Since my son is unable to go in due to being severely disabled and dependent on a wheelchair, the budtender came out and helped us with what we needed. I was unsure about that idea at first. I don't remember her name but she was extremely helpful and considerate and helped us get exactly what we needed. It was actually a pleasant experience and I am glad we chose them. We will definitely be coming back because they had the best selection I have seen as far as CBD strains which is what my son needs for seizure control. The only downside was the fact that I wasn't allowed in to look at what they had available. I likely would have spent a lot more because we traveled very far. I have been allowed to go in for him at other places with no "proof" as he is quadriplegic and has aphasia. I guess rules are rules though so next time I will bring my legal guardian ship documents. I would definitely want to have the same bud tender again since she actually took the time to come out and meet my son and she included him in the conversation which is something that even "medical professionals" fail to do.

I like this place. For some reason and I don't know why. I deal with serious PTSD along with that comes anxiety. So I know I can give off not so positive vibes because of that, but every time I go there on the staff generally seem to not want to deal with me. I think they really don't know how to deal with someone who has PTSD and anxiety. When it comes to the medicine I have gotten some good meds from this dispensary, but at the same time I have gotten some really bad meds. For example recently I went in stock up and two of the items I bought were pre-rolls, well those pre-rolls were drier than the Nevada desert and staler then a Christmas cookie in July. Let alone dealing with bad arthritis in my early 30s makes it hard to get in this dispensary. So anyone with a disability understand you have to wake up two flights of stairs or you're not getting in. So that's also a downside.

ultra modern dispo, finest one I've seen in southeast mi. It has it all and more plus the bud tenders are super knowledgeable, my go to guy is keith. Plus everything is sent to a lab so you know your not getting any crap.

Not pleased with the new crew, they are young and not very knowledgeable on the product they're selling and the management isn't much better. Bring the old Crew back and get rid of these children, send them back home to mama, and your not the only dispensary in town so quit acting like it. Later ✌

This place is great, since the first time I came in, I've been impressed with everyone there!!! The place is very clean, the set up is perfect and everything is easy to see. I've tried a number of items so far and everything has been top notch!! My favorite bud tenders are Molly and Raquel, they really know their stuff and if you need a suggestion, they are on top of it & will get you on the right path!! Thank you for being my favorite dispensary 😎✌🏼

trash. Never has flower and when they do it's way over priced. There top shelf is usually mid self everywhere else. Be careful people. there's other dispensaries in the area!

As my first dispensary HHW will always hold a special place in my heart. However, they recently abolished their customer-loyalty program, and that's honestly the last straw. The location is great, accessibility wise, but is probably one of the most decrepit looking dispensaries I've ever seen before from the inside. The staff turnover seems pretty frequent, so don't get attached to your budtender (Keith being one huge exception-- Keith is the man). The weed quality has dropped with more competition, which is to be expected, but the prices have crept up too and that's just not cool. So yeah, HHW was great. Now it's a backup-to-my-backup and I honestly will drive out of my way to avoid it. :(

I’m sure most of the regulars have noticed the slow and steady decline. It’s too bad, this used to be the best dispensary around.

I love this dispensary. Everyone is very friendly. This is definitely the best location in the burbs, I no longer have to drive to the city.

Okay, if you know nothing else about HHW, know this: their customer service is easily the best in the entire region. This visit, I was greeted by The Angel Behind the Counter (and her adorable new compatriot). After she showered me with her rays of goodvibes✌️, she promptly buzzed me back. It was then that I met our hero, Drake. Upon meeting Drake, I informed him that I, despite my best efforts, was likely to be a pain in the butt (I didn't say butt; he was cool about it). He assured me I wouldn't be any trouble and proceeded to answer all of my questions and solve all of my problems. I didn't know that was possible. And in case that's not impressive enough for you, he then ended our transaction by REASSURING ME THAT I HADN'T BEEN A PAIN AT ALL. So, to summarize, Drake? Marry me. I'm rich. Also, everyone should go to Holistic Health Wayne (who is free to repost this anywhere if they want to💋).

Bought a half once of OG Paris shake. When I opened it... The shake was brownish and looked like dirt. It was full of stems ,seeds and brown clippings. Manager did replace-after I spoke with him. He was very kind. However, the replacement half once of a high shake was just so nasty. Never will go there again. Do not go to this dump and waste your time. All the good reviews were promised a free preroll and the staff and buddies all fake there good reviews. 0 stars

Been here many times and I have to say, this is the best dispensary I've been to yet. And I've been to most the decent ones in Michigan. The quality and brands to choose from are outstanding. I feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I'm in there. New stuff all the time, too. All the budtenders are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Keith, though. He's given me some great recommendations and knows what I like. Both of the receptionists I have seen also are very kind and welcoming, while making sure the lobby doesn't get too crowded. Keep up the great work, Holistic Health Wayne!

The staff is phenomenal with their hospitality. I have never returned home disappointed with my medicine. Best dispensary in wayne-westland!

Being an Ohio patient I was sticking to the dispensaries closest to the border. Mistake. All of them are good but I was going to them all for individual reasons. I like the flower here, I the concentrates there, moon rocks someplace else. This place has all the stuff the other ones do but it's all in the same place. There also seems to be a larger variety to choose from. Friendly staff that's pretty knowledgable about whatever you point at and believe me, there's a lot to point at. It's my one stop shop now and well worth the (short) extra distance.

By far my favorite dispensary. I go here atleast once a week. The specials they run are great. Never disappointed and the bud tenders make the visit so worth it. Can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store for this company.
