Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

Was 2 carts short. Not sure if the order wasn’t filled correctly or someone took the 2 from the bag. You guys should be counting products in front of customers. Was there on Friday and the Hispanic guy working did count them and there was only 9 in the bag so he had to go grab one from the back. Yesterday when I was there they were not counted opened my bag this morning and realized I’m 2 short. Very frustrating but putting that in a policy would prevent this from happening….

this place is number 1 for meds hands down

Location is terrible at keeping track of customers points. Went in last week and was told I had $15 off in points, I don’t use it and let it stack. Came in this week and they tell me I only have $10 off now… this has happened to me multiple times at this location. Need to quit hiring anybody that applies. Clearly just careless potheads working there.

I got my medical card in 2014 I've been coming here since they opened. Today I had a bad interaction with the but tender for a online order. I asked a simple question and he went off and was hitting his hand on the table. I asked for a manager but she had to be new all she said was that it was a misunderstanding. Doesn't even know what happened or tried to find out. His name was Jack. They should run that video/audio because he was rude made me feel very uncomfortable and attacked . and they keep deleting my review!!!!

I've had my orders cancelled a couple of times with no explanation given. I used to be an mmj patient and now I am not, so when I placed my order as rec, they cancelled my order. They don't make the slightest attempt to reach out to ask anything they just cancel your order. I've called them 6 times already to figure out why they cancelled but their machine is ALWAYS "unavailable to take the call@. They never answer and it's so frustrating trying to get a hold of someone.

This place keeps blowing me away with the quality of flower they grow. Any HWC grown MJ is hands down the best in town. Angel is awesome running the bud line like a pro. He is always fast, friendly and accurate. I love this place!

Fire Flower 🔥 Ghetto location but blew my mind with the flower that they have made me care less about almost hitting a bum in the lot outside pulling in. By the time I smoked all was forgotten love this place.

Herbal wellness dispensary is a great dispensary. The waiting room is clean and large. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the flower is good value.

Great bud but terrible service. I felt rushed, the budtender was rude and seemed like he was uneducated with the medical marijuana material. He was indecent to chat over to his fellow budtender complaining about the time and the long line of people outside, which is his job to help the patients in the first place.

always speedy service, great meds and a fun enviorment! its crazy and awesome that they are open on Christmas as well! Thank you so much herbal family, you guys are awesome!!!!
