I am a regular at Hhw and yesterday I walked in to grab my medicine and all I hear is screaming coming from some women who seems to be the owner about the bud tenders being useless and undeserving of the tip money us as patients give TO THE SPECIFIC BUDTENDER. To be frank this is not a professional atmosphere and I certainly would never tarnish or throw them in the dirt but it seems like this place is going downhill and not bc of the employees. Very negative place.

I’m finding a new place. I’ve been with this dispensary since it opened. The service used to be good. The past few months it has sunk to a pretty low level. Parking is hideous. The most concerning thing is the rotation of new employees. Changing all the time and I don’t believe they have been well trained. Office staff changes constantly and they aren’t very welcoming anymore. I understand they are currently shut down due to licensing. I doubt I’ll be returning. Sad.

Holistic Health Wayne is truly the BEST!! Great selection and Top quality Medicine! Keith is Truly the BEST Budtender! He knows his products and is spot on with his recommendations! DO NOT GO HERE, they are rude, they lie, flower is old and dry. They are closed more than open. plenty of better shops around that will treat you with respect and offer way better products.

Two years ago, my review for HHW was 5 stars, now, not so much. The owner(s) never seem to keep up with LARA regulations, so the employees/patients are always at a loss when this place needs to “close to comply with regulations.” Overall, the budtenders seem to rush patients & are less and less knowledgeable on multiple strains. I do enjoy the quality of shake... which will keep me visiting. Been looking for a new dispo, which is a bummer.

Horrible experience today not only was made to feel like a pain by my bud tender...Rude I was talking with my bud tender and her freind whom had already received his meds had preceded to stand over my shoulder and interrupt my selection and conversation to have a personal chat session with my tender whom had no problems ignoring me to have a personal conversation with her pal and when I looked over at him and said excuss me...he then proceeded to tell me to calm down thats my freind bro then makes a threat saying Bro Ill be waiting for you in the parking lot...lol... first of all I'm not his bro little wannabe gangster. He obviously doesn't have any rehards for his freinds employment or any illness or else he wouldnt be challenging me to a fight inside of a dispensary... 'course he is like most wanna be fake tuff guys all talk...Train your employees better...I was far from finished ordering but left after a cold shoulder from my tender for wanting a little privacy and processional service.

This is the best dispensary hands down in the state of Michigan. Kenny is the best bud tender on the planet and I guarantee you will feel the same. ASK FOR KENNY ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽

I wish I didn't have to give a sigle star. They deserve ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE! If you've recently purchased the Waky Willy "1 gram" cartridges, they're not full grams. Easy enough to prove, just weigh them against an empty. Don't bother trying to contact the dispensary for resolution unless you want the situation to escalate. Two different managers told me they would make it right if I came in and when I arrived, the owner got involved and things quickly escalated to the point the police had to be called. Just know the owner has been made aware and continues to advertise them as full grams and they're not. Not one of the 6 carts I purchased on Saturday, January 26, 2019 weighed a full gram. The closest was 0.76 grams. I've also been in touch with the manufacturer of the carts and am getting the run around. Don't trust any of their prepackaged items. I've had multiple issues with the weight of these items. Only trust what you can see them weigh up in front of you. Otherwise, you'll have a headache on your hands.

Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. This is definitely my favorite dispensary to go to!

What a joke! Platinum vapes are 4 for 100 everywhere but here. If you want to be impressed by this place try there wacky willy darts! Love Taylor but this place thinks there stuff is gold!

visited for the first time last week. I must say holy crap! amazing selection with great prices. I got the sampler pack and I highly recommend you do the same(you get so much stuff with it!) high quality great deals. it was worth the 2 hour drive there and back! it's my new favourite dispensary hands down!. also first time visitors get some great coupons!

I have drive over a hour away and everytime they NEVER HAVE THERE MENU UPDATED.. WAS PAYING $150 FOR A CAB AND WAS ON MY WAY TO BE TOLD THERE GIRL THAT DOES IT IS ASLEEP BUT BY 3 OR 4 BE DONE!!!!! REALLY??? I HAVE ALWAYS WENT HERE I SUPPORT THEM WITH BAGS AND GOT 3 HOODIES AND TANK TOPS AND THEY WE VERY RUDE THE GIRL ANSWER THE PHONE AND WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.. SO NOW WE HAVE TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO.. SO SAD BEEN GOING HERE SINCE THEY OPENED AND SENT ABT 25 PEOPLE TO THEM.. GUESS TIME FIND SOMEONE CAN KEEP THERE MENU UPDATED BEFORE 4PM.. SO SAD AND PISSED THIS HOW THEY DO YOU.. HOPE THE OWNERS CALL ME SO WE WILL SEE IF NOT THEN ME AND MY FRIENDS AND PATIENTS WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I've been going here for years and I come in today to see a complete change in staff. i was waited on by someone who obviously had no idea what was going on and little knowledge of the product. I was sold a cartridge with additive flavors after inquiring and being told that it wasnt. also I was overcharged. all of my favorite budtenders are gone. I dont believe I will return unless in desperate.

today is my first time ever going to Holistic Health, and let me just tell you Cali was my budtender n she made me feel very welcomed, n she was very very helpful. Super clean inside of the place. Would totally come back n will recommend others to come here as well.

Been here many times and I have to say, this is the best dispensary I've been to yet. And I've been to most the decent ones in Michigan. The quality and brands to choose from are outstanding. I feel like a kid in a candy shop every time I'm in there. New stuff all the time, too. All the budtenders are friendly and helpful. Shout out to Keith, though. He's given me some great recommendations and knows what I like. Both of the receptionists I have seen also are very kind and welcoming, while making sure the lobby doesn't get too crowded. Keep up the great work, Holistic Health Wayne!

Have been a patient since the week they opened. Recommended many friends and aquantinces. I can no longer recommend them as they have lost my business. The atmosphere is more akin to buying concessions at the movies. Many changes in personal that are lacking knowledge or customer service experience. The decrease in customer service along with the attitudes...employees and management...will have me returning to previously frequented facilities.

ultra modern dispo, finest one I've seen in southeast mi. It has it all and more plus the bud tenders are super knowledgeable, my go to guy is keith. Plus everything is sent to a lab so you know your not getting any crap.
