Good products and prices but the demand faaaar outweighs the supply. So much so that the employees always seem stressed and tense. The customer service is horrible. The online ordering is also a headache. Super inefficient. But the icing on the cake was when I went to check in at 9:40. The employee knew that I wasn’t gonna make it in time, he said the wait time could be around 40 minutes. So I’m outside waiting and come to find out they don’t accept anyone after ten. Instead of telling the customer like “hey man I can check you in but you won’t make it in time to actually get your meds” . Try again tomorrow. He led me to believe I was still able to get my meds. And continued checking ppl in knowing none of us were gonna make it in. And there was ppl also waiting like me for no reason . What frustrated me more was the fact I had stuff to do and sacrificed my time there for nothing. Come on. Do better. Hwc should definitely look into expanding or opening another location to split the customers. Little by little I’m starting to dislike this location to the pint I won’t come back.

I'm tryna figure out what happen to all the real good medication this place use to carry. It looks fire but theres no fire smell or taste. Same with the concentrates.

I like coming in the store because of the quality of the products and the awesome staff that works there. They always are pleasant and ready to help with good information on all their products and making sure you get what you need and came for. I highly recommend Herbal Wellness for your needs.

It was the first bad experience I've had there. i bought a cartridge last Friday. actually 3 to be exact (for the while week).i opened it today at 5am when i went to work. when i got out it had leaked all over my backpack and my battery. i called at 5pm when i got off work and explained the situation. they asked me to come down. i show up with the cartridge still in the battery plus the original packaging. the supervisor takes it and comes back and says theres nothing she can do for me. said i may have kept it too hot or dropped it even suggested i stepped on it. when i explained she said to me quote "we cant trust everyone in the cannibus world. it doesnt work that way." For the amount of money i have spent in there and never complained about anything and have been a good customer. ive never been treated so much like i dont matter. so im sorry but me and my friends will not be going there again. Iber a 24 dollar cartridge. That's what a customer is worth here apparently.

Honestly this dispensary sucks balls their wait time is fucking outrageous literally I was in there ask them how long the wait time would be they said eight minutes 30 minutes later I asked what’s going on oh there’s still four people ahead of you so I mean unless you have your whole day to spend waiting I would suggest going somewhere else

They have mold on the weed will not be buying anymore smoke from them.

They have good staff, product, facility. It gets busy sometimes but thats just due to high demand because people know what theyre getting here is good stuff.

Just left hwc kevin took care off me and man let me tell you he knows how to take care off a customer! He was super nice and friendly, had strong knowledge off the products and always has a hyper nice attitude! Definitely coming back and asking for him.

Man started my new year hear and got skipped a while 45 minutes of waiting literally outside the door and was sitting in herbal wellness spot. Next time I'll wait at the register like a fly!! Super bummed.

It was packed but with Laura like Doras new method it went by smoother and a lot safer for all consumers were safe. Then Kevin had excellent customer help gave me good inside on the green crack hce keep up the good work

Had to ask about deals my first time on shatters but luckily I overheard another budtender mentioning the deal so I was able to get it, but it would have been nice if it got mentioned when I actually picked out the only strain on the sale. Still loved the location, really happy with the products I received.

Dispensaries are a joke...keep ripping people off and the karma will come back around eventually. Prices are just f*cking ridiculous.

People need to know the increase on products sales is not dispensary’s fault. Since weed is legalized across the states, this will increase product sales. Love coming to this dispensary!!

I love this place. It is 100% my go to place. Billy was my bud tender my first two times and he was so cool and really really helpful. I was also serviced by other staff and they’re great as well. From day one Billy recommended the giggle stick and holy cow. After 1/4 of a joint you’re literally all giggles. It’s amazing. They also have great like for disposable vapes, shatter, and wax. I really really recommend them.

DBO and billy are amazing budtenders. They really make this place shine! DBO was my budtender today, and he’s a genuine soul witn positive energy. You can’t beat that vibe in a world of fast paced misery sometimes. I enjoy his friendly bud tending everytime I come in. And Billy, is the coolest veteran budtender you’ll find around. I love these guys here. Keep up the great work herbal. Yes, sometimes the wait is long but they have the best deals in town and are number 1 in US according to manager Eddie. So that’s why you wait so long. Plus there’s a staffing shortage right now. But rest assured, the medicine will be awaiting for you.
