat the customer after they get your money.

Plenty of options for every price range . The staff are rude though . And I had 20 cents in change and the bud tender decided for myself that I didn’t need my change cause the amount wasn’t big to her. Anyway again plenty of options .
