I called to see if something was buy one get one free they say yes then when my mom drove me all the way from Bell Rd to there then after waiting in line over an hour and half they when I got to the budtender they said it wasn't buy one get one free that called about that the person who answer my call they told me is was that wasted my mom's gas so they need to make sure when they answer a question they make sure the answer is right I am not going there again and they should of gave me something for wasted trip there and wasting my mom's gas

Best Dispo hands down. Highest quality staff member, Richie in particular, request for him, he’ll get you right. They even have a whole AC lounge with snacks and tvs and 25-30 places to be seated while you wait.

I really enjoyed coming here I’m not from town anymore and it’s been a long time since I’ve been back .....my old west side locations were no longer there and in my quest to find the better dispo in town I see them as really helpful and have a home feeling I’ve only been there about three times I’ve read that the line was long however if u figure out prime time to go in it’s not too bad at all the services is great the team is super friendly even with me talking a lot and with all my 1000000 questions they seem to remain with a smile and never have the rushy attitude I plan on returning forsure and really enjoyed the quality of the product that I purchased for my issue , purple punch I guess I just seem to be choosing every time and gosh it’s great ! Was looking at the blueberry and exited for with. I find next there all n all in alll the dispos I’ve been in the world this one is on my top for a while for it’s service atmosphere and it’s fire quality ....I’ve told everyone I know even out of state pals how tasty there bud is .....plz don’t channge ...

When I told them that they took people in front of me they didn’t seem to care and then when I asked about the stamp card I wasn’t able to use it on this visit even though it has zero rules on it and when I asked her about that my bud tender was very condescending and called me sweetie you wouldn’t even have that stamp if it wasn’t for the purchase today well yeah I’m aware of that I mean can we check out and do a new purchase. No I have to drive another 80 miles just to get that free eights even though with that card I’ve probably spent over $1500 Most of the bud tenders have been really good to me but this one was condescending and super fake nice I was not comfortable with her at all which is really shitty because I have bad anxiety and usually like this place

I had a very pleasant first experience here today. It will not be my last. My budtender Candid was very helpful and sweet. She went out of her way to make sure that got what I drove all the way from Maricopa for , and was very helpful in suggesting some strains for my wife. Absolutely satisfied and I will be back again. The wait wasn't terribly long either. Great job!

Man started my new year hear and got skipped a while 45 minutes of waiting literally outside the door and was sitting in herbal wellness spot. Next time I'll wait at the register like a fly!! Super bummed.

awesome service every time knowledgeable staff. went threw there last night picked the last half gram of bubblehash they had from the new company they went with (high grade) is the name and is of awesome quailty. recommending it to all paients who read this.

This was my first time visit and I got some lemonhead og and was really hoping to crack open a nice nug.... Came home to open up to the smallest little nugs. Not only can I not enjoy the aroma like I got to with the display, but I can't even take a nice photo to leave a much better first time review.

Staff was very professional. Dan, i think was the gentleman name, verified my green card right away and provided intimidate assistance. i am not a recreational user. i actually haven't consumed any (Mota) in about 10 years, maybe longer, so it was important to receive the best recommendations that would target my lower back problems. thank you Herbal wellness for having such knowledgeable staff and selection at a reasonable price. i was especially surprised when i was given a "FREE" gram and a pipe for my first visit. now that is "WOW" customer service.

Best dispensary in Phoenix by far in my opinion.. can’t beat their Vapen BOGO deals & points reward system. My favorite strain that helps with my sleep is GDP.. try it.

Love this dispensary. I purchased a lemon haze vape pen cartridge and got the battery and charger free! Which saved me $30. The lemon haze was amazing and already have been thru to purchase a second one. It claims up to 500 puffs and I was keeping track and stopped counting around 370 puffs and it was still going. My puffs however consist of me taking a full pull off of it until the battery blinks. (which is about 5-8 seconds) I also got an 1/8 of sno cap and tahoe. Since it was my first time in I got the 1/8 of tahoe for free!!! AMAZING DEAL! Awesome product as well. The service was very satisfying, especially since I was acting like a kid in a candy store. HAHA, The guy who helped me seemed just as excited as I was and had all the knowledge about the product that I was looking for. I have been in 3 times and will be going in on a regular basis! Thanks HWC!

The staff were fantastic, the atmosphere a little cramped. I am not impressed with the flowers. I got super lemon haze and donna og. Both are disappointments. The flowers are dry and even doing the lettuce leaf trick didn't bring any life back. The potency is also not as expected or hoped for. I might return, but it's doubtful.

nice revisit since prices became more realistic. JH is looking nice an frosty. my morning go to med. kicked my nausea to the curb.
