For all true connoisseurs this is definitely my first recommendation. a solid consistent cultivation team plus Vapen's home base. Check them out and you most definitely will be back.

whoever sends out the text deals sucks you are the only dispensary that will send out a good deal and then realize you didn't proof read it and will change it quickly with a sorry about last text and change the deal to something not as good it happens all the time so start proof reading your promotions before sending it out you suck

I have been coming to this location for quite awhile and used to have no issue. However, lately I have been severely mistreated each time that I visit. Their policy, or lack there of, when it comes to the lines, wait time, budline, and inventory is discouraging. Every member of their staff will tell you a different story on what the rules are, and the managers are the worste of them all. The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude. I have had one manager tell me several different stories on budline policy promising that this was the last time I would be inconvenienced like this just to find out next time I come in that something has changed once again. The last time I was there I realized that they were not going to be keeping their word on what they were telling me and I just wanted to pick up my Meds without a hassle but the manager Nawrs told me once again a new story, which was not even consistent with what the apparent general manager said. He was incredibly rude to me, he made no effort to help me fix the issue he only made me feel horrible for trying to understand and then he yelled at me and walked away. The other workers there told me he was extremely unprofessional and the apologized for my experience. If it weren't for the budline guy Aaron talking to me and assuring me that the issue would be taken to the general manager and settled once and for all I probably would have left in tears. I have never been treated like this before, especially when I am such a loyal customer at this location. I wish that there were better options for meds around because I get such horrible anxiety going into this location now. I would really rather stay away. Very dissapointing to have somewhere you rely on and trust treat you like a piece of trash.

Great location always quick in and out. Great concentrates and flowers. Although I did go in yesterday for the buy 2 get 1 and ended getting the jack herer shatter. When I got home I opened it up and it's started to budder up and turn into a sugar wax. I'm fine with that but if I'm paying extra for shatter I should get shatter.

they lie about there buy one get one free deals. it states you can get any thing equal or of lesser value for free but then you get to the location and it turns out that your options are way more limited. all I wanted was one particular strain and they forced me into chosing one I didn't want I will never be back and I will not recommend to anyone and I will discourage anyone I know from going there.

Herbal Wellness Center grows some of the best flower I have had the pleasure of smoking.And since they lowered their prices I get to try them all.And their shatter is by far the cleanest terppiest you can find.So thanks HWC for their fantastic meds.

Best buds in AZ! Affordable, & the quality doesn't even compare to most dispensaries. Worth the little further of the drive every time, you never leave unsatisfied definitely my favorite place to go visit! Will be back

Ordered online, paid for 300mg OGeez and realized when I got home I was given 200mg bags, wrong amount went to my allotment too, disappointing.

These guys are so professional I keep going back because of the customer service(thank you James and jesse and the rest of the staff) and good prices. They recommended for me to try diamond dust and it's incredible. Very clean and smells like amazing. The vapen clear catriges are very clean and effective I recommend the bubblegum flavored one. Overall I would rate Herbal Wellness a 5 out of 5.

My ratings sums up the last 3 or 4 visits. Only was satisfied with one purchase, the rest were wet and potency was missing, other than that they have some decent looking meds. If you're looking for professionalism and friendly atmosphere then this place could fit your fancy but just don't call and ask to speak to a budtender, every time I call I feel like the budtender is rushing to get off the phone and doesn't want to talk to you. If your looking for quality bud for decent donations then this is not the dispensary your looking for...

They grow their own flower and they are very good at it, I have only tried their mid shelf flower and it was just as good as my favorite dispensarys top shelf, I still need to try their top shelf
