Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

So I just started shopping at HWC again after negative experiences with Nirvana and a few others.. Again do they not understand people put in pre orders to be able to get in and out, WTF is the sense in making them wait for their order behind walk ins? Is it really that hard to have two separate pick up lines to process people faster between walk ins and pre orders? I don't have this issue when I use Natures but they have been sold out of most concentrates.

Dont wait your time to order online if they are just going to let you wait the same time that the recreational...

Worse dispensary. No matter what time of the day there is always an extremely long ass wait. 1 hour at minimum ! Doesn’t matter online order or not this dispensary is wack!

They constantly lie about the percentage of THC in their own weed to get it sold. Don't believe what they say on Leafly check the weed yourself. Trust me you'll be disappointed going here.

Well I'm sorry to inform, and I usually don't leave negative reviews but here we go... 1) I'm a med patient, I ordered an online order, I'm on fixed income... no where on leafy or their website does it say minimum purchase of $40 to online order. I do express all the time as my legs are not great and can not stand long. 2) I called to explain I'm on fixed income and a med patient... I asked if there was any way they could still process.my $25 order.... I was met with no sorry, that's just how it is. I asked for a manager and the wonderful girl who took my call was fantastic and non of this frustration was her fault. What really bothered me is we called back and asked to speak to an owner or manager, we were told they were busy and to just come In, as it's first come first serve. 3) the way they disregarded a patient with a disability so they can make their profits is not excusable. Come to find out there other med patients having the same problem. Not cool. Profiting off sick people is terrible and making me think they are trying to be big pharma level. 4) I'm a genuine loyal patient to all dispos that treat med patients fairly. I felt very disregard here and will no longer be giving any business to Herbal Wellness Center. Is a sad day when you have to make a disabled person jump through hoops. I'd still like a call from the owner to politely chat about this experience. Thank you

Glad y’all have the online area open but I guess us online people don’t get the deals cause I like y’all member preroll but I sure did not get one when I just spent 140$ not even 30 mins ago

Prerolls suck here! Do not buy them. They are loose and not made properly. This has been a problem for awhile! Don't waste your money on prerolls!

I’ve been coming to this dispensary for years and it’s always a good experience but today was very frustrating I went on Leafly hours ago and it said you guys were open until 10 so I try to put in a pick up order and it said I couldn’t place an order! It didn’t give me a reason why so I drove up there only to be told by security that they stopped taking orders at 5:30 even though I tried placing my order hours before! I tried calling you guys hours before this time but y’all don’t answer your phones! How was I supposed to know y’all stop taking orders at 5:30 if you never answer your phones or put a notice about it on Leafly or change your hours on Leafly or anything?!

I love going to this place. Great herb, and you are always greeted with a smile. Ariana's customer service was outstanding. She gave me some tips on concentrates. I will be back.

Horrible customer service from front and bud tender! WTH?!? Deals are good sometimes but flower is just meh. Not worth the hassles from the staff.

I have and will continue to recommend patients to visit The Herbal Wellness Center. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Every time I have been in there are specials or special offers, so you can get more than expected.

The budtender I had was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly (I believe his name was Tyler) but he took his time showing me all their products, explaining about the strains they offer and the process goes in general. For a entirely new FTP, he definitely made my experience a whole lot better and I'm glad I chose here as my first dispensary.

Started off having a very rough day off from work, came in here for my first time (from Chandler), and my budtender was just a blonde little ray of sunlight on my cloudy day. This ganj is frosty, purple, and delicious... 10/10- and this is coming from a California native.
