Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

Horrible! Ordered online, arrived 4 hours later near 4pm to find long lines to wait in. Waited 2 hours just to check-in. What is the point of ordering online, having a medical card and having to wait hours just to check in. This place does care. While deals they offer are good, my time is worth way more than the “savings”. Most other dispensaries are much more in tune with customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Will no longer use this dispensary. By the way the west location is far worse than the north.

The Indian schools store has problems. I went there 3 different times as medical card holder and never made a purchase. Why? I am not going to wait 90 minutes for service. It didn’t matter when I went this month. The answer was the same 90 minutes. The parking lot away packed, it was dark, and homeless people outside the building. It was a homeless camp site. The finial attempt to buy something. I went to tell my friend who was guarding the truck about the wait time. I stepped out side and a tweaking junkie meet me at the front door. Needless to say when WHC has west side sale only items I will not go there. That store is dead to me. Do yourself a favor and go to the deer valley store. It is close to home for me. NO HWC special is worth going to that part of town ever again. Your may live longer to avoid 43 ave and Indian school area. Especially at night.

I love coming here for my meds! They have some super bomb products and the customer service is amazing!!! AG is my regular budtender!!! He's awesome and will always take care of you like family!!! Thanks herbal!!!!!

Online Express, I was IN and Out!

I appreciate all those cool staff The tall cute white boy with the tatts that works out, The white dude with the cool groomed hair that I love and give him a hard time, The cool two Mexican dude with glasses and black hair,,,and the cool short white boy with the beard, other staff is also cool but I always love how they welcome me and they “remember my name”. I sometime dislike the online order that it opens kinda late since I got things to do in the morning and dislike walking in but other than that the stuff is what brings me back. I try to tip or sometimes make it rain $$$ but aside of that if I don’t have it I hope my blessings help out

Meranda G is such a horrible and rude individual, I don’t know how you guys allow such trash to work there. She is downright bad for your company with how she treats customers and how she feels like a know it all. Please get rid of her or you will continue to go down. Will be looking into how to report her more to whomever is higher up.

I have been buying from hwc for over eight yrs Many times its a bait n switch your order or inventory of flower. On 4.20 once again, i order . Was told over n over that they have the MAC. I ordered that and ____ She came with 2 of -----and no mac They said they have it but not sold to me At least 25 times in 8 years my order is changed before i get there or when i buy Her comment was... someone got the wrong item....(. well daaaaaa ... you brought me 2 of one snd none of mac.... my guess is domeone got my mac.... i did not say it but really....) Do not expect hwc to fill your flower order properly If they judge you in snyvway,,, you will not get what you order ehen its yhe best of the order I only went thrre for the mac I only ordered mac 2 .... hwc sold me zero mac on an order of 2 in inventory when i placed the order

I have to absolutely say that this is one of the best dispensaries in the valley! Product is splendid and the employees are excellent! I cannot believe how fast their pick up service is for the amount of patients that they serve.

This is a great dispensary but the bud tenders should really not complain about the size of an order and slow down to make sure the order is fulfilled

Do you guys really have to keep toying with the prices on the jack herer? It’s usually available as $75 out the door with a $69 half special. YESTERDAY the special was goin on, but they up charged the jack herer and made it $20 an eighth and your not allowed to do the deal even though it’s one of the top shelf strains that should be $69+ tax. Now TODAY they raise it to $25 an eighth. It’s the ONLY bud y’all carry that isn’t too dry, has a nice terpene profile, and burns thick white ash. I know most customers want whatever looks best for the best price but I’ve been smoking this strains from you guys since June. That’s almost a year .. like can you guys just PLEASE stop raising the prices on the one strain that I like lol I’ve never had to pay this much for this strain. It was $80-$100 a zip at one point.
