I have shopped here for over a year. Most recently the service has gone down. The budtenders would rather talk to their coworkers about how crappy their manager is in front of patients and they also carry conversations as with coworkers as they wait on you. The last time I came , there was very inappropriate music playing and loudly. The patient base isn’t JUST younger people. You have patients of all ages with different ailments. Be professional! I won’t be back.

Not pleased with the new crew, they are young and not very knowledgeable on the product they're selling and the management isn't much better. Bring the old Crew back and get rid of these children, send them back home to mama, and your not the only dispensary in town so quit acting like it. Later ✌

trash. Never has flower and when they do it's way over priced. There top shelf is usually mid self everywhere else. Be careful people. there's other dispensaries in the area!

Great place with a great staff. Always available and ready to help a lot of the members are very knowledgeable and able to point you in the right direction. Also great quantity of items one of the best I've seen this place rocks!

As my first dispensary HHW will always hold a special place in my heart. However, they recently abolished their customer-loyalty program, and that's honestly the last straw. The location is great, accessibility wise, but is probably one of the most decrepit looking dispensaries I've ever seen before from the inside. The staff turnover seems pretty frequent, so don't get attached to your budtender (Keith being one huge exception-- Keith is the man). The weed quality has dropped with more competition, which is to be expected, but the prices have crept up too and that's just not cool. So yeah, HHW was great. Now it's a backup-to-my-backup and I honestly will drive out of my way to avoid it. :(

Have been a patient since the week they opened. Recommended many friends and aquantinces. I can no longer recommend them as they have lost my business. The atmosphere is more akin to buying concessions at the movies. Many changes in personal that are lacking knowledge or customer service experience. The decrease in customer service along with the attitudes...employees and management...will have me returning to previously frequented facilities.

I love this dispensary. Everyone is very friendly. This is definitely the best location in the burbs, I no longer have to drive to the city.

Worst Location In Michigan. Trust me I’ve been to most. This place has no compassion at all for patients and they were not only rude and disrespectful but racist my last visit and I would ever return nor recommend this place to anyone ever.

Bought a half once of OG Paris shake. When I opened it... The shake was brownish and looked like dirt. It was full of stems ,seeds and brown clippings. Manager did replace-after I spoke with him. He was very kind. However, the replacement half once of a high shake was just so nasty. Never will go there again. Do not go to this dump and waste your time. All the good reviews were promised a free preroll and the staff and buddies all fake there good reviews. 0 stars

Hit or miss with this place forsure. service pretty quick and the budtenders nice and easy to deal with, maybe they sample one too many products...but oh well!

Since my son is unable to go in due to being severely disabled and dependent on a wheelchair, the budtender came out and helped us with what we needed. I was unsure about that idea at first. I don't remember her name but she was extremely helpful and considerate and helped us get exactly what we needed. It was actually a pleasant experience and I am glad we chose them. We will definitely be coming back because they had the best selection I have seen as far as CBD strains which is what my son needs for seizure control. The only downside was the fact that I wasn't allowed in to look at what they had available. I likely would have spent a lot more because we traveled very far. I have been allowed to go in for him at other places with no "proof" as he is quadriplegic and has aphasia. I guess rules are rules though so next time I will bring my legal guardian ship documents. I would definitely want to have the same bud tender again since she actually took the time to come out and meet my son and she included him in the conversation which is something that even "medical professionals" fail to do.

I think its a very peaceful envronment, i love going there and seeing all the new product. And the staff is amazing there always good to there patience and i recomend anyone to go there ull love it.

Been here many times and I have to say, this is the best dispensary I've been to yet. And I've been to most the decent ones in Michigan. The quality and brands to choose from are outstanding. I feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I'm in there. New stuff all the time, too. All the budtenders are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Keith, though. He's given me some great recommendations and knows what I like. Both of the receptionists I have seen also are very kind and welcoming, while making sure the lobby doesn't get too crowded. ultra modern dispo, finest one I've seen in southeast mi. It has it all and more plus the bud tenders are super knowledgeable, my go to guy is keith. Plus everything is sent to a lab so you know your not getting any crap.
